Steady was a great platform and always paid very quickly now they appears to wait to pay people at the very last second. I havent been paid for my steady ************ husband did a booster on his account too and also hasnt been paid. Can we get our booster!!Business Response

To Whom This May ********** 12/19/2022, I completed the WeBull income booster. I know it takes 90 days for them to send payment, which is in fine print on the booster completed email I received in December. Its been over 90 days and I still do not have the deposit of $45.Business Response

I completed an income booster through steady which they confirmed via email and still have not received the $45 I earned by doing this. The fine print on the booster offer also says I will get an email with a link to choose my payout option which was not the case in the email sent by steady to confirm my completed booster. I am requesting that steady process the $45 I earned due to their misleading and clearly not accurate advertising that lead me to attempt this process to begin with.Business Response

I signed up for the steady app platform in December 5th of 2022. The platform offers cash incentives for completing different processes such as signing up for bank accounts opening checking accounts etc. There was a $70 cash incentive for opening a checking account with a debit card through ********* as long as you deposited the minimum of $25 and spent it on the debit card after opening the account. The $70 incentive from steady was supposed to pay out within 90 days. Started Dec 5, 2022. Should have received a $70 payout via the steady app on March 5, 2023.Business Response

I've completed many of steadys income boosters and have been always been compensated in a reasonable and timely manner in the past. However last December I completed 3 of the income boosters and have only been compensated for 1 of them, which is the Uphold booster. The other 2 boosters, Webull for $45, and Upgrade for $25 have both been completed and I've received the confirmation email stating that I had indeed completed them and would be receiving compensation. First, when emailing them for help, I waited ********************************** Then, after completing 2 boosters, it has taken 90 days to receive anything. And this last booster I still havent received payment for and it was completed and approved in October 2022. They are not helpful, they dont have a FAQ, they have no other way to get in touch with them except by email. Ive heard of people receiving their payment in a few days. I completed a booster for Webull. I even received notice that booster was complete. This was back in mid November. I emailed them in January after the 60 days when by, that they stated it may take. Two weeks later I finally received an email back stating they were behind in paying out boost.I was informed that they were aware I had completed boost satisfactory and was than asked to wait an additional 30 days. Well here I I am still waiting for boost and waiting for again a reply to another email. I fulfilled my end and still have the webull account which I was required to add funds to to receive the $45 dollar boost. I fulfilled my requirements and do not understand why they are not required to fulfill theirs in the time frame they laid out.Business Response
