I have a complaint regarding my purchases at ********* affiliated vending machines that I have frequented throughout a course of time. A while back I had lost money on my debit card from a vending machine not dispensing a drink but still charged my card. I contacted ********* United here in ********** *******. They referred me to SWIPE. This company, when I spoke with them about the particular transaction. They said they would refund. I never received it. I contacted them back. They referred me to speak with **********. They were no help either. Neither company can find my purchases that I made on my debit card which is a problem. I have proof of all my purchases but for some reason none of these companies can find my transactions. I have given them all the information they've requested to try to find my transactions. The problem at this point is I am absolutely requesting a refund for all my purchases if you cannot verify my transactions and in particular still never received refund that was told to me from company called SWIPE regarding drink that never dispensed. Whenever I contact SWIPE, I just get runaround and they refuse to help me. ********* United, Swipe and Cantaloupe have been absolutely no help. All of my purchases on my debit/credit card read out as "*********" which have been alot of purchases.Business Response

June 15, 2023 I'm a Regional Truck Driver, who has visited this establishment many times. The last time I came here, I had to wait several hours for my truck to be unloaded, and had a similar experience the other times I've come here.They do not care about scheduled times. They make everyone wait and waste our time. They don't provide bathrooms, a place to park or anywhere to get something to drink if necessary. Their practices are purely unethical and outright inconsiderate. I am but many of people who have complained about this company. Below I have attached testimony from many other drivers with a similar experience as myself. I hope that in reporting this business and their poor conduct, that something can be done about this situation. ********* is one of the biggest companies there is. How is this acceptable? There are smaller companies that operate way more efficiently and have care/respect for the drivers they load or unload. Today I came two hours early and still have not received a call. For the price we have to pay now for a 12 pack of cokes is ridiculous to receive cans. I am writing this because I am as frustrated as anyone could be right now. I have been attempting to talk and or resolve an issue with ********* since October 2022. I have worked for ********* for 26 years in ******* ********, they sold to a company called Refresco on April 1, 2022 and at that time I was then employed with them. August 10, 2022 while on a weeks' vacation I had a massive heart attack at my home, and I have subsequently been able to collect my social security disability. Since October of 2022 I have been attempting to reach someone at ********* who can help me get my "pension kit" this is what they call it. This has been to no avail. They have a number you call; they open a case and then they conveniently close the case before you know it. There seems to be no one at this company who can actually help. I have called so many times that I have lost count, being put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call drops which has happened over and over. I am still considered a United Steel worker and I have attempted to get this resolved that way too, but I can't get a response there either.I am a disabled individual, very sick at the moment and I have worked very hard for this company. The last year that I worked for ********* prior to the sale to Refresco, I worked ***** hours...I want the paperwork for my pension, the pension that is due to me.***************************Business Response

CASE # ******** We are getting bought out by another company, in order to proceed we have to return our two ********* vending machines to complete the merger.One vending machine is all ready to be picked-up at ******************************************************* at the loading dock.Coke Liberty who you sold this too, refuses to pick it up, they stated we do not pick-up vending machins at any location from 3 party vendors They put it there BUT refuse to take it back. The company is closing and wants this machine removed. We are trying to do the right this here. Our outlet # is *********. We can not afford to hire a moving company to remove theese machines they are very big we are a small business and can not afford to pick them up, So if they can not be removed then what will happen to them.? We do not want to abandon them.So We need your help in doing this and the only way to file this complaint. A ticket has been accpeted for asset # RY15000972 ADDRESS FOR PICK-UP: ************************************************************************* at ************ is the pick-up guy and he never answers his phone. We did leave a voicemail with ******** Regional Supervisor at ************ and have not hear from here yet. ********* is requesting these machines back and it has been approved by ******** Regional Supervisor for pick-up but the pick-up never happens. The tool being used was made by a company that is violating intellectual property rights on a nationwide (and global) scale. So the purpose of this letter is to raise awareness about a company named OpenAI, an American-based IT company and how it's breaking the law every day.OpenAI (openai.com) provides software named "ChatGTP," which is software that generates text as though a human wrote the text. It was built with data from the Common Crawl dataset, a conglomerate of stolen copyrighted articles, internet posts, web pages, and books scraped from 60 million domains over a period of 12 years. TechCrunch reports this data includes copyrighted material from **** The New *********** Reddit, the full text of online books, and more. So anyone who ever published anything on Internet anywhere, therefore, has had pieces of their content illegally collected, distributed, and sold to people using GTP-based writing tools. The United *********************** recently ruled that non-human expression is ineligible for copyright protection. So for those who wish to simply copy and paste the text with this GPT thing, this new ruling means everything they generate with GPT becomes public domain material. So this company is basically taking copyrighted material and putting it into the public domain.OpenAI additionally serves a global audience. We had an order delivered to ** in January and I called to following day to notify them that I was Missing 5 cases of 2.5 gallon syrups. I had Write them a check for ****** which they gladly cashed on February 2nd. I called Coke 3/4 times to get updates on a refund of missing product or re delivery which they stated they would contact me several times with updates. It is February ********************************** contact from Coca-******* have Contacted ******************************* several times and left voicemails which is the person who they stated I should Reach out to. Changes on bottle cap to reduce plastic waste (**)I would like to mention my problems with the new attached bottle cap changes, that rolled out last year here in the **.I am a frequent buyer of ********* Zero product. I drink it at home sometimes but mostly at work where I take my 500ml bottles. Me and other people I know have a system of buying a few 500ml bottles and the 2L product in bulk. Then my system to reduce plastic waste, I frequently re-use the empty 500ml bottles to fill them up from the 2L bottles.With the new changes in the attached caps makes it very difficult to refill the bottles and had several occasions when I couldn't close the cap due to the deformation of the plastic, it wouldn't close securely and caused spillage. I also cut my finger 3 times so far while trying to secure the cup (deformed plastic cut my finger while tightening the cap). It is also very uncomfortable to drink from the bottle while the cap is hoovering around my eyes. My friend wearing glasses, and the plastic scraped and damaged the surface of he's glass.I am very found of the unique flavor of ********* Zero, but now seriously considering changing to ***************** instead. Please reconsider going back to the good old detaching cap style. For my part I am very keen of recycling plastic product and have never even considered throwing the cap in the non-recycling bin.Business Response

This happened December 16. I won a promotion and got a ******* giftcard from them through their Plus One Holiday promotion. I have reached out numerous times! I went to ******* to pay for my Christmas gifts and the card declined! They told me to go to customer service and they said the eGift is invalid . It still shows as having balance on my ******* app. I called them and they told me to email. Which I did and no reply for a month. I called again and they said email again. Then the email comes back as amrkd for potential malicious email? And I said I need help told them what happened. I told them what I just said here, went to ******* didn't work ,please just send another. They said can you show us what happens when you place an order online? I told them I only used it in store and it didn't work and told them which ******* and where it was . They are calling me a liar ? They need proof it's not working. Well they can go try to go and scan it at ******* and tell me if it goes through. So how I have a giftcard I can't even use with a balance stuck on it. I haven't got a reply after that email where I told them I used it in store not online. So no help!! After multiple attempts !
