    I completed the safelink wireless booster and than I received an email stating it will take 90 days to get my money however it clearly says steady will pay me as soon as my application is approved so why the 90 days??

    Our Income Boosters are experiencing a severe delay in incentive payments. Delays such as these are why we ask in the Booster terms that users please allow up to 90 days. We want our members to receive their rewards as quickly as possible. We'd prefer them to get to them fast, but that's not always possible.

    I haven't received my booster rewards. One for $25.00 and the other for $20.00 and I have contacted customer service and have received no reply and quite frankly I'm furious.

    I completed 2 income booster's on steady app 2 month ago and received emails saying I completed them upgrade and webull, but still no deposits in my account. One was a $20 and the other $45. I have used the app previously and received payment promptly. Idk what is going on but the boosters don't do much when your waiting months and months for them to be sent, especially because you have a time limit to complete your end of the booster.

    I have cometed a booster incentive on there app to earn some extra money and so read up and complete the booster and it says payments are usually **** business days I've contacted the company and it take days on days for them to reply and its now a reply saying its going to take ***** days!? How do they advertise that they can help with extra finances needed for daily life and unexpected bills if they can't even pay you for what they are advertising until a 1/4 of a year down the Road? If you needed the money for daily life and unexpected bills, the payment you finally do receive if you do is only going to cover the late fees : (

    I completed the webull booster April 25th 2023. I received a notification from steady that I got paid for it June 12th but they never deposited the $45 into my bank account.

    We can confirm the user completed the Webull booster. Unfortunately, there was a technical error when the reward was issued. We have manually paid out the user and the deposit should appear within 2-3 business days.

    Been following up on Boosters for $65 since April, waited 90 days and have emailed them over 10+ times now. They sent some vague email that the reward was either direct deposited or sent as virtual gift card?!? They didn't specify which. When I asked for clarity on which one and when I have received only what appears to be automated messages indicating that my reward was sent. I check with my bank listed with Steady for direct deposits. MY bank stated unequivocally and in email correspondence [black and white/in writing[ that they confirmed that no funds had been sent or attempted by Steady. They are straight--up lying and sending out fraudulent and vague, uninterrupatable emails saying "this or that" was already done with no details and no response when asked for clarification.

    I am completely outraged and disappointed by this app. I completed not one but TWO income boosters within the past 90 days and have yet to get paid for either one. I tried to get in contact with this company via email which seems like the only way to get a hold of them considering their phone number goes straight to voicemail. **************** says a lot about a business. I explained in my initial email to them that funds delivery was highly highly necessary considering Im a single mother going through a really tough time in this recession as well as a person with disabilities. This is straight lack of care at this point. I spent money to make money on these income boosters, but the timing for payout is outrageous. Then I go to read reviews and see people are getting paid after one week??? But Ive been sitting here for 2+ months? Its ridiculous. Theres no consistency in that. I just want to be consulted like a real human being in a timely manner. Thats all Im asking for. It should not be that difficult. Its been very hard to even survive these last few weeks so every ***** has counted.

    I completed an UPGRADE booster for 20$ incentive after 45 days I emailed to ask when I will be receiving this I got the response Our report does confirm the Safelink Booster was completed on 2/26. While Booster rewards are typically issued within **** business days, they will take ***** days during this time, depending on the Booster. It has been 85 days and still have not been paid. Why is this company offering incentives it does not plan to pay? Why are the lying saying it typically takes **** days when clearly based on other reviews that is not typical. If they are so busy why not hire more people? When will I get my money? Thanks
