1 starI reserved a reservation with booking.com to receive a queen ****** room and did not get what I paid for. The lady at the desk was very rude but said I was because I asked her why I was able to book the reservation only to be told it's not available and I get a premium room that was smaller in my opinion but charged more and my reservation was canceled by her to fit her narrative. I was asked to wait outside while she helped another customer which further my suspicion. I believe I was asked to wait outside so I want hear the lies that was told to them as well. Finally I was also told I would see a decrease because of I forgot why, maybe someone can ask her. Also I was told I would pay 5 hundred and something dollars for the next two weeks. I honestly feel I am not the only one that is being mislead. And if they're not calling me back. It is alleged to be a group effort. I travel alot I needed the place for 3 mos but was detered by the false and misleading information I received. I am sure inn towne suite is not in the business of losing money as much as they charge. So since the BBB reviews hasn't stopped this madness I am taking it a step further. ThanksReview fromSharhonda J

1 starInTown Suites is the most horrible place ever. They dont give you your money back they said no refunds. Me and my boyfriend filed a complaint and I actually tried to talk to the manager but she was rude to me and specifically said No Refunds. 1 starInn Town suites ********* **.The Manager ***** is very horrible against other tenants as well as my family Now we have always paid on time ahead some times 2 weeks in advance. This guy still always disrespects as well as lies to get tennets thrown out. This is unacceptable I know everyone there nobody likes the guy. I am calling corporate office on him and getting others to sign a petition to have him fired. He just got a single mother of 3 kicked out 3 days before Christmas and kicked my family of 4 out over a lie the day after Christmas. 1 starI thought *********************** was the best thing that ever happened to Intown suites but now that I think about it her taking people's deposit money that they never gotten back when they moved out and taking guests packages and opening and putting them in her vehicle and opening their mail plus her nasty attitude that she has towards guests that stay there isn't hospitality professional of her at all so she really needs to keep her attitude problems at home and not bring them to her job and she needs to get rid of the bed bugs and roaches so now started a law suit against Intown suites because the bed bugs and roaches caused my daughter to get a major infection on her open wound on her foot and leg the roaches and bed bugs are so bad and she won't fix what needs to to be fixed in the rooms and ***************** ex police officer of ridge top Tennessee Robertson county walks around stands and listens in at the guest's door and walks in on guests with no notice that's not hospitality professional of him either so Intown suites needs to really get a better manger and property attendant that's very hospitality professional or needs to be shut down and I lived there 2 years and i enjoyed living thereReview fromKameren L

1 starDiscriminated against, harassed, equal opportunity, im a black male in my early twenties my room has roaches everwhere. All they want is money Caucasian female threatened to throw me out like trash after I corrected her about her behavior towards me. Her name is ******** shes ver unprofessional, rude, racist, nonchalant, disrespectful and childish. I will be filing a lawsuit against them also. from what I heard from most of all the tenants whos been here before me she does cocaine as well so its possible she was high. I dont speak to anybody unless Im spoken to I stay to myself I go to work and come back only time I leave is to go get groceries or to renew my room. Another manager whos also be targeting me with harassment is ******. I was on the phone and reading a sign that was put up on the office door and she comes out to tell me she doesnt like how Im looking can I change my face because it makes her feel like Im upset and impatient so I tell her I cant change the face Im born with and that Im on the phone and I was reading the sign before to stoped doing what she was doing to confront me with so much aggression as if shes trying to provoke violence. I will be bring her up in court as well. I AM MOST DEFINITELY SUEING!! This is outrageous for these women to disrespect and harass me just because they have their own ideology or beliefs about who I am as a person with out ever speaking to me besides them being discriminative towards me rude, disrespectful and nonchalant when I stand up for myself to let them know what it is and what its not.Review fromAngela C

1 starI'd give a 0 if I could. We got kicked out at Thanksgiving because I complained about the water being off for 2 days out of the 4 we had been there. The room was filthy, roaches, feet sticking to floor, leak on my side of the bed, holes all in the bathroom, light fixture broke, lamp didn't work, phone didn't work, elevator was not working the entire time we were there, pieces coming off of the shower head, night stand drawer not working, leaking under the sink. I complained about all of this to the manager and she kicked us out. Plus only gave us a couple of hours on a Friday night, black Friday, knowing nothing would be available anywhere else. I want my money back. I am filing a dispute with my bank as well. This was ridiculous and the staff was very rude. They have no sympathy at all and don't care. I was at the lakeshore location in Alabama in room 327. I also sent a bunch of emails to the company along with pictures.Review fromTrisha D

1 starI set up a reservation for a week they charged me for the first night I went to check in. I went to look at the room took some photos of some concerns I had to express with the front desk agent she asked if I stayed there before I told her yes like over 8 years ago never had a problem before she then asked who was running the place I told her at that time an older woman idk who she then stated Im placed on a dnr I asked her for reasons as to why or where because *** never had this kind of problem anywhere she stated she couldnt tell me that. *** never had an issue staying there in fact the lady even offered me a side job cleaning on the weekends. 1 starI rented a room for the week of the balloon fiesta in *********** to have a place to escape our balloon fiesta company. Before completing registration, they asked me to go out at view the room. It is an old room but it looked relatively clean. I smelled an odor, but chalked it up to it being an old room. We did not spend the first night in the room. Our company arrived today, so we went out and planned to spend the first night in the room. We were in there for 3 hours and the odor got progressively worse. Taking a closer look at the ceiling it appeared that black spots are painted over. We pulled the bedding back and there are black spots on the mattress. I believe there is black mold in that room. We could not spend anymore time in there. The smell was unbearable after being in there for an extended time. I requested a refund and was denied. I know I signed documents, but this is beyond reasonableness. I am contacting the better business bureau and any other organization that will listen to me. We took photos of the bed and I am posting those as well I will dispute the credit card charge as well.Review fromPamela G

I had to submit a claim online to HOPEFULLY get a response within three days!!!!....Which is NOT ACCEPTABLE because I need a response IMMEDIATELY because of my situation. Please read my response I submitted online ONLY because I had NO OTHER CHOICE to speak with a LIVE PERSON regarding my serious time sensitive situation: ********, **, *****- INTOWN SUITES HOTEL. "I need someone to call me asap. Your staff moved me and my husband into a room that was clearly infested with bugs, and now myself and my husband have a ton of bites on our bodies and my face, PLUS ALL MY BELONGINGS IN THIS ROOM ARE PROBABLY INFESTED NOW!!! I AM NOT HAPPY. When I brought this to the front desk, they told me they don't know if they can move me, that the manager is not in and i have to wait longer in their infested room for a manager to come in... bullshit!!! I've been eaten alive for the past 2week and a half. I want my money back for my last week we just paid on Friday and the week before please. We've been here almost 4 weeks. They had to do an emergency move and move us from our old room to this infested one because our air conditioning unit FELL OUT OF THE **** AFTER IT SOAKED THE ENTIRE FLOOR AND ALL MY SUITCASES!! W e dealt with that and moved all our stuff to this room inconveniencing us horribly AND NOW THIS! I want to speak to manager immediately. We even went and spent OUR OWN MONEY ON BUG SPRAY AND POWDERS TO TRY TO ELEVIATE THE BITES AND IT DIDNT HELP. I want $610 back for the past week and a half we've had to deal with all this while we're supposed to be guests having of relaxing stay, i want reimbursed so we can leave immediately. We are not leaving until we get our money back and someone makes this right. This is not right and I want a manager asap." This is what I emailed management online for a response. We'll see what happens.
