Complete Fraud!! If I could leave a lower rating I would!!! I had a $100 ************ gift card given to me in January 2021. Like most gift cards, it wasnt activated and put in a drawer for a rainy day. In July of this yr, I removed the card from its original packaging, activated it, and when I tried to use it the card was declined. After calling the number on the back of the card, I was informed the card was empty and that on one specific date 20 SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS for $5 each to ****** play was done. Who would do multiple small incremental transactions to the same place on the same day why not use the entire card once??? Rep told me to fill out an unauthorized use form. September rolls around with NO RESPONSE. I call again and there is no record of the original emailed form. October 30 of this yr I receive a replacement card for $5. After calling AGAIN, ** then told there is no one from the investigative department to talk to, I would have to email. Still no response. I will call yell from the rooftops DO NOT PURCHASE A VANILLA GIFTCARD, it is easily hacked and customer ********************** does nothing to make the customer whole and there is no one of authority to speak to. How does a department have NO ONE you can speak to???

Loaded $170 on a vanilla gift card because having cash on me wasn't an option. I have no car temporarily & using it for online purchases was my objective. These ssholes allowed me to check my balance only ONCE before deeming my card as "invalid" or showing "system error" whenever I tried to check it. It did not work, it was almost as if I loaded $170 on a card that doesn't exist. A dead card. Their customer ********************** is TRASH and I never got anyone on the phone. they also have a bunch of weird scam sites with their brand and logo leaving those elderly gullible enough to get scammed. I mean they're literally a corporation that has thousands of scammers on the inside doing this as a job. It's kind of like a hit or miss purchasing gift cards from them. You could get lucky and not get scammed, or in my case get screwed over. We're nothing but pawns to them. We have families to provide for just like them, why are they not being sued yet? WHY ARE THEY STILL ALLOWED INSIDE OF STORES? I got mine from ******* and even they said they have nothing to do with any funds being stolen or scammed. That's how shiesty of a name this company has.Currently in the works to get them taken down, with enough testimonies such as these and signatures. In the future we may benefit well. But only if we ACT.

Im not surprised this company has a one star rating. Again heres another one star review. My story is similar as to the others. My boyfriend bought me a $200 gift card from target the third time with me using it it was denied when we called we were on hold for at least 40 minutes before we were helped to find out if it was compromised, we live in ***** ******* and someone had skimmed the card and used it at a target in ******* *******. If you know this is a scam and someone was scammed why does it take 90 days to get your money back? Also, why do you give the customer homework? This is not **** why do we have to print out paperwork then send it in this is something that should be done internally , I was scammed out of $115 and I have to wait 90 days to get that back that makes no sense and its good for the scammers. *** already spent my money and thats probably why they continue to the scams because they know the person will get their money back for 90 days so its no skin off there ****. We will never ever purchase this gift card ever again very upsetting and probably the worst customer ********************** Ive ever had in my entire life. Its only $115. It shouldnt take nearly this long of time to recover and investigate a very obvious scam. I understand in other situations this might happen happen, but when someone has their money stolen for them, it shouldnt take this long very disappointed and I will never recommend anyone to use or buy this card. I would love for someone to email me and speed up the process especially when youre counting on money to buy groceries. Put gas near car stuff like that.

I purchased this card for my daughters birthday $200 on it. She went to use it and found that $198.00 of it was already used in ******** per Vanilla Gift Card's customer **********************. I filed a case # ******** with Vanilla gift cards. There investigation time is ***** days. I called on the 90th day and according to their services rep, there was a note updated in the system on the 90th day that they will reissue a new card. Customer ********************** rep informed me that it will take 30 business days to issue me the new card. So it will be a 4-1/2 Month process to get my money back from this unsecure card. Then I have to trust that the same thing won't happen to the new card. They don't deserve the 1 star that I have to give to complete this process. Do not use this company and trust them with your money!

Total Scam Using/Colluding with Target. A **** Gift Card was purchased/activated at Target. A week later the first purchase using the card was declined. Using the website on the back of the **** Gift Card to check the balance showed a few days earlier a single transaction for the full amount cleared the card balance to zero. I contacted incomm.com at the phone number on the back of the card. I was sent a dispute packet. Return email from incomm.com requesting more information. I submitted this. I received a third email requesting more information. I was blocked from submitting this by incomm.com. The incomm.com website had flagged my emails as spam.I called a phone number given to me by incomm.com that was given as Target. It is actually incomm.com. There is no way to resolve this. The company behind these scam **** Gift Cards is 100% bogus

Received 3 gift cards under Metabank (back of card) and when we opened it to use we were told they had a 0 balance as they had been used. We filed a claim and waited (now) 4 months for them to deny the claim stating they dispute our claim of fraud. No real explanation of why save the card was present during the transaction. That's possible, doesn't mean we used them or that ther person that gifted it used them. These were wedding gifts. They were unopened when we receivedthem, so at a minimum my father in law should be refunded. No du dilgenec on Incomm's part to say how they came to the conclusion. This leaves one to believe they didn't research, just waited their prerequisite amount of time and responded with denial.100% terrible experience as we received a run around the first month we tried to resolve.

This business is truly horrible. I have been in contact with them since June 2022 due to a giftcard I have received was fraudulently used. Instead of them doing a proper investigation and returning the funds they hang up the phone and claim to not hear through the phone and disconnect the calls. They have a horrible communication between customer and company they have all employees based outside of the US and all of them know very little about the company. They have you wait extreme times on the phone awaiting for someone to answer. After waiting 90 days as instructed I called this company and after 90 days they still cant give a resolution to this case. They have the worse customer ********************** and all reality they are stealing from individuals.

I want to give them no stars so let this be a record its 0 stars. Bought a gift card for a coworker in July. I gave the wrong email address to them, that is my fault, so I called them to correct and they said they would have to refund me. They disabled the card and so it's not usable. They said I would see a refund in 10 days. I never saw anything so I called them back. They said that whoever told me 10 days was wrong and it will take maybe 2 weeks. I waited for the 2 weeks to pass and saw no refund. I called them again and they said they spoke to the supervisor and the supervisor assured me the refund was coming. I have a case number and I am calling them again but on hold for so long. Every time you call you have to give them all the details again, so the case number doesn't tell you what is going on? Why regurgitate it all again? This is the 4th call and it's the end of Sept. This is a joke and a scam. I have read all the reviews and they scam so many people. How do we stop the scamming? I have been on hold for 45 minutes. And if I get one of the replies back like everyone else where they said they tried to email me, that is a lie. They have done no such thing, and another lie and scam to make you give up.

We purchased a $200 gift card and the balance was deleted as soon as it was activated. This occured in March and as of September, we have yet to receive a replacement. The company intentionally makes contact information difficult to find. The employees seem helpful when in actuality they are stalling with the hopes the customer will be frustrated and give up. I've sent half dozen emails that have yet to be replied to. Calls usually take an hour and end with "someone will email you within ***** hours." This card was purchased to purchase medication and to have it stolen is devastating. Buyers beware. This company is a complete scam and everyone associated should be truly ashamed of themselves.
