      At around 2:20-2:30 pm, I had to fight my way through drive through traffic in order to park in handicapped parking which is not conveniently accessible due to cone barriers that are permanently fixed to the pavement and the long drive through line. I asked to speak to a manager about it in order to find a better alternative to the setup. The first manager said that it was considered okay by the operations person of the store. I asked to speak to another manager whose name is ****************. He further said that there was nothing wrong with the access and then provided to call me by sir when I am transfemale. I was wearing a dress, had makeup on, and have prosthetic breastforms to ensure that I present properly as a woman. I asked for the district manager's name and phone number and was informed that there is no district manager, just the store owner. I asked for the store owner's name and number, and he said that I could get that information in the vestibule. He also refused to let me get a picture of his name plate. When I called the number to the store owner, it went straight to the store, and the manager who I had just spoken with picked up. I went back in to demand to speak with him again. He continued to call me sir instead of ma'am, stated that I never asked if the store owner was present, and clammed up when I accused him of being anti-LGBTQ. The other manager refused to step in when I asked her to. At least 10 employees were witness to this as well as several customers present at the time.I am a disabled combat veteran who uses a service dog and has need for easily accessible handicapped parking which this store refuses to provide when Chick Fil-A restaurants across the US have changed the location of their handicapped parking because of the drive through lines blocking the parking spaces.

      This is the second time I have had bad service. I brought a **** salad and it was missing key items. I called and spoke with I think her name was **** and she asked me to send picture I did. I had placed the roasted peppers in the salad and shook up so I began eating and notice there was not any bacon cheese or eggs. Mind I drove 15 min. For my food. The young lady informs me that I need to bring the salad back for them to inspect because she saw cheese and bacon bits. I told her it was the roasted peppers and the only way I could get another salad is if I brought it back. This is crazy I would not make up missing ingredients. Then she tells me to ask for more food. This is crazy. **************** not!

      ************************************** I am a delivery driver and of caucasian skin, I have been beyond discriminated against at this location. It blows my mind that corporate does not care at all. These employees will not allow me to gather my food to deliver to the customer that paid. and corporate knows this. Disgusting, disturbing, and this company does not care. Only about sales, not about being mistreated over and over again. SAD! This company does not care at all, only money. I never pull a race card until so many times and i have to now. I want everyone to know this, if i were black at an all white location and get raciallly treated the way i was, whole different story. I guarantee it! Sick people. My opinion , but i have seen the light!

      It is absolutely ridiculous that Chic Fil A is capable of accepting payments via mobile and web based orders, but cannot issue a refund without going to the restaurant. My order was short one unit of 4-count chicken strips - which just so happens to be my order, one of the seven meals ordered. In order to be refunded for the lunch I should be eating right now, I must instead make another drive to the restaurant to either receive my food or a refund. Unless Chick Fil A will also be providing fuel and mileage reimbursement for my efforts, it is a tremendous inconvenience for me to correct what is ultimately Chick Fil A's error. It is, however, easy to file a fraudulent complaint with my financial institution that Chick Fil A failed to render service or products which were paid for. Do better, Chick Fil A. I will not be back to this location - or any Chick Fil A - for the foreseeable future. It was not a pleasure.

      My app was hacked and both my cards on file were charged and my app used somewhere in CA (I live in **) at a Chick-fil-a. I followed the promt and emailed Chick-fil-a to report these fraudulent transactions. All the promt said was to call my bank, remove my cards from the app and change my app password, which I had already done. Not only did they charge my cards, but they also used money that had already been on my account for a while and had originally been approved by me, so my bank would not give me credit for that. After several emails about having my app hacked by someone in a complete different state, Chick-fil-a has yet to reach out to me. I read an article that they had been hacked but refuse to admit that it was an internal error.

      I would give negative stars if possible. Chick-fil-e in egg harbor twp, **, has false advertised prices. No one from the company has done anything about it or honored their advertised prices. Instead of having integrity, they have chosen to push the blame off from one person to another. The store manager blamed HR. The national customer service line blamed it on independent owners. I would think a ********************** would pride themselves on honesty and honor posted prices. I will no longer be spending my hard earned money on your substandard food and will make my voice known throughout the community. This all comes from unresolved complaints. The quality of your food is not worth what you are charging and the way you handled the situation has closed the deal for me.

      Im not a customer but a former employee. I just had to come on here to say that I was always treated badly by this company first of all I was treated like I was mentally handicapped the whole time I worked there I was treated like I didnt have any idea what was going on and was mocked , also I was paid almost 3$ less than everyone. I worked a total of 4 years and the people who just started where making 11.50$ an hour I made **** when I first started and got a raise 2 1/2 years later to a total of 8.50$ when I finally left. I was robbed , treated poorly ,and not only by the people I worked with but the customers were ridiculous. There was a girl with special needs who worked there with me while I was there I loved helping her in the lobby and I was happy to see that she liked it until some of the workers started making fun of her she cried and they laughed I was so disgusted . Her dad came in to pick up her last check and he had to wait almost my whole 6 hour shift at a table because they didnt wanna deal with him they lied and said they were in a meeting but they werent . So if you can I wouldnt eat at this location, they mock their customers just as much as they make fun of their workers. They will leave you outside in the cold or the heat without any care at all , now thankfully at the ****** one they switch out every 45 min yeah thats still not happening where I worked . ( I worked outside everyday btw) TLDR: I absolutely think this location needs to be investigated employees need to come forward because ik Im not the only one who got treated like c*** .

      Extremely poor customer service in several years of ordering at chic fil a never once we received a complete order for which we paid fully. Every time there is atleast one or two items missing. Todays experience beat every other experience. I ordered a 10 count nugget box and all they gave me is two small nugget box with 1 nugget in one box and another one empty. Feels like this is the business strategy. How on earth can a mistake happen each time ??? I feel even one star is too much but cant go lesser than that.

      The Chick- Fil-A in *********** ** is a joke, they mess up your order and you can't call the location directly. Is it that they have so many issues? You get a so called Service Line that takes you over 10 minutes to get a person on the phone. When trying to explain the issue, wait I need you to spell your first and last name, then phone, email address. REALLY when I dispute the credit card charge and they don't get their $30.00. Maybe someone at the *************** location can figure out how to use the phone, I hope who was too stupid to know how to read a ticket enjoyed their dinner, I didn't. I know the next Chick Fil A I go to, I'm seating at the drive thru and unpacking the bags until I see every item and open every item to see if it is done correctly since their job is so difficult to do. Hate to think what would happen if the person who packed my order was given something hard to do. Why is it that when you call the other locations in the area someone knows how to answer the phone. Come on people Covid it over, where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE >>>>>>>>>>> I didn't get better service from the Cow than some employees. The ratings should include stars with a minus

      Very unprofessional. I was charged twice for food I did not receive. I got no resolution after following up with upper management.
