SPANX is running a promotion that if you spend a certain amount one month they will send you a coupon code for ***** off the next month. My order number is ***************. I never received my code so I enquired and was told to purchase an order and call them back and they would refund me *****. I did not want to do that so I sent them an email that I would rather have the code they are advertising. I was sent a code and went to use it and it doesnt work. I find this ridiculous. As of today 5-10-25 they are still running this promotion but they are not following through with it. I want a code that works. Placed an order March 19th, Spanx mailed a replacement order April 4th, as of April 19th I still do not have my order. Spanx informs me its because I have a post office delivery address. Ive placed many orders with them and never had an issue; this will be my last.Initial Complaint

My order from Spanx was out for delivery with *** on March 12. It was never delivered that day. Tracking info indicated the package was returned to ********, ** facility for processing again. The next day, March 13, tracking info marked my package as delivered. It was a SurePost transaction so I checked with the *********** tracking number provided. My package was never received by them. The package was not delivered to my home either. It is lost. All I want is my money to be returned to me. This company, Spanx, appears very unreliable. They have no customer service at all. I received an order from them and started a return on their website. I found out that my return went to *********, IL on Dec. 7th. I talked to our local branch of ***** and the *** was so apologetic. It didn**;t process through ******, **, it processed through *********, **. It went to *********, ** on Dec. 21 at 1:01 am. The **************** tracking number is ***************************. Received shipping confirmation from company. For three days, the package was to be delivered that day. Its not here. Twice I contacted company to see if package was lost. They failed their customers shipping expectations during the postal strike by not finding a way to ship their product out they then sent an email saying you could fill out a form to have the order cancelled since they are so sorry they couldnt get the orders out in time and then after i filled it out and then they shipped my order and charged me! When I spoke to customer service they couldnt do anything because the order was processing (which has been the story the whole time) when I asked again and again to cancel so what exactly was the point of the form if they were not going to abide by it???? They refused to help me when I got mad and cut the communication and the one week to find out if your order is cancelled is ridiculous!!!! They shipped the order right away!!! I purchased order #*************** online and returned both items. I dropped the package off on 11/15 at ***** it is now 12/5 and I still have not received a refund. I called customer service today and was told I would have to wait an additional 7-10 business until the case is escalated and someone would get back to me. On 2/29 I ordered Spanx pants. They were way too big and I tried to contact Spanx with an email. I did not have the invoice number so could do nothing on line. This has been going on since March. I finally found the invoice number and contacted Spanx. Again no response. I mailed the pants back to the return label on the package with information as to what I was doing. No matter what I do I can not get a response from Spanx. The invoice number is ************** and the cost to me was $138.00. I am so frustrated that I can't reach anyone at Spanx. Can you help? On March 22nd, I placed an OVERNIGHT order with Spanx for a couple of items I would need for my trip on March 27th. The overnight shipping was $30. Today is March 26th and I received an email from ***** that the label was created. I am extremely disappointed because I paid extra for the overnight shipping and, apparently, wont have the items on time, five days later, for my trip. This prevented me from using the amount paid ($400) to place an order with another vendor. Now I am left without money and clothes for my trip tomorrow. This is frustrating coming from a company that should respect their customers. I requested them to place a replacement order today so it would arrive tomorrow, but they do not have contingency plans for emergencies, so they do not care. They will only place a replacement order tomorrow because it is already past noon. Instead of having a plan for each unique case, they will just treat it as any other order. If you can, do not order from Spanx unless you have many days to wait. And do not pay for overnight shipping, because they will take their sweet time to ship the order. Do not come with answers about placing orders after noon, because this was overnight 4 days ago, and the item should be here already. I asked to pick up the items at a retailer, and she said only if I buy them directly from the retailer again. Great support! I will make sure that everybody knows about this overnight shipping scam.Business Response
