      the nature of this dispute is that each month Aspire **** made a call to me and wanted to make a agreement that if I made a auto pay for the first of each month, they would wavier the late charge of *****. i now that they lied and did not wavier these charges. these charges amount of ****** for the total of one years of lies. This money needs to be deducted from my account right away

      I have been paying on my bill and it seems that there is nothing going towards the principal of the purchase but towards the interest. It seems that when I make a payment, it is not going towards the principal of my account. I want them to put my payments towards the principal of my account not towards the interest.

      The company was going out of business and sent letter that my account would be inactive as of a certain date. I called the number on my statement so that I could get an exact date to pay off the 24 month deferred balance. I wanted to make sure if expired on or before the actual due date of my statement. I was told there was no date that it needed to be paid off to avoid the deferred interest charge due to the company closing! I told them that was wierd and didnt sound correct and they assured that it was so to my unfortunate trust I believed them and then continued paying on my balance with no worries of a date. I have received a statement now that states I owe $1400 of deferred interest due to not being paid by a date. There is no date on my statement but also says page 3 of 4 and can clearly see there is nothing printed on the rest of the page 3 or 4. I called and they say there is nothing they can do. This is very suspicious and concerning that I was led with false information and refuse to even transfer my call to someone who can help. I want to report them for misleading and in a way me into believing the account was good but now I have to pay this interest!!

      On 5/15/2025 the Vivint *** came door-to-door in my area. Offered a substantial lower rate vs the services I was using. Told me that the *** was 2k+ but the fee would be waived and he'd assist with notifying the other company their services would NO Longer Be Needed. Then I receive Fortiva Retail Credit Card with the equipment charged to it. I'm sure I'm not the only person this has occurred to and they must be stopped!

      My account has been closed for months and was still charged a annual fee and monthly fee on a card I dont use at all and was told by a manger they can't waive it unless I pay account to a zero balance

      May 2025 ****** stated that there was a late payment which posted on the 5th. I ask Fortiva if there was a glitch in their system because my track record shows on time payments. ***, ******* employee stated that he will waive the payment but the late payment will be taken off the balance due instead of thr monthly payment. I didn't agree with this. Plus they said that I applied for a credit card with them and the previous account balance was transferred to a credit card. I have not activated a credit card with *******. The payment went from $27.04 to $50.00 are more. I would like for my credit to be restored and my payments corrected.

      Re: Predatory lending by adding fictitious charges in addition to raising interest charges. See statementsI have made two attempts through the company chat message section to have these charges removed but failed.1. Closed account in November ******. ?In January 2025 ******* Credit Card charged me an annual fee even when account was closed.3. ?In January ******* introduced a fictitious monthly additional fee in addition to raising interest rate. See January statement.4. ?Fictitious charges from January to May 2025 are as follows: January $61.50. February $12.50. March $12.50. April $12.50. May $12.50. See statements.5. ?Further the more I paid down the debt the more minimum amount was raised meaning interest was raised to make it hard for me to pay off debt.Proof: See November 2024 statement, New balance $ ****** with minimum payment of $39.16 and compare with March 2025 statement, new balance $412.16 and minimum payment of $50.596. ?Requesting refund or credit for these fictitious charges totaling $111.50 ****** *******

      The business texted me from one of the numbers associated with the business on BBB. They are attempting to get payment from me, my name, my email address and personal information. I do not have an account with them according to my credit report. They are trying to commit fraud with my information or collect money that is not owed by me. I want them to stop contacting me about this and stop phishing for my information. I communicated back and forth to try and figure out what information they have about me to see if my identity was being stolen. Again, I do not have an account with them at all.

      I have reached out to Fortiva several times to cancel my card. I wrote out a letter and mailed it, I've called them. They tell me it's canceled and I get a bill in the mail a year later for the yearly fee. They give me the run around every single time. Now I receive a letter saying I owe $60 with a past due of $30 and the total is $115.55. I have been wanting this account closed for 2 years.

      They are fraudulently charging over my max amount. I've called them and they have admitted this doesn't make sense and they would get back to me. They need to correct their over charging amount.
