      I go to the Chick fil la in *********** all the time. Not sure why I keep going back because I never get what I order. I noticed that the kids taking orders are always different. Doesnt look like they stay there long enough to know how to take the orders and what is supposed to come with your order. I would for once like to get a Cob Salad with warm grilled chicken breast on it.

      My bad experience location at chick fil a was at *************** in **. This was third time I went to this location. I ask for a **** salad with NO Bacon!! I went home which is about 20 mins away and notice it was bacon in my salad. I do not eat PORK. I went back to the restaurant. I inform them of the issue and ask to speak with the manager. The manager ***** came out and was rude and just said well Im sorry and here is your new salad. He didnt offer anything and sent me on my way. I tried to express my concerns but he didnt care! I could have got real sick if I have took a bite of that salad. Sorry doesnt do it!!

      I have complained and complained about my market salad for awhile now to chik fila. My salad is full of the center piece like eating the core of an apple. The core of a salad is bitter and not good. Im tired of paying high dollar for their salads and getting the core. I took pictures of my salad.

      The young manager lady is rude and need more training as a manager. My food was giving to someone else. I tried to speak to her about it. She brushed me off and said they werent making it again. But it was their fault because they gave my food away. I need this handled asap. Shes not ready to be a manager absolutely horrible customer service.

      I submitted my first complaint on 1/19 Report Number: ******** did not hear anything back. Resent the same complaint on 2/13 Report Number: ******** and still have not received a response. A bit sad that I had this experience and filed a complain twice and received no response. That goes to show that my issues were not important! Hello, I have been meaning to submit this issue for some time, but have been busy. I did speak with store manager and was told to file a complain on line which was confusing because why do I need to file a complaint when I am telling you now. I felt a little brushed off. I ordered a catering order and received no dressing for my large salad. I originally ha the order scheduled to be picked up and 9pm and then called to ask if I could pick it up at 3:30 pm instead. They entered in order to pick up at 3:30 am when I went to go pick it up it at 3:30 pm it was not even ready for pick up. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to make it. I ordered a medium size cold chicken salad, family size salad and small brownie tray. I ordered a lot from this store and always have issues with them not giving me sauces I request. Maybe because girls I always see there are too busy standing around chatting and putting on their makeup instead of doing their job they are being paid to do. On top of that I did not even get an apology for them not having my order ready. After waiting for so long I got frustrated and went up to the register to just cancel my order and they finally came out with it and said nothing just handled it to me and walked away. Then to have the store manager tell me to file a complaint online and not offer an apology was to say was very concerning . It goes to show why some of the staff is the way they are. Needless to say I will not be returning to that store:-(

      ********** ** Chick Fil A This is the first CFA I have ever went into and approached by rude attendants. My 14 year old son walked in to pick up our food that was ordered with mobile ordering. Several minutes like thirty minutes went by he asked about our order. They gave him an order with our name except it had the wrong food/drinks. My son took the food back into the restaurant and the manager told him theres 2 of my names in the data base. My name is a name you dont hear very often. The food didnt belong to us, it was someone elses whole order. The attendants claimed they couldnt find our order in the data base at this point. I took the receipt into the restaurant, the manager still argued the food didnt come to her data base, to check with the surrounding CFA. The restaurant was packed my son was embarrassed, we were completely humiliated by these individuals. I cut my losses and left. something needs to be done with this location. This was not ok. These attendant are rude and very unprofessional.

      I ended up paying a dasher 30a% tip for a chick fil an error and not giving us our nuggets. So who is at fault and why did I tip so much to not get what I ordered

      There is a reason why our rural community (Panhandle) visits the Chick-fil-a on ******* in ******** and its because of the undeniably exceptional service and food. I visit any time Im in ******** because my family loves the food and I love the ease of the drive through (best in town and healthy options-total win)! My students were excited to see Chick-fil-a on Georgia is a member of the BBB so we know we can trust them to always make our experience the best!

      I went to this chic fa la recently I ordered two spicy deluxe both meals came with large fries, also I ordered two Mac and cheeses. They completely messed up both of my sandwiches, And even got my macaroni's wrong as well not to mention how I can clearly tell how old the macaronis were as if they sat on a cold shelf the entire day. Sandwich was soggy not to mention as well. When I got to the window and looked at my order I told them about it and the way they treated me was horrible as if I was doing something wrong. **************** rate is definitely a **** they still charged me for the orders they messed up and didn't even offer to remake my meals. So I was still charged for a messed up order. The girl with blonde hair completely had an attitude. I called complained about my order and was told to come back and that It would be taken care of so I went in of course the next day to get my meal and it was another disservice/ disappointment the manager had a veryyyyy bad attitude mind you MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS MESSED UP. So I expected for the entire meal I paid for including both sandwich meals with the large fries to be redone as well as my one large Mac and my medium Mac to be re done too why was I being charged to pay for meals they got wrong and didn't even make fresh to begin with. That is not customer service at all! I have never been to a chic fa la like this. Not to mention the operator of this location seems to not even care about customers having a good experience where they spend their hard earned money to eat at. Not once have I seen anyone who had a bad experience here get treated the way they should have been after. I want to speak with someone because this is a shame I spend 30$ for a whole messed up order. Just to still have to pay for it after? It was still horrible i can tell they made my food without care, the guy manager with glasses attitude was so rude I still got charged as well. I just want the correct service, both meals to be made correctly
