      The worst costumer service I have ever seen! The customer calls, a machine suggests that you accept a call so you don't have to wait, and then the phone rings just once and they immediately hang up. A complete fraud. Another thing is that their economic department does not do a good job. They agree with the client on an amount and then send the one they want to the bank. Do not buy with them!

      I purchared a long Ottoman Caoch in December 2020 with protection plan from Guardsman. We are trying to open a claim with them from more than 3 months, we submitted pictures 6 times and still haven't heard back from them. I am also trying to place a complaint with Haverty's and every time they just apologize for the issue. This is sad to see large company taking advantage from clients. I will never buy from them and will let everyone i know how poorly is the entire experiance with Haverty's and Guardsman. Terrible cosumer service. Horrible!!!

      Zero stars!Worst customer service team in the whole world. Bad people who dont love their customers! They delivered a defective sectional to my home and wanted not to change it for me. They were offering me to exchange only the chaise, when the other side of the sectional was defective. Its not until I cried to the manager and told them I would report them for taking my money and giving me a defective couch. This back and forth process went on for 3 weeks. Bottom line, this company does not care for their customers and their culture is not doing the right thing for people. Even when I had done everything they asked me to and uploaded the pictures they requested, it was still a fight. They refused to understand that their sofa was defective!!!After the manager finally reviewed the problem with the sectional, they admitted it was dont incorrect and even told me that it was defective. But so much arguing back and forth could have been avoided. They like to make their customers unhappy! Will never go back, its not worth it. I am really questioning their integrity as a company. The delivery man knew its was defective when he dropped it off in my house on the first delivery. They know everything but they just like to put their blinders on.

      Terrible customer service. Every delivery has been late. They never meet your scheduled time. They have incorrectly scheduled again, all week had one timeframe and today changed to another. I called them immediately after the email and spoke with agent to get rescheduled back to original time frame , 6 hours late they respond they can meet the window. Someone on their end entered incorrectly and suggested to deliver Friday . This is 4th delivery from my original purchase in August of 2021 and never have occurred during scheduled delivery time.

      Bought a new bed and mattress in February. It was scheduled for delivery Oct 5 and then delayed until Oct 8. After a dozen emails, texts and phone calls confirming delivery between 5-7 pm At 4:30 we received a phone call advising that the truck couldnt be on the road after 5pm. Therefore no delivery. They obviously never intended to deliver our furniture. **************** was to call us. No call and no new delivery date. Its great that they charge $300 for delivery and purchase must be paid in full before delivery will be scheduled Just terrible customer service

      Literally the worst service I've ever received. I spent almost $8,000 on furniture and had to call at least 8 times to make sure I got all the parts I needed. I still don't have all the parts I need. Never buying from Haverty's ever...EVER again.

      We bought a couch, 2 chairs & 2 ottomans. We purchased the guardsman protection plan along with furniture. I filed a claim on one chair & both ottomans due to fabric fraying & balling up. Threads are started to release. Guardsman denied claim said it was a manufacturer issue. Filed a claim with Havertys direct they denied claim. So basically we are stuck with 3 pcs of furniture that material is falling apart. Makes me sick because it was expensive furniture. Havertys has lost my business forever!

      Never again. We bought furniture in January and one of the chairs has been scheduled for delivery three times and we still dont have it. Now were being told the end of November! Almost a year for one dining chair!

      Spent $5000 on ********* Reclining Sofa it worked for a little over a year and a half. Two of the 3 recliners don't work now. I will never buy from this company again!

      I purchased my furniture on 11/26/2021 and i was so happy and excited getting new furniture in a new construction home purchasing $9,000 worth of furniture is a lot but i looked at it as an investment especially when i passed up rooms to go,value city, and ethan ****** i did tell the sales rep ****** at the ************************* store which i might add was so helpful and professional i told him i wanted all my furniture to all be delivered all at once instead of delivered separately i got a email from havertys saying that my furniture would be delivered on 4/15/22 between 1:15pm-3:15pm so i said thats good timing as i went on to plan a house warming with guest coming out of town and when friday 4/15/22 came i was excited watching the clock and i checked the eta website to see were the truck was and my time frame changed and changed and then 9:00pm came still no furniture i got a phone call from havertys saying the truck had to stop delivery do to (DOT) regulations and that delivery will continue tommorow 4/16/22 i had to call out of work i call the **** number to see when my furniture was going to be delivered the rep told me she was trying to get in contact with the delivery manager but no answer the rep said she would continue to call and give me a call i called the store to see what the problem was and i spoke to the general manager and he told me that he had my paperwork and that he is getting in contact with the delivery manager long story short it started raining i had to cancel my house warming i did not get my furniture until monday 4/18/22 but the email said 4/19/22 i reached out to someone from there head office who is over the stores i never got a reply back
