      AVOID FOOD POISONING/CONTAMINATION!!!Conyers, **. Location is selling food out of the SAFE TEMPERATURE range!!!Putting customers health "AT RISK!!!"Putting in a To Go order...They served me a very cold egg and cheese biscuit! Fortunately, I checked it before leaving the counter! Asking for the manager to give me a remake on my order! She told the person in the kitchen area to do a remake in my order. The manager bagged up the remake apologizing for the mishap.We're good to go? I ask. Yes, you are she said. Wrong!!! So very WRONG!!!Taking her word I just left the store without checking it. Until I got a short distance down the road. The biscuit was rewrapped! Same biscuit!!! The person in the kitchen opened it and just put another slice of cold cheese on it!!!I tried to call the store to ask...Why?You cannot talk to this store when you call it. Guess why not!!! Their phone number is the same as the CUSTOMER COMPLAINT LINE!!! I could not believe it when the representative told me this...Not all locations are set up with phone numbers like this, but some locations are. Furthermore, they haven't even responded to the corporate emails from the company. Not only are they hiding behind the complaint phone number they don't even respond to corporate. I ask the representative a question. What happens if they do not call or contact me per your company request?We will escalate it again.Then I ask...I guess you'll escalate it again and again and again until I am exhausted on waiting on them. Correct? We just keep escalating it. I said...they aren't addressed on their lackadaisical behavior? She couldn't answer.Numerous calls and escalations. It's all recorded!! Dates/time.On my last call...just have someone from CORPORATE CALL ME. STILL WAITING!!! My initial call 02/29/24. Waiting for a year!A failing generation now in charge!****** will probably BANKRUPT this company!!Your Grandaddy T.***** would NOT be proud of you! I remember him from *********, **.

      Chic-Fil-a location:********************************************************************* I had the inconvenience of ordering through **** eats and my order was mysteriously given to a ****** but in the app, multiple ******s were assigned to the order. Around the 3rd assigned ******, I asked if the uber ****** could inquire about my order. I ended up speaking to the employee who handed the 1st ****** my order and stated he wanted to talk to the manager to see if he could re-issue the order. When I talked to the manager, he lied and said there was no record of my order and he couldnt do anything about it, essentially dismissing me (it was maybe 20 minutes before closing so Im sure that was a large motivation). Ironically enough, the employee I spoke with before the manager specifically stated that he gave my order to the ******, detailing my name and order as he recalled it ion the spot. But somehow, the manager didnt want to resolve the issue and just dismissed my order being missing entirely. Didnt know Chic-Fil-a promoted liars who want to punch off the clock 20 minutes early. Good to know.

      We bought badly cooked chicken. It was dark when received it and made us sick.Please do not trade with them, especially Chick Fil A in Azusa ********************************************************

      Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite ********************* due to their Business Model of treating both their Customers and Employees right. Specifically, I love that Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sundays for their Employees if they choose to attend Church. Even though Ive occasionally wanted to eat Chick-Fil-A on a Sunday, I am happy their Employees have a day off on Sundays. I dont believe enough Businesses follow that Business Model any longer. I can wait until a Monday. From my experience, The Staff is always friendly, smiles, and are always happy to help their Customers. I dont remember The exact date but the one time my order was wrong, The Staff and Manager were able to resolve the incorrect order for me in a reasonable amount of time. I understand, mistakes sometimes happen. Especially for a Fast Food Chain as busy as Chick-Fil-A.Every Chick-Fil-A I have visited is always clean so I trust to eat at Chick-Fil-A Restaurants.I love that some Chick-Fil-A Restaurants still offer a Kids Playground. There are few Businesses that are still Child-Friendly to Families. They also offer Kids meals.For anyone who avoids eating too much Fast Food, Chick-Fil-A offers appetizing Salads for anyone trying to eat Healthy or Diet. I really enjoy The Market Salad!I rated Chick-Fil-A 5 Stars because I strongly believe overall it is a great Business Model for a *********************

      I ordered yesterday from **** eats got a racist driver who refused my delivery and now Im being charged for food I dont get and was disrespected and cursed out about cause he couldnt find my location. I have evidence and proof I just want my money back.

      Chick fil a gives people expired products and undercooked chicken and when I call corporate or the store to fix my issue I get the run around & very nasty attitudes from the ghetto chick fil a cares team.. very frustrating why should I have to pay for expired food ? Im paying for a service

      got 2 chicken sandwich's super thick patties that were UNDERCOOKED, called to have it refunded and to bring food back. had a employee on the line with VERY poor customer service. safe to say **************************** lost our business.

      I recently had one of the worst experiences at Chick-fil-As The Loop location in ********* **, and Im beyond frustrated. The store lacks diversity, and its clear from the rude and dismissive attitudes that this is a major issue. ********, one of the managers, was the biggest problem, and this situation has made me want to escalate the matter all the way to the CEO. Enough is ********* started with *****, who admitted she had no idea how to handle my issue and quickly passed me off to ********. Instead of offering help, ******** was incredibly aggressive, stating, "I dont like your tone," and then hung up on me. Not once, but twice. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I tried to get help from another manager, *****, I was hung up on yet again.What made things even worse was when I reached out to Chick-fil-As customer service, hoping to resolve the issue at a higher level. I spoke to ********, who expressed mild concern, stating, "Thats terrible, Ill make sure to escalate this to the higher-***** But even she seemed to lack genuine care, commenting that the managers "sound like they are spoon-fed," which was both unhelpful and ***************** this point, Im beyond disappointed, and I will be escalating this to corporatespecifically to the CEO of Chick-fil-A. Its clear there are deep issues with the management at this location, and ******** needs to be held accountable. Customers should never be treated with such disrespect, and I will not stop until this situation is properly addressed.

      In a recent breakfast visit, I was deciding on the 4 count Mini entree and whether to buy multiples for my granddaughter in order for it to be filling. The server suggested the 10 count, which was not on the menu. I proceeded to order the 10 count, not bothering to ask the price because I thought the price would reflect a reasonable amount since I was buying, kind of, in bulk. When I left the store and checked my receipt, I was surprised to see that for the 10 count min entree, I was charged $14.25. At $4.55 per 4 count entree, I could have ordered 3 entrees, received 2 more minis, and it would have only cost $13.65. What deceptive practice for a company who used to pride itself on being upstanding and beyond reproach in the business world. I only post my complaint here because I have read about so many complaints that go unanswered from cooperate ChickFilA that I wanted to try and make people aware on different platforms. The moral of the ****** isalways ask for the price before ordering something not displayed on the menu.
