      I am not responsible for this debt, the debt has been charge off. TBOM/ATLAS/ASPIRE (*******, **) has proceeded to violate my privacy and rights by publishing this on all 3 Credit Bureaus without my consent and/or permission. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The Listed account below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC ****. 550114XXXXXXXXXX 15 U.S.C **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions 15 ***********. (a)(5) Section States: no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years.15 U.S.C. ****s-2 (A)(1) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The account has been charge off, which means the have wrote it off as a lost of profit for purposes. At this time, their is no contract and/or verbal communication between me and them. Their shouldn't be no reason at this point, that the debt that was charged off should remain on my credit report. The debt and my personal information shouldn't be sold to a collection agency to harrass me either for pennies on a dollar for something that has been charged off for tax lost of profit.

      Again that violates my right.

      Credit Agencies are Govern by 15 USC **** Which they are violating my rights as living human being.

      I also have the right to privacy  I did not give any credit ageny and/or Bureau written permission ************ account on the bureau's, nor did I give the credit card company to furnish and/or  exploit it to outside sources.

      I demand it be removed from all 3 bureau's; Equifax, Transunion, Experian and any other data filing history service immediately.

      I told for **** in August, because I realized that my auto payment had not gone through, I apologized and corrected the banking information. I asked the representative if this would be reported as delinquent on my credit report, and he assured me that it would not be as well as waiving the late fee. It is now appearing on my credit report as 30 day delinquent, which is preventing me from being able to secure a loan to purchase a home Im asking that they please update my report based off on the representatives conversation. My account last four is ****.

      I rec'd a receipt from *********************** Furniture) on 1/5/2023 for two separate charges. The first charge was $94.79 and the second charge was $96.00. When two receipts were rec'd via email, I immediately contacted Fortiva. I s/w with a rep who stated I needed to contact ***'s Discount Furniture. I contact ***'s Discount Furniture about the charges and they told me they didn't see any charges (other than my initial order on 12/1/2023) made on 1/5/2023v and they started a fraud complaint for me and advised me to call Fortiva.I called Fotiva and asked to be transferred to the fraud ***** When transferred I spoke with *****; immediately he began asking me if I gave my card to someone, did I authorize any one to use my card, am I "sure" I didn't make these purchases. He then mentioned I made an order on Dec 1, 2022 (which I did and acknowledged) and i stated the purchase in December didn't have anything to do with the unauthorized charges in January. Again, he kept asking me the same questions and I was getting more and more annoyed. After talking for about 20 mins or so, he emailed me an "affidavit" to complete and forward.I completed the affidavit and forwarded it. About a thirty minutes later, i get an email from Fortiva asking me to call ************. When I called, I spoke with ****** and she advised the affidavit was incomplete. I asked what was incomplete and she stated the amounts were not identified on the form. I advised her the amounts along with the receipts were identified on the form. She put me on hold; once she retuned, she stated the affidavit was complete and to give it ****** days for review.Today 1/7/2023, I rec'd a receipt summary for $190.79 that was applied to my account. I contacted the fraud **** and s/w ***** (again). He then informed me the affidavit I received/forwarded was incorrect. I asked him if the affidavit was incorrect, why didn't they send me a new one? If I never called, they would've dismissed my complaint. I want a refund!

      Late payment was added to my credit report although I made I attempted to make the payment before the date it went past 30 days, due to it being around the holidays, it did not process until after Christmas. I have consistently made my payments in a timely manner. Additionally, **************** conveyed that late fees would be adjusted and there were no actions taken. I need this removed from my credit report and late fees adjusted.

      I purchase furniture on 7/2022 and I paid my bill off December 15th 2022. ******* sent a bill in November stating I owe $501.05. According to Value City that should be a credit but ******* is billing me that amount to pay. I put in a fraud claim and I went to the store to see what the issue is. ******* is not working with me and I have a bill that has a due date of 1/23/2023. I am not trying to mess up my credit because ******* refuses to give me a credit.

      On November 17, 2022, I received a billing statement from Fortiva in the amount of $129.99. I immediately telephoned Fortiva which informed me that the bill was submitted from Bobs Discount Furniture Store. Immediately after my conversation with *******, a representative from **** Discount Furniture stated it was not a bill but a credit and provided me with a copy of the credit. Fortiva deny it was a credit so I put in a dispute with ******* for the charge so they could research this further. Last week, ******* came back and stated during their research I was responsible for the bill. In June or July 2022 I paid off my account with ******* completed off. I do not understand how a charge could be placed on me almost a year after purchasing the furniture and after my account with ******* has been paid off. Due to ******* immediately disclaiming this as a refund, I sent my dispute to Bobs Discount Furniture.On December 29, **** Discount Furniture responded to my better business bureau complaint stating the credit of $129.99 was processed as a refund to Fortiva on April 2022 with a copy to me as the customer. Which is what I provided ******* a copy who immediately rejected my dispute.I am not going to pay a bill I know I do not owe and by disputing this, the charged is increasing due to my refusal to pay a debt I know I do not owe. I am requesting Fortiva displays my account accurate having a $0 balance.

      Hi,On December 3rd .I made a credit card payment the day the statement came out.On January 1st I logged online to see the cost of my next bill only to realalize they charged me a late fee for paying it on the day the bill came out.I was told I had to pay ***** dollars so I wouldnt be charged anorher late fee.Because I paid it on the billing date they credited my payment to the previous month and not the new months balance. I am on a fixed income I should not have to pay 2 months for a computer error .Dont put a bill out and credit the previous month and not the day the bill came out

      Fortiva has reported a 30 day late in which i sent proof it was not even in their own portal it shows paid on 12/1/22 and posted 12/2/22 then they closed the account saying i filed bankruptcy and I have not. i sent a copy of my SSN and Date of birth and they still reported a charge off for that account on my report even though i sent proof that that is not my bankruptcy or even that i was late. this company has ruined my credit and a chance for me to qualify for a home loan. my credit standing dropped more than 100 points do to them not reporting the correct information this is just wrong! and they were very nasty and it's their fault!
