      I wish I could go back to Mi houses or Lennar Homes, because Pulte lacks Quality! How can I simply put it, Its quantity over quality! I have so many mishaps, Paint not finished, chips in the walls, my floors were scratched and chipped, the brick outside my house on one side is awful, My garage doors didnt come installed! My kitchens cabinets had to be done over twice! Its a nightmare I can go on and on! If your looking for a new build DO NOT come to Pulte

      I moved into my Pulte home at ******************************* in *************** 07/30/2021. I've met with *********************** a customer care manager twice about work that is needed at my home (09/27/2022 and 08/05/2022). However, the repairs have not been done and I've not heard from ************** since our last meeting.*********, ********************

      Please do not choose DiVosta if you can help it. They are terrible here in ***************. My house was due for closing in June. Its almost November. They pass the buck to FPL to material issues but they dont want to hire more crews. There is no accountability. The community managers are the only people who you can speak with and they have limited power and are thrown to the wolves. They will blame permits and other things and if you have the ability to actually verify its all BS. This is the worst experience that I have ever had. Stay away from them if you can.

      We met with the male sales rep ************************* in ***********, ** to purchase a home in late Sept. We told him our concerns with the interest rates. ******, in an email on 9/28/22 assured us "we will refund you back your 24K if we cannot qualify you at that rate and you decide to cancel then." again, this is a quote from ******. We spoke with two people from their finance team, *** and *****. One of them said instead of the $15K we would receive to buy down the interest rate, they would give us $21K. We made a deposit of $24.5K on 9/30/22 relying on ******'s and the finance team's statement to be true. A week later when it came down to apply the money and lock in the rate, they said we could only to lock in at ****%. She then said she was mistaken and it would NOT be ****% either. At that time my wife asked to cancel the contract due to not being able to meet the agreed upon conditions. ****** was asked no less than three times to do so. ****** also stated he "never mentioned" ****% to my wife. However, one can see in the att. email, he stated ****% and they would honor the $21K. However the finance team stated they cannot honor the $21K or ****%. Even if the fed rate is lower or what Pulte uses, based on what the finance team explained to us, the extra $6K can't be applied to the rate. My wife then sent an email to the finance company to no longer process our application. Days after she sent the cancellation request to them we were notified that they have finished processing the loan. We were confused by them ignoring the cancellation request. These misrepresentations do not lead us to believe it would be in our best interest to continue with Pulte. We feel Pulte will make another promise they have no intention of honoring and switch it to a lesser offer that they again, have no intention of honoring. We received a full refund for the deposit. They may say the reason is something other than ******'s inappropriate actions but we all know why.

      HORRIBLE!! 3 months into new build already had shower pipe break, tape shoved into pipes, stink stacks that were capped off and holes in the roof. Unfinished paint job, repairs that were never finished, bow in the exterior wall, crooked walls, living room hill sloped, drywall that looks like a child did it, cracked quartz. TO many complaints. Am proceeding with taking them to court.

      Beware! Do not buy from Pulte. Craftsmanship is terrible in Arizona.Warranty depart has terrible customer service and constantly has no shows and the warranty department never knows whats going on nor follows up on work orders. They are not friendly and snippy We had a water leak in our new home, less than 1 year old. The condensation line from INSIDE the wall. Since the ** company said it wasnt their fault Pulte blames us and said if we simply brushed up against it it would break. They also said maybe someone hopped your fence and hit the condensation line Pulte manager level also told us if we went to the *** they would bill us for work they previously did and we should consider the previous work a gift from Pulte I have never been treated so awful from a homebuilder. This was supposed to be our dream home and the people at Pulte have made this a nightmare. How would we break the condensation line when we were calling for months about the water coming out? We also found out during this nightmare Pulte failed to I dilate 3 rooms in our lower level. ** company said it was bare. I guess that is the reason for ****** electric bill. Pulte said they would not help with the bills. Pulte has since insulated after calling multiple times to warranty department stating this is urgent as our electric bill is sky rocketing. We also upgraded paint in the house and the trim lines are all a different color. The customer care manager said they will not fix! We paid ***** for awful work I am in shock with the level of customer service. ******************** please do not credit them. They need a serious 180 on craftsmanship and overall customer service

      Buyer beware! Pulte has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. From the first time I called them, it was No, we dont fix that. The girls in the ************************ all need an attitude adjustment. Finally I had to get to someone in Corporate that helped to get things done. Then my one year inspection occurs and I hired a licensed home inspector who told me I lucked out as most of my issues were not major issues. Spoke with ***** from customer care and had NO problems with him. He scheduled all the trades to come on one day to perform the fixes that needed to be done, All of them came except the roofers and Apex, the bathroom people. The roofers did come at a later date early in the morning to accommodate us. Apex never showed up when scheduled twice and then showed up three times when we were not home and did not have any appointments scheduled.The saga continues, I am now once again having to go the **************** as the bathroom mirror is not flush against the wall, so bathroom people say the wall is not straight, Pulte says nothing as they have not looked at the situation, oh yes, they are have come a total of 5 times and have not taken the mirrors down to check the wall. Apex came three times to check the mirror but will not check the wall. I have taken days off to be here and not one of those times did anyone take the mirror down and check the wall. All in all, Pulte does not care about the consumer once you close on your home. There are residents here that have just moved in and are having problems. We have a beautiful neighborhood with homes that have not been painted for over one year, since their one year inspection. *** complains if you have weeds in your yard, yet their customer care unit leaves house striped and not painted for months and even a year.I would seriously think twice before building or buying a Pulte home. Their **************** is horrendous!

      Worst company ever! Very disappointed in the investment. Holes in carpet. Wall patches not painted, terrible responses to concerns and complaints, poor craftsmanship. Disrespectful to time for scheduling repairs. If it was possible to rate lower than 1 star, I would. I can certainly provide pictures and proof of terrible work. Horrible investment, stay away!!

      If I could give less than one star trust me I would. I love my neighborhood but would I ever buy a pulte home againNO! Lets just start off with the craftsmanship is not that great. We have had problems with getting things fixed since before we moved in. A lot of the trades people just dont show up to fix stuff. **** was our main guy and I have to say at first he was great and on top of things. But people dont show up and you have to play with emails back and fourth and eventually he just stopped responding to me. Called the customer care line and that apparently gets you no where too. I asked numerous times to talk to lanes boss and they flat out told me no. So my year walk through comes around and *** contacts and Im like finally maybe I can get these things fixed. Well boy was I wrong, they didnt even want to touch my grout issues because it had been to long. The only reason why it had been too long was because **** dropped the ball and stopped responding to me and I couldnt get anywhere on the customer care line. So Im like here we go again more run around from pulte. *** even said to me at one point I was the only customer with issues with a snooty voice. Like really Ive seen our ******** group and I know that Im not the only one and how rude and unprofessional for her to say that to me. So I decide Im filing an roc complaint because Im not playing anymore. *** had to chase these people for a year and a half to not fix stuff and Im just sick of it. The reason why I wanted to leave this review was because today was my roc inspection and 2 pulte representatives came too and just gave me the worst feelings. *** was one and some other head guy. I didnt get a hey so sorry this is happening, lets try to make this right so we can all be happy, nothing. They wouldnt even make eye contact with me. The roc guy was nice and said goodbye when he left but these two were obviously couldnt, and this is how you treat your customers, heck no.

      STAY AWAY FROM PULTE do not believe their "Pulte Promise" BS. We have been in our house 8 months and have a long list of items they promised would be finished within 30 days of moving in. 2 project managers later and still not done. We are not the only ones, almost 1/2 our neighborhood are in the position.
