I did everything asked of me to join a bank to receive a $25.00 dollar ************** showed that I opened the checking and made the required deposit within the allotted time and to expect my money within a few days and this was in Nov 2023. this was for the Upgrade checking account. They went on a break and said they would be back . I tried contacting them several times with promises given and never delivered. They came back but as steady IQ but still the same shady ceo . I would like to have them Honor their word . Im sure ugtade paid them for my business.Business Response

Steady app has closed its site until further notice before paying me for the boosters ive completed, they owe me $100 and have not been responding to submitted email tickets. I am rejecting this response because:
There a no transactions on bank statements from steady app in May, and the 2 transaction as from steady app in November are for Fennel, and Freecash.com booster that I had to complain to the BBB in order to get paid. I have not been paid for survey junky or upgrade. As A matter of fact, the upgrade booster still shows available for me to do on the app even though it has been completed long ago. Please see attached bank statements and you will see. The only transactions from the steady platform are the two that I had to complain to the better business bureau about. Thank you.

*** had this issue with them before , but after the first time I thought this situation would be resolved a lot sooner. Long story short , theyre not keeping their policy promise . Ive completed all the necessary steps to receive my payment and Ive yet to receive it. Its been well over 2 months , *** reached out to them concerning this situation and Ive yet to hear back from them and that was nearly a month ago! On August 1, 2023 I completed the freecash booster for a payout of $25. Steady states up to 90 days for completed booster to be paid out. I've sent 4 emails since October 30th, 2023 with no response other than the automated "we got your email". It seems that Steady has been having this same complaint consistently over the past several months and will not respond until the complaint is placed through several other means regardless of how many emails are sent to them.Business Response

I was referred to the steady app to make extra money as a single Mom. At first the app was great and it kept the promises that it made when I completed a task or survey Id be rewarded. Then the rewards stopped coming and all of a sudden my page disappeared and I couldnt collect the rewards I was owed. So after 6 months I decided to try the app again. Recently I have complete steady Drive for $5 no reward has come, ****** for $20 and no reward, **** $5 and no reward, upside $20 and no reward. I have emailed the company and after many emails Im told to send proof I send proof and nothing.. so I continue to message and Ill get another email saying to send proof as I have already many times and those messages get ignored. Im getting very annoyed that my time doesnt mean anything clearly bc I have spent time completing task and no rewards at all have come now.Business Response

All of the time frames like for ****** or some yall dont even have listed anymore have been up and I dont even remember how long ago I did the task. All of them I have sent proof for but like ************** dont have the welcoming email anymore bc its been so long. So Im asking that you take my request seriously bc its unfair to offer rewards you never give. Also, I have yet to hear from anyone days after this was sent .

Downloaded the app looked through all the offers and chose the varo offer signed up and completed the offer and Did all required steps to the offer the offer was pending for a bit of time but moved to completed I waited a fair amount of time for the reward to be credited to me and after sometime I made the choice to email support and ask how long till I receive my reward and I was emailed back it will be credited in the next 5-7 days it's now at day 13 with nothing I have enclosed a screenshot of the email received and a screenshot of the offer I'm referring toBusiness Response

I used the Steady app and their promo code to sign up with Upside. Steady promised a $5 boost for signing up with Upside via their app, then using Upside. Steady (via ****************) is refusing to pay the $5 boost due to me. I have emailed both Steady and Upside numerous times about this matter. **************** from Upside most recently advised me that they had been in touch with Steady, and that if I submitted screenshots of my three successful transactions with Upside, they would pay my $5 boost. I submitted these three email confirmations as well as the email from ******************************* from Steady app wrote back and completely ignored this communication that I received from Upside, and still refuses to send my $5. My account profile with Upside even shows the Steady promo code, which Steady conveniently ignores. I had difficulty receiving another boost from Steady previously. Unfortunately, I had already signed up with Upside. I see that Steady has had a number of complaints on file with the BBB, all similar to mine. *** learned my ******* and will do no more business with Steady EVER again, but I expect to receive the payment they promised for using an affiliated business. My husband and I are both on Social Security, and both of us had costly surgeries this year. $5 means a lot more to us than a coffee at ********** I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer me. Its a shame there are so many crooks taking advantage of people who can least afford it. I do feel Upside has tried to help, but Im not sure. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have received the $5 due to me.It is absurd that so much time (and therefore money) were spent by both Steady app and Upside to resolve this matter over $5. I had more than ample proof that I used the Steady app to start my Upside account. My Upside profile even contains the promo code provided by the Steady app. After having to fight tooth and nail to receive both of my modest payments from Steady, I will never use this app again.
