We contacted ****, our sales rep on 10/27/2023 informing him of the restaurant we purchased and was taking over the account, he had issues with the prior owner not paying her account. We were an entirely new company just had the similar name. Since then customer service with coke has been almost ZERO, we have fountains that dont work, so far have been waiting 2+ months for equipment to get fixed/replaced/delivered. Then finally today 1/11/24 a small cooler was delivered that was 10+ years old, moldy, smelly, dinted and about 1/2 the size of a normal one. Then our entire account order history has been deleted. All of this while they are supposed to be installing new machines at our other restaurant and our event space. I mean we are a small veteran owned business and this has set us back months and monthsBusiness Response

A coke technician, ****, came into my restaurant to repair the Coke fountain machine and broke my ice maker. He turned off the water and the ice machine under the coke machine seized. He left and came back 3 days later. He said he did not see the ice machine. He admittedly made a mistake. He forgot to turn the water back on after he diagnosed his machine. I asked him why he didn't tell me, he said because he didn't see the ice machine. I have been doing business with **** for ***************************************************************************************************** turned off my water for 3 days. Then, *******************, ***** manager, told him to say it has to do with a separate valve issue; a technicality. He is referring to a valve I have for my filter that Coke uses for the water that pumps through their machine. I have had the same plumbing for 23 years. I have never had a separate valve and all of a sudden, I should have a valve and after the technician broke my machine. So, if I was supposed to have a separate valve, why did he work on the Coke machine? I could have installed the valve before he did the work. Then, as *** is playing his fantasy five football pics because you can hear clear as day the *** jingle going off like crazy in the background, he says I can talk to his insurance. They are handling it from this point. Then, they send the claim to ******** claims management firm, who they pay to investigate and find in ***** favor of course because they pay them! *** never called me or had a technician call and troubleshoot why my machine failed. I never spoke with the man. How could he have investigated anything? He didn't. He is a liar and Coke, you are just as shallow. Clean up your act and fix your mistakes. Old Coke would have never done this. Small businesses should not be stuck with your mistakes because you pay people off! I rep your product! Your employee broke my equipment and your manager and claims adjuster, both of which you pay have zero business ethics.Business Response

Hello *******, thank you for providing the additional details which has been shared with Insurance handling your claim. ************Customer Answer
Date: 11/03/2023
I am not sure what it means that this has been sent to the insurance company? There is not an insurance company. There is a claims management company that works for Coke. The claims representative would be ********************** Is this the very same person that is trying to say there is no coverage because of a technicality? If this is the case, then Coke is not intending on doing the right thing. I had a perfect ice maker, brand new bought in August in my restaurant on October 3. The coke technician came in and turned off the water and never told the restaurant what he did. He spoke with the owner, that was out of town at the time and said he turned off the coke machine. I asked clearly is there anything I need to do? He said no and will see us on Friday. On Thursday, I went into my restaurant and found a broken ice machine because there was no water for 3 days! How in any way is this my fault and why has this never happened in the last 23 years? Because the technician did not do his job right. He did not communicate to the owner he turned off the water. We share a water line, and it has been this way for 23 years. He had the opportunity right at that moment to say, you need to install a valve before I can work on the machine. He broke my machine! Period! There is no insurance for this. The deductible is too low and you, Coke is sending it to a claims manager you pay to settle your claim. He is settling it by denying it. If this is your path. You will lose a ****************************************************************************************** reason to endorse your company. I will do everything to the contrary.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Coke is a scumbag company that pays for their complaints to be denied. They do not have an independent insurance company with ethical business practices regarding claims, they have a mafia. They pay Sedgwick Managment to manage their claims. So be a scumbag, ********* That is what happened when ********* Company went to ***** ********* Company; the integrity of the business went with the name. That is why it takes Coke technicians 10 times to fix what they did 10 years ago in 1 visit. That is why they show up and break equipment on a regular basis. That is why your technicians say, "well there are so many tubes; I'm not sure what goes to what; ... and ...I didn't see an ice machine". This is what your technicians are now and that is why your incompetent technician broke my brand-new ice machine. Go ahead and lie to yourself. I am going to Pepsi. Your company sucks!

Dear ************************** Team,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express some concerns I have regarding the taste and the effect of one of your products, Gatorade. Specifically, I have noticed a significant difference in the taste of the red Gatorade and have experienced adverse effects after consuming it.In the past, I have been an avid Gatorade consumer, and I truly enjoy the refreshing and replenishing qualities of this product. However, recently, I purchased the red Gatorade from three different stores in the Chicagoland area, and I couldn't help but notice that the taste has changed. It now has a bitter and dark flavor that is quite unpleasant. What troubles me even more is that after drinking this altered version of the red Gatorade, I have experienced a range of gastrointestinal issues, including diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. This has not been the case with Gatorade in the past, and I find it concerning.I am reaching out to inquire whether there have been any recent changes in the formulation or production process of Gatorade, particularly the red flavor. I am keen to understand if this taste difference and the adverse effects are due to a recent adjustment in the product.I want to emphasize that I am a loyal southern gotta have my "coke" consumer, and I hope that this issue can be addressed. Your prompt response and any information you can provide regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated. I believe that your company's commitment to quality and consumer satisfaction will help resolve these concerns.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.Sincerely,Tierra HBusiness Response

I continue to get ignored from this company. I placed an order for personalized coke bottles only to receive soda that was completely flat. I called the company and spoke to a gentleman who filed the complaint and said I should be hearing from someone via email soon. I then received an email from **** on September 13 requesting the order number. I emailed her back the same day and continued to not hear anything back. Since then I have emailed and called over a dozen times and no one responds.Business Response

I admit I drink more Diet Coke than most. I like the plastic bottles because I can close it up without fear of spilling after each drink. Recently, the caps from some of these bottles have a very strong mildew/mold smell. At first it was just a one-off. Now, this is happening with consistency. It happens regardless of where I purchase. It happens with individual 20 ounce bottles or if buying a 6 pack of 16 ounces. In the pack, there is now, ALWAYS at least 1 or 2 with this issue. This is REALLY bad. It truly smells like a high consideration of mold or mildew. When this happens, I have to throw out the bottle. The amount of waste (both in money and product) over the past several months is staggering! I drink on average 3-4 of these daily! Recently, a friend of mine had the same smelly problem with a Coke Zero. What is going on?!?! Mildew/mold can make people sick- especially if a person DRINKS it. You have a serious problem with your product happening.Business Response

For several months I have been charged $5 for a 20 oz *************** at his job. I and him have reached out to coke cola and have gotten the run around. The person that he talked to refuse a refund and they would send a technician out. The technician came out not sure the outcome but the next day he was charged $2.75 and today it back up to $5. I have tried to contact **** cola several times but I just get transferred to a different department and no answer. I have bank statements and a case number for coke cola.Business Response
