      I had a credit card with them. I have not gotten bills in the mail I keep getting a text message. The say I owe a balance when I asked why am I not receiving the bills they said its paperless. They stated they closed the account back in May. Im being charged interest and over the limit on a closed account. I didnt even know the account was closed till today. How can they charge all these fees as if the account was open? When I asked questions they got smart with me and told me this is legal. They are supposed to mail me a bill.

      On 4/3/24, I entered into an agreement with ******* on behalf of ************** for a deferred interest program for a loan of $2073.98. ******* then repeatedly billed me for $129.01 in order to pay off the loan. I trusted that this was the minimum payment needed in order to pay off the loan. This was not the case. The actual minimum payment after doing the math myself was supposed to be about $172.83. I tried calling Fortiva to explain the mistake on their end, and I was informed that I was purposefully quoted the wrong minimum payment and that I should have known that. It is my belief that ******* is practicing predatory business practices by building into their agreements a minimum payment that is designed to make the consumer fail to meet the requirements of the agreement which would result in the consumer having to pay more in interest than they agreed to at first, resulting in profit for *******. The amount that I have personally paid to ******* already not only satisfied the $2073.98, but is actually more than what I owed. When I attempted to contact Fortiva with help with this issue, the manager on the floor began to insult me and speak in an unprofessional manner, and then promptly ended the phone call when I informed them I would be recording the phone call from that point further due to their behavior. The only resolution I am seeking from Fortiva is an adjustment to my account to reflect that I have paid the amount owed and no longer owe Fortiva anything.

      I had my Fortiva Credit Card on auto pay for several years and never missed a payment. For reasons unbeknownst to me, Fortiva suddenly stopped taking the autopay from my checking account and I did not notice right away. When I realized it, I immediately caught the payments back up and once again put the account on autopay. That was in Feb or March. Unbeknownst to me, the account again fell off autopay somehow. I did not realize it until I checked my credit report. I called and asked how I can get the late payments showing on my credit report removed and was told they cannot work with me. This account is trashing my credit rating and I do not feel that it's fair that their computer system stopped autopayments on my account and they are not even willing to work with me to get the late fees removed or more importantly, the late payments removed from my account. I'm reluctant to even catch the account up to current standing given their refusal to help me in a matter that 1, will cost them nothing and 2, is their fault. Thank you for any help you can offer in this matter.

      When opening this account with ****** security I've had issues from the very start. The bill started off at $55.74 . Then they kept saying I had late fees when my account was set up on auto pay. Well, I kept paying out of my account and now I'm going back and seeing they are not changing it back to the original amount for over 7 months. I've only had this account since august 2024. It shows my account on auto pay. The representative always gives me excuses or hangs up on me. I can afford to keep paying an extra fee a month for their system issue. They have my card set up on auto pay but then don't pull the money out till a few days' later. It shows it on my back accounts. I've even called VIvant and the told me they are always having issues with ******* and their customers. I spoke with someone today and they said it will be fixed on my next bill but I wont get a credit. They are claiming im late on the past 3 months but its impossible with the auto pay set up. Please help me fix this. They keep giving me the run around.

      After recently reviewing my credit report from your company, I noticed several inaccuracies that need to be addressed. The accounts in question are listed below:Company Name:12 ASPIRE CREDIT CARD Account #:************* Balance:$1,877.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681g), I am formally requesting copies of all documents in your records that were used to verify the accuracy of these accounts. Please provide these documents in your response to this letter.I respectfully ask that you do not reply with a generic statement claiming the accounts have been verified. Instead, I expect to receive the actual records supporting this verification. If no such documentation exists, these disputed accounts should be removed from my credit report immediately, as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i) of the FCRA.Including unverified or inaccurate information on my credit reportand continuing to share it with third partiesunfairly damages both my credit standing and my reputation.       I was given an account through ******* to pay off a security system from ******. I have since payed that off in 2023. Since then ******* gave a line of credit to my account WITHOUT my knowledge or acceptance. This credit card was never activated. I never once used any money from them or the line of credit. in ************************************** the form of a $40 annual fee. I called them on or about April ****************************************************************** wanted anything to do with it. They closed the account on or about *********. The next month i get another notification to pay the fee and it has risen to $72. I call my ********* and have them reject all or any transactions to ******* moving forward. June 2025 i am alerted from **************** that my credit score has suffered a drop and it was ******* showing that closed account is overdue and they want $102. This Company forced a credit card on a lein account that i never wanted or used and have affected my credit due to it. I have called and never am able to resolve the issue. The employees hang up the phone before i can get any resolution.

      ******* in its initial offer for a credit card, which I accepted, in part due to the promise of quarterly reviews for credit line increases, which they lied and never really do. Then they sent not one but two offers via email which they refused to honor; excuses were sent by mistake and/or they cannot locate that. ******* needs to honor offers and promises or do not make them in the first place.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      the original offer was in addition to using Fortiva for our Vivint home security system. I am aware Vivint was bought but another company. It said 1,000.00 limit, if below that periodic/regular/quarterly reviews will be done until you reach the 1,000.00.

      they did zero reviews until I complained the first time. I maintain they are shady at best and dishonest at worst.

      hard to imagine why they stonewall and play games.

      the nature of this dispute is that each month Aspire **** made a call to me and wanted to make a agreement that if I made a auto pay for the first of each month, they would wavier the late charge of *****. i now that they lied and did not wavier these charges. these charges amount of ****** for the total of one years of lies. This money needs to be deducted from my account right away
