      Worse hotel experience in my 42 years of traveling for work . Service was terrible , food in restaurant wouldn't feed to a dog and not one person in management in The Crown Plaza ********** could give two s**** I was going to book 8 rooms for my staff in December but after my labor day disaster stay I will never stay there again .Horrible Hotel experience

      I just sent this to the ** at holiday inn and suites, ********************************************************** **** I would like to let you know of a couple very unfortunate events and unenjoyable stay we had at the Holiday Inn and Suites **********, ** last night. We arrived last night at around 11:30 pm after **** hours driving. After checking in we received our room key to room 202. Went up to the room. Key did not work. My husband went back down to the front desk and got a new key and opened the door. Shockingly we were met by a **** man with a towel wrapped around his lower section. The room was already occupied!!!! At close to midnight imagine what could have happened to us entering a room already occupied!! We went back to front desk (should have left at that point) to let the staff know what just happened and the person in room 202 had already called the front desk so they were fully aware and less than professional trying to brush under the rug. This was very serious in my opinion. They now gave us the key to room 200 (next door to 202). When we got there the door was open/ajar. We were not going in that room. Back to the front desk we went. Very unsettled at this point. Explained the current situation and, again, they wanted to brush under the rug. Gave us s key to 306. As we were boarding the elevator they did ****** to us they would give us $10 off the room. At this point we just wanted to get to sleep. When we crawled into bed the sheets were damp. Not sure if AC was not working properly or why this would be but not a good night sleep. When we left this morning at 5:30 neither employee was at the front desk. They were both outside and we saw one smoking right at the entrance. Very unprofessional. They, again, tried to brush the events of the previous night under the rug. I have to say, this is probably the worst hotel stay we have ever had. Giving us a key to an already occupied room is unbelievably irresponsible and unsafe for both the person in the room as

      I've been here for 9 months all they did was pricegout me and gave me bad service and slandered my name. They went from 75 to $90 a day..they cut my ************* off for 5days I have a ****** year old in my room.im looking for legal action

      When we arrive the room was nasty there were stains on each sheet and long hair from last guess. Chair was broken vomit smell was in the corner of the bedroom. Electric plug was cracked and showing wires. There werent anyone to clean the room when we check in. We ask for new Linens which he the manager gave to us to change our selves because they dont have anyone to do the work so we had to clean the room by checking in and changing the sheets for our selves other peoples soiled linen, disgusting. We ask for a full refund they said they dont do that. They only gave us $150 and gave us our receipt and to leave. We want a full refund. I give this place a zero rating. If it was possible. I will contact the Better Business Bureau for the way we were treated at this establishment I shouldve been paid my full refund for the nastiness we were trapped in. We have nowhere else to go we are from ******** and there was any other places that will take us that late at night.
