******* gave ideal image my money for a service that I never had done. They dispersed funds to ideal image before I even had an appointment scheduled. And now After months of dealing with ideal image and trying to get a refund because I lost my job and couldnt get the service I finally gave in and tried to go January 2023. I get there and not 1 but 2 of the nurses tell me that there is nothing that can be done because I dont qualify for the cool sculpting procedure. I said Finally this is great it works out I can finally get my refund because there is nothing they can do and can no longer provide the service for which I paid. Mind you I havent ever been to an ideal image location or had anything done other than the appointment in 2023 for which they couldnt do anything.after weeks of trying to get ahold of someone they tell me I cant have a refund. Because they do not give refunds. WHAT!? Like how can I not they can not provide the service for which I paid? They are fraudulent scammers and please beware. I live in ******* and am talking with a lawyer and plan on contacting local news stations to shed light on these thieves and warn others of their unprofessional, unethical behavior.*Fortiva has ruined my credit by charging me for a service I never had and they should help me get their money back from ideal image for being a fraudulent company.Business Response

I got a credit card from Curae, ************ works with Banner Health to pay off account balances. Curae gave me two credit cards, by mistake. Both cards paid Banner Health $1025.01 each, for a total of $2050.02. My balance due is $1025.01 not $2050.02, so I am being charged twice the amount. After many phone calls and long hold times with both companies, Curae admitted their error and closed one of the credit cards. I was put on hold while Curae tried to get Banner Health on the phone, so this problem could be explained to Banner Health. After a long wait time of over 30 minutes, Banner Health finally answered. Guess what? Curae hung up at the time Banner Health picked up the call. I explained to Banner Health about the 2 credit cards. Banner Health said they would pay back Curae the $1025.01. This did not happen. Banner Health only paid Curae $892.57. When I contacted Banner Health about this, they said they only paid Curae $892.57, because I was being charged a bogus fee of $162.43. Remember I still have one of the credit card from Curae and I am paying on that card. The balance for each credit card is $1055.00 because of interest charged.I want Banner Health to pay Curae $162.43. I also want Curae to stop sending me nasty letters about, "ntent to report delinquency to credit reporting agencies if not paid promptly." Not even putting the amount Banner Health had already paid. Even after they said the extra card was closed. Which I received an e-mail stating the credit card has been closed.Business Response

I have more then 5 different fortiva company on my credit report all showing late payments dropping my score to 400 there are two account showing current they all show the same account number differ opening dates three are closed I worry a good will letter time stamped to have the four account removed. It been 30 days and they have not remove the four account I have picture of my report from tobm, fortiva/tobm, fortiva/ genesis, genesis~ ******* I would just like the four account to be remove of my credit with in 15 day and the good will letter acknowledging for the late payment I didnt know who or what company I was making a payment to the name and number change when I ask the employee for the company ein to verify who I was paying they didnt no it. On top of that you cant get a hold of customer service they make you pay a balance before every speaking to anyone that can help you fix they accountBusiness Response

This is a credit report from all three credit reels, showing all the Fortiva for Tr for ******* accounts that I would like to have closed and just put into one account and I would also like to have the late payments removed due to the fact that I told fortiva I was in forbearance in the beginning of COVID-19 I have also have statements on my loan care which is my mortgage broker which show that I was in forbareance and I am informed *******Business Response

I opened a credit card with aspire to help my credit. I set up automatic payment on their website to come out on its due date, the 15th of every month. The last 3 auto payments theyve charged me a late fee because it doesnt process until the next day. It does the same when I payed it the day before, wont process on due date so I get another late fee. I tried to work with aspire but they wont help, so Im reporting them .Business Response

Fortiva has a open account that should have been closed in 2021 because I paid it that same year. However, they have kept the account open knowing I have paid the account in full. They have on three separate occasions been c firmedon this and was told a lie saying it was for annual fees. I didn't even the credit card and I PAID the amount owed they even made my credit report go down 90 points. I believe they are mad because a Native American black woman paid the account ahead of time and on time without having to pay the interest fees. So they are trying to fraudulent** collect money from a account that was settled. The account ending ********************************************************************************************* settling the account says a lot of how these people do business. I want my credit report fixed immediate** and this account not on** ** closed but the charges waved as they are fraudulent.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: vivint has closed the account due to your lacking ability to properly update the account. The old email and phone number was not correct because you transposed the old information to a new account. Therefore you can now delete the card permanently. I am happy however to take your company to court since you didn't want to follow the contract information in the account. Furthermore I suggest you call vivint and ask the bbb for my ongoing talks with vivint and the bbb. I do provide them full access for you to see if you ask me on the phone with the bbb as a representative as a 3 party. I do hope you start deleting all accounts and information after they are done. Sorry but I will not have any fraud in my nameas long as someone posted wrong email and phone number on my account. By using wrong information you are allowing others to see my account with out my knowledge. I took time to fill out paperwork with a person in my house and you couldn't even follow that paperwork.

I recently received your complaint from the Better Business Bureau. I understand that you are wanting Vivint to correct your information with Fortiva.
It appears that in order to fix the information, a code needs to be retrieved from your email which is no longer working. Since we arent able to change the information that Fortiva has, I have cancelled your Fortiva line of credit. Going forward, you will not be required to pay for your equipment. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

We had set up an account with Fortiva. Never used the card. We obtained a bill that $140-ish was owed. We had called the customer service number and explained to them our situation. They did not believe us even though they could not find a purchase on the account. We were told to call our local HomeDepot (***** *****) to ask them if they were showing any purchases with the card. They could not find it. We had called back at their customer service line and was told a form would be mailed out and that we were to fill it out and return. We were also advised that we were required to contimue to pay a bill that we did not do. We have paid that promised that once they get the form back to them, they would cancel the charge and close the account. Well it has yet to be done and we are getting no where with the customer service. This has been a huge mistake and will never use them again.Business Response
