Reaching out to customer service is pointless. ***** the manager at the **********, ** location basically is forcing me and my family to pay a weeks stay at the hotel. Which is against our rights, we let her know that we were getting an apartment today 5/14/2024. She basically said tough and we have to pay for the room until 5/17/2024. She pushed our reservation out to July of 2024 and we asked her why did she do that and she said to make sure we pay. That is ethically and immoral wrong. She over charged us by another hundred dollars. I want to see how to file a lawsuit against the in town suites company for allowing this to go on in their company.Intown Suites Hotel (all locations)

This place is disgusting. They allow other guests to harass women and when reports are attempted to be made, they don't even complete the report. And then they kick out guests who make the reports. They also let one guest carry around a machete . Don't think bc they have "security" that it's safe. They are a joke. They are rentacops on a power trip. They are too cowardly to be real cops. One of them likes to drink a little too much. Oh and also a man was shot and killed there not long ago. So great "security" there lol.The manager is also a joke. 1 starI booked a stay at the Intown Suites of Westchase from 4/23/24-5/4/24. The staff here are rude. Maintenance barged in with their own key. I was coming out of the bathroom and my baby was out in the room playing in his playpen. 2 men came in with a fumigator and tried to start spraying demanding to do pest control. I could have been naked, my baby could have been hurt if his playpen were against the door. Theres not much space in the room. They claimed they knocked. Theyre supposed knocking was 3x in a matter of 5 seconds! I was in the bathroom and couldnt run out in time. I told them to leave and the manager ******** called me kicking me out. He said I would no longer be allowed to renew because I had refused pest control. He didnt care that maintenance had barged in and invaded my privacy. He didnt care that my baby was in the room. There is no respect here. They didnt even let me know the time for pest control so that I could be prepared. I have no where to go with my child and now have to pack all my things and move.Review fromMichelle W

I booked my stay with InTown suites of i-70 on corporate drive I booked it online when I got to the motel they told me I didn't have that room available for me why I don't know because I booked it online he told me to go check out room 235 well with me being homeless being disabled and my son is disabled underage I had no choice but to get the s***** room they gave me then they turned around charge over $100 for cancellation fees when I didn't have 48 hours to cancel I disputed it with my bank now here's the kicker I booked the room from the 12th to the 19th checked in on the 12th left ended up in the hospital I have ***** with these people to give me back my $500 that I did not get to stay not one time in that room not one time I am currently homeless now and don't have no money me and my son are in the ***** these people are more time million Dollar corporate company refusing to give me back my money when I have a legit emergency situation shame on you in town suites I will be calling channel 6 on my side to see what they could do for me me and my son are hungry and we are cold I will not recommend you to nobody for this I don't care about your refund policy you can and should give me back my money knowing I did not stay one day in that motel in a room that I did not book this is far from over I'm going to corporate next I don't care about your refund policy you should refund peoples money back that have legit reasons and mine was.. shame on you multi-million dollar company taking my 500 little measly dollars while me and my son are laying in here in the ***** in a tent I can take that money and go elsewhere now that I'm out of the hospital far from over far from over I'm going to bring so much attention down on you over this do what's right and refund my money.Intown Suites Hotel (all locations)

1 starHad made a reservation for one month. Health reasons and location was close to hospital. Explained to check in clerk about these health issues. Toilet leaking around bottom causing much smell. Then refrigerator stopped working. Ruined my food. Husband in and out of hospital leaving me alone on occasion. Into the 2nd week came back to room late in the evening to find note on door. No things to be left outside. After changing clothes to go back to hospital I realized someone had come into the room. Now husband has all his medications and hospital equipment in the room. Now Im scared to be alone. Posted a review and front desk clerk came to room. We expressed our concerns about staff entering the room. She went to get a iPad to view whom could have entered. So it was her that entered the first time to place an item we left outside and the 2nd time she blamed on us. It showed a duplicate key was made. We are at the hospital never asked for a key. There was a footprint by the refrigerator where some of the medication was. This is not excepted. She could have called me to explain remove the items from outside or left a note on the formal ugly note. We gave her 24 hour notice we would be leaving the next day. We needed the 2 weeks left to be refunded. There was no mention of a non refundable payment. Just bad business practices. They know what they are doing. Ive read other reviews and they all say the same thing. When will they be stopped. They really should refund my whole stay. I only want the money back for the 2 weeks we did not stay. We left due to there negligence. Will report to bbb and get legal advice from here.Review fromRandy B

1 starThe Staff of Intown Suites of *************, ******** are amazing people. They try to make the experience comfortable. They are not given the tools to maintain this property effectively. The marketing strategy Intown suites has makes you feel like for the cost to stay there long term especially if you have limited options for an apartment, living there is feasible. Once they trap you , you are left with a nightmare of roaches, bedbugs, black mold, nasty mattresses, rusted appliances with roaches, furnishings with bed bugs and roaches, toliets and sinks with roaches. With the amazing ambience of mildew carpet, blood stains on mattresses with torn mattress slips. U are awakened late nite with drug deals in hallways, individuals who lose their keys going out windows, and domestic violence here and there. Intown Suites is not only for the truck driver or travel healthcare professionals but it is an ideal fix for individuals who are getting back on there feet. Rental properties post covid have made it impossible to get an apartment especially if u have lapses in employment or rental history. And deposits are unattainable if you are starting over. Intown suites is affordable and whole families live here. Unfortunately, there are children and young adults whom have to reside in this disaster because of limited options. Intown suites takes advantage guests who are in compromising situations. My room was inspected while I was at work. My daughter told the manager that I was getting bit. they investigated, and found bed bugs. Because of policy i was made to leave. i was refunded my money for a few days, and the bank had a hold of funds. Luckily i had money to go somewhere else, or we would be sleeping in the car. Intown suites has no accountability that there are not treating the *****************, and guests such as myself are made to feel like we brought the bed bugs. 1 starINFESTED with roaches and they are aware because when I told the manager her response was she would put me on the list to be exterminated which never happened during my 2 week stay. She then laughed when my response was thats it im getting exterminated. Not move my room or what did i want them to do about the situation. I told them my daughter is allergic and everything. I am ONLY here due to desperation because I lost everything including my home in a house fire. This was my biggest issue, but I was also put into a beyond trifling room which I was told the next day no one was even supposed to be in there. I ONLY waited because employees do not like to work because they were not there after 3pm when I checked in despite them supposed to be open till 7pm. Unfortunately, I came up with the funds to get out of my car and I reserved another room but asked that it be ONE that I'm supposed to be in not knowing the roaches were throughout the entire hotel. I get having some people bringing them in. My stay was for April 1st-8th. I looked at my room first and it looked better than the last, so I thought it was okay. However, I have killed multiple roaches throughout my room, so here we are again, my daughter seen it, and she immediately broke out in hives. Then i didn't think I had to look at the ceiling but when I did while I was in the shower, there is a big black mold circle on the ceiling. I am so upset that this hotel will Charge almost $2000 if somebody's paying weekly, like me a month to be able to stay here but yet they're infested with roses and candy and offers somebody a clean room without dead ***** carcasses on the walls. God is getting my home ready which is why I am here, but I must say from the fire to this experience, it has definitely been a humbling moment. Only plus is I learned by force how to manage my OCD by being here. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOUR USED TO BEYOND FILTHY LIVING AND DONT MIND THROWING YOUR MONEY WAY LITTERLY IN THE *********Review fromFind O

1 starIts 10:00 PM and I have to be at work at 4AM. I go to bed roughly around 8PM. Im trying to get moved in so we had a late laundry night one night(my partner and I) signs state laundry room is ****************************************** front of the door but forgot his room key and turns around to go get it. Now there is a knock at the door.. an Employee. That Woke Me Up At 10:00 PM just to tell me to remove the items from the doorway. Did not even give my partner a chance to return back to bring it inside. So I wrote a bad review on him on ******* (My living situation I have no choice but to live here temporarily) so I called the general manager to extend my stay and She was Wanting to Refuse my service over the bad review. She stated the man who woke me up was doing his job as it was 10:00 pm and I believe that is not being mindful of guests as that is over business hours. 1 starReserved a room over a week ago. Came to *** location and even before I tried to check in the ladies working the front desk were outside and extremely rude from jump. Went in to check in and come to find out they did not have any of my info. One lady even tried to tell me that the reservation I made did not matter to her because it wasnt through them. This made no sense. Found out later that my reservation was made through a third party. Even ******* making reservations was dumbfounded as to why they didnt have my info. It up I would not recommend anybody going to this location. These ladies have no customer service skills or etiquette and are beyond rude. Because of this now I am stuck with no place to go.
