      I bought a $5k sectional sofa from the store in ********** area ***** but when I called for help with a replacement piece , I was met with resistance and rudeness at every turn from *****. Once you buy something, they are done with you and you are on your own. I was told by ***** as a matter of fact that he has been there 13 years and they never have sold the manufacturer that is all over my tags. I even sent him pictures of the tags and that didn't stop him. He guaranteed the plugs will be different along with the color now a days. Found the new modal that replaced mine somewhere else and wow, plugs and color are the same. He just didn't want to help.Just my opinion- STAY AWAY or take your chances that you don't need them down the road.

      I bought 2 recliners from Haverty's and recently had my recliner in to have the seat failure. I have since moved since the purchase and they picked up my recliner from my NEW address! Well repairs made and out for delivery after 2 weeks they to deliver it to my old address! I called them prior to make sure they had my new address and they still got it!!!! Haverty's customer service is a joke! I was on hold for almost an hour and still got a bunch of ************ IF you're going to buy from Haverty's you better make sure what you're getting into as far as their customer service! Their customer service sucks!!!!

      After purchasing thousands of dollars on bedroom furniture and what I initially thought was a nice sales guy (****) from the **********, ** he showed his true colors after making multiple attempts to line up a mattress exchange. He writes the following:I don't know man. I'm getting tired of you. No understanding what you need to do in order to do that exchange. We told you to wait and every single week is always something else. Maybe we are not the store for you. This is extremely disrespectful! Who is he to tell me if this is not my store!

      I bought a firmed mattress from Havertys Furniture with around 3K. The delivery people damaged my base and i have complained right then. They dont care about customers satisfaction rather customers money. I am going through a difficult time with damaged base and with their unprofessional customer service.I dont recommend anyone go through this process with paying big amount of money.

      NEVER AGAIN will we buy anything from Haverty's! We spent over $15k on furniture for our dining room, living room, and bedroom. Every single piece has issues. The leather sofas are broken down and the leather is rubbing off after 4 years and only two people using them. The finish on each of the wood pieces is failing. One of the drawers of our dresser no longer works. None of this is covered by the $650 we paid for their "protection plan." **** has better quality and customer service. Gave one star because zero stars is not an option. We are furious and will never shop there again.

      I bought a dinning room table from this store. The finish started coming off immediately. When I contacted customer service I was given the run around for weeks. They finally agreed to take it to the warehouse to fix it, but it was fixed poorly and came back with new damage from transportation. **************** denied the warranty for it and won't make this right. ******** experience, poor customer service, poor quality ********************

      Disappointed! Havertys used to be one of my favorite furniture stores, and I always appreciated the friendly salespeople at my location. However, my recent experience has changed that. While I typically dont write negative reviews, I feel its important to share what I went through.I purchased the Sealy Hybrid Silver Chill Plush Set - Standard Profile, King, Black (5-5098-2236), along with 2 Twin XL Boxsprings. With the Guardsman Gold Plan warranty, I expected quality and support, especially considering the premium price. Unfortunately, Ive been seriously let down.After experiencing issues within the warranty period, I contacted customer service, and they scheduled a technician to inspect the mattress. During the inspection, we believed the mattress was defective. However, customer service later informed us that the mattress was deemed acceptable according to the manufacturers standards, and we received unhelpful responses and a complete lack of accountability. As seniors, sleeping on this mattress is not good. Despite the technician confirming the mattress failed inspection, the company insisted it was within their policy and the manufacturer threshold and dismissed our concerns.Its incredibly frustrating when a company doesnt stand behind its products and fails to value its customers. I had such high hopes, but this has been a major disappointment. I cannot recommend Havertys to anyone.#CustomerService #Disappointed #NotImpressed

      I ordered my stuff in September and now I am getting all types of BS excuses of why I am not receiving my furniture on time . They say that they had my stuff on the truck out for delivery on Saturday only to say they can't delivery it now. Then they came back and said the delivery driver did not come back to the warehouse with the truck with my furniture.

      Purchased two sofa's and a chair in April 2024. Delivery date has been pushed back from June or July to here it is September 20 2024 and still no furniture. We had to call and inquire each time about the delays. Phone calls were not returned. The manager did call after a not so good Goggle review. Not sure why it takes this long to produce furniture they sell
