  I would like to get a refund based solely on misrepresentation. I tried to book a "traditional" room based on it being work related. I upgraded because of all the "premium" upgrades that they said they offered. My total on this stay was $527.00. In two days I have seen more roaches than I knew existed. The lights are currently out on on entire side of the room, and no one seems to understand why I would like to leave WITH MY MONEY. This place should be shut down. I work for a restaurant chain and I know we've had more inspections than this place.

  I'll give you a negative 10stars reserved a suite and when I arrived was told I was to late It was 1hour before the office closed was refused and told to return the next day by 11 and wouldn't be charged any reservation fee returned the next Day was told the computer was down and told it would be around 45 mins before it was back up ok so I returned an hour later was told them it would be 3 pm before I could check in I come back around 3:15 and got Excuse after excuse I then told him why I was trying to stay there my son has been there with his mother for at least 6 months or more I don't get to see him as much as I want due to the fact I live over an hour away and my vehicle did a belly flop and I'm on limited income due to lack of having a one of my legs lost a few years back after I told him my son was there I really could use a room and told him who my son was you could see the disgust on his face and he realized my son is mixed and my son had a white father he started rasing his voice and became more aggressive he made accusations of me committing domestic violence there that if I start anything in anyway I would be immediately taking care of he then asked me for my id and I was told I'm id was on a dnr a do not rent list of some sort and I need to leave cause I wasn't even allowed on the property this is all on top of the fact he was clearly intoxicated (drunk) and smelled very loudly really think of taking legal action tthank you for the amazing service

  On July the 15th 2023 a Rude, insensitive clerk. Refused my family, including my four year old grandbaby, service in an emergency housing situation. Tripple didget temperatures rendered my family sick and my daughter was just released from surgery from a gunshot wound. The staff refused to check us in and claimed we were a no call no show on our reservation knowing full well we tried to check in. I was charged ******************************************************************************************* We did become angry and aggressive but the clerks lack of respect warranted it. We slept in our hot car because intown Suites stole our money. The general manager was unprofessional and absolutely no help. The staff laughed at our predicament and we still haven't received the 59 dollars charged by an establishment where we didn't even stay.

  Infested with roaches I want my money back. They also need a new night shift, they're rude and the woman was on the phone during the ENTIRE TIME I was checking in that was also stressful ** it took 30 mins to check in, and I couldn't tell who she was even talking to. I have contacted corporate and will press the issue. We have never had an experience like this with in town suites but this particular location on SOUTH PARK DRIVE IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNLIVEABLE. Something has got to be done guys, it's just bad for business.

  The Manger at the *********** ******** is very unprofessional she was outside with bra and ******* on , was outside smoking drugs with her PA friend in room ************************* and out of rooms, The manger and her kids don't have a problem begging for money ;The place have bed bugs my mom was in a room that was full of them ,she [the manager]asked did we want to move in another room. She was out there with powder going into the rooms with bugs like she is orkin so that means the bugs is still there. Where did they find her she have turned the place out a whole family and friends ,drug living place! I hope somebody do something sooner than later and all the garbage around the dumpster.What happened to the people that care about there property? Room 131 been there for years with NO TV or Cable and he keeps on talking about it and he can't get any help he pays on time before time for years .

  The general manager **************** is a liar and a thief. I have proved this with video of how I left my room but I still did not get my deposit back. If they allow such a person to be a manager you can't expect much different from corporate.

  Wrongful eviction *********************** manager had police make me leave because **** was power tripping. SC Article 37 gives manager power to tell paying guest to leave before paid stay is complete. I lost 2 nights *********** 5 15 23

  This company is a legit scam and probably either a pyramid scheme or run by the mafia. The room I stayed in is literally the filthiest, most disgusting place I have ever been in, literally a trap house. The walls, ceilings and floors are coated in grime, body fluids, nicotine, tar, smoke, and who knows what else. I'm certain the rooms have been used to manufacture drugs and for human trafficking. Giant red stains on the mattress. The smell is so bad it made me sick. Please do not stay at any of these hotels! I'm afraid these people are going to use my credit card for some scam or charge me for random stuff I didn't do. I couldn't finish my one week stay it is so terrible, like h*** on earth.

  I was told to go away by management and I was put on the nonrenew list because I simply told the manager that I felt uncomfortable because I am a single woman by myself and they decided to just barge in my room unannounced for a saftey check that nooone was given notification too. I was half naked and thankfully the saftey lock was on or they could have just walked in my room and saw me naked. This is an unsafe environment and they have no remorse for women

  I have been living in ************ (I'm from another state) and had NO TV, roaches, etc since I have been here. And been here for almost 6 months. Told the front desk from day one and NOTHING WAS DONE. Been trying to get in touch with cooperate with no call back. I been reaching out to the on-site staff with no results. I'm a traveling nurse and this is unacceptable. When I first moved here the sign outside said $279, then to be quoted over $300, which is false advertisement. I don't know what is going on with your company but we pay earlier on time to stay here without management answering any of our concerns. You have homeless people in the hallway when I come home from work. I stay on the 3rd floor. That's not safe. No hot water in the kitchen area. When I moved in I cleaned the entire room. It was nasty. I am a nurse and I could have reported this company. It was false advertisement. I could continue but this will be another story. I have pictures of how this company is running there business , and health/safety wise it needs adjustments
