      Cockroach infested. They gave away my husbands belongings after he passed away. Now *** had to get an attorney. This place is dirty and so are the staff members. Stay down the street at a nicer hotel where theres no bugs or stealing. The owner ************* was also investigated for child *** trafficking in 2015 and lost that hotel.

      Their hotels are predictable in quality, so that's something. Be prepared for a high-pressure, intentionally vague and deceitful timeshare pitch when you check in to their ************** location, though.

      This room is uninhabitable. I would give it a minus 10 if possible. Our room 101 couch was filthy and missing a leg so it say on the floor on one end, not that I would sit on it. The chair has no leather left on the arms and was broken, the luggage rack was broken, the carpet was filthy, their were holes in the walls, no switch plates on the electric plug, water would not drain in the tub, the sink leaked, and I could go on. It was told to me by a former employee that there has been drugs sold out of this facility. The general manager stated he spoke to us and resolved the issue,NOT, they over charged us a price of ****** and would only come off 20%. The entire facility is beyond filthy from the carpet to the ceilings. The only ice machine on 3rd floor does not work. The food leaves little to be desired and the mild for the coffee was already turning bad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXSISTENT!

      Had to select a star?! The customer service is nonexistent. Have filed 3 complaints concerning the Holiday Inn Express in St *******/*************** **. Received no response. Wasted points to stay at this location. Would not stay here again ever. This experience has convinced me not to waste time staying with any IHG property. Sadly, IHG doesn't seem to care. Look at the number of 1 star ratings just on this site. I have enough points for one more night and then I've had it with IHG.

      Bad business when it comes to redeeming points for gift cards. I had an issue with one of the gift cards not working and 3 months later I've heard nothing but lies. They keep saying that they're shipping the gift card this week but it never arrives. If you have to keep shipping it that means you never shipped it in the first place. I feel like my intelligence has been insulted dealing with these people. I've just requested a refund of my points instead and who knows how many months I'll have to keep calling and waiting for the points to be credited. I'm a business traveler and my company has spent a lot of money when IHG but I'm switching to another brand in 2023.

      I'm a Diamond Elite member of IHG and I had booked a hotel in ************* on February 15th 2022 for a stay with my family from Nov ****, 2022. Today (one day before my trip) I received a call from IHG +1 (800) **** 29 saying that the hotel (Holiday Inn Express - ***********************************************************************************) can no longer honor my reservation. Instead of taking the side of their best customers, all IHG offered was to help me book a different hotel. IHG did not honor the price I paid or make it up for their lack of coordination and customer-centricity. IGH called me back with an expensive rate for another of its hotel 20 miles away from my original booking. .Long story short, IHG is a dysfunctional bureaucracy with no respect for its customers. Besides hiring a lawyer to solve this issue, I did what great companies should fear (but not IHG!): cancelled all my future 14 stays and will never stay at one of their properties again. If you are willing to consider any IHG Hotel (Intercontinental, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Avid, etc), READ MY POST TO REALIZE WHAT IHG DOES TO ITS TIER 1 CUSTOMERS.

      Holiday Inn, ***********. I don't smoke but somehow I've been charged me a smoking fee for smoking in the room. The manager claims to have photo evidence of the cigarette butts and ashes in my room but when I asked the manager where these items were found, she could not answer my question and is unwilling to forward the photos. Did I mention that I don't smoke?

      I recently stayed at hotel indigo at ********* airport in ********. September 8-9 but never received my points. Hotel claims they forwarded the information to IHG to submit the points, but not listed in my account. I also belong to the dining program and are not getting those points.. please advise.fyi I have tried to reach IHG via chat that is useless I was told to wait for a representative but after one and half hours I gave up please help

      Check in process took well over 1 hour, even after I called well ahead of time to confirm room and check in time. I was given a room number 533, then was told at least 1 hour later they could not assign me the room, because the door was wet the room was being remodeled, but another associate told me there was a late checkout (2 pm). My check in time was supposed to be 4pm, but was much later. Second room had blonde hair on the sheets. Third room assigned while walking to the room from dinner Friday night I saw 2 men leaving my room said they were told the room was not cleaned an unoccupied they identified themselves as security and hotel staff (after 9pm at night). There were so many other things that went wrong that *** spent this morning filing a complaint with the corporate office. The valet guys were great!!I was originally supposed to stay 9/15 to 9/18, but i checked out on 9/17/22. I was in town for a White **** Ceremony for ************************ I chose the hotel because it was close to the venue and I needed a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. One of the staff may have been a manager was rude. I filed a complaint with the **************** this morning. I drove ********************************************************************* 1-2 hours is much too late.

      The waste experience ever was on September 10, 2022 at the Crowne Hotel *** Airport ***************************************************. I had booked a room under the blocking code number that was given to me for the **** Wedding Group. The **** wedding group already had over twenty rooms booked. When I arrived from out of town checked in to fine out that I'm being charge a rate of over $500.00 which was immediately charge to my charge card. I was told that my reservation did not apply to the **** Wedding group. I asked why? The clerk mumble something and at that time I asked to speak to a Manager. The General Manager ********* came from behind the screen being very aggressive and verbally abusive. The general manager ********* was rude. ********* has zero customer skills and need to be trained in how to speak to the public. ********* was unprofessional, unapologetic, poor management skills. I've travel all over the world and this experience was the WORST EVER!! The General Manager ********* deserves a ZERO!!!!!!!! I found a better Hotel and was treated with respect.
