      I experienced poor customer service at the restaurant made a formal complaint and i got a email back from customer relations saying unfortunately it didn't happen because they spoke with someone at the store location. WOW!!! The store refuse to remake my order after they gave me the wrong order. She stated open that burrito and put it in a bowl it's the same thing.

      On 8/23/22 at about 4:30 pm, I ordered a chicken sandwich meal from the Chick-Fil-A restaurant at ********************************************************* (**************************** *** - Store #*****). After eating most of my fries I found a fried cockroach in the fries. I contacted the store immediately and spoke to a manager. He told me to bring back the remaining fries for a refund of my meal. After leaving the store in disgust, I saw only the amount of the fries was refunded. I called the manager again who told me to come back into the store for a full refund. Again, after leaving the store I saw that they shorted me by $2.59. I reached out to Chick-Fil-As ** who put me in touch with the franchisee. He was initially reluctant to correct the refund shortfall. It was only after sending an email to the ** he refunded my credit card, without me having to go back into the store.

      .After a visit to over of your number one, finest and healthiest fast food restaurant chain locations,I left the following ****** review for Chick-fil-A : "a real blessing! Excellent in every way including your delicious food! Great curbside service through highly trained, quality employees-this is the only genuine FAST FOOD restaurant in business I know. Thank you for your commendable integrity in honoring God by closing on Sundays and for taking your biblical stand against homosexuality!! if I were physically able, it would be a pleasure to work for your company!".

      The manager was extremely rude. I bought a salad at the *************************************** location and when I reached for the dressing packet that was given to me, It looked as if a mouse had chewed on it. I came back to the store, asked for a refund and shared my observations with the manager( or person who processed my refund) . That person proceeded to tell me not to start rumors ( mind you, I was talking to her in a low toned voice). The person seemed reluctant to process the refund, continued telling me to stop spreading rumors. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me and asked me " what are you going to do? You can't do anything to me! You can't do my job". This is one of the worst experiences that I've had in a restaurant. I do not frequent chick fil A that often but have always heard such good things about the chain. I realize that one bad staff does not represent the entire chain, however for me, this staff has pretty much turned me off this franchise.

      The ********* Blvd & 215 location is an absolute joke. Their wait times are ridiculous, so I tried using their app. I ordered my food 20+ minutes before I left my house, then pulled up for curbside pickup and waited for 4-5 minutes, then went into the store and waited another 2-3 minutes before I just told them to cancel my order. Kaila, or Iiaila, whatever her name is, the girl behind the counter was rude and wouldn't talk to me, literally had nothing to say. If you are trying to get breakfast and you are under any kind of time crunch, go anywhere else.

      I mostly always order my food on the chick fila app,as I did today 19 JUL 2022. After i order my food on the app I go to the drive thru like I normally do and tell the agent i have a mobile order. She says Okay, Im good to go. When I get to the pick-up window the agent says I have to pay. I told her No I dont because I already paid. The manager on duty then says Ill have to pay again and the other payment will cancel itself out. I said no you cancel out the order because the card Im using only has a certain amount in it, and the food is not just for me. He again repeats himself, as do I. He then says okay, Ill cancel it. The female agent then says theres a problem with all our prepaid orders today. However, I wasnt told that when I first arrived, all i was told was the total and to pay. The manager then says he cancelled the order and for me to pay. However the money never went back on my card. At this point, I have been sitting at the drive thru window for approx four min. All of a sudden he says dont even worry about it just take the food and hands it to the agent to give to me. This experience not only made me look like I couldnt afford food but it made me feel embarrassed because all of the workers and other customers were looking at me, while all this was going on. I have a receipt and a statement that shows I paid for me food, to belittle me in this way was unwarranted and unnecessary specially from someone who always goes to chick fila.
