    I have completed several ****** promotions with Steady App online. They in turn are supposed to compensate me in funds directly deposited into my bank account. I have tried fo reach them several times but no response. The amount owed is $300. I have all of the supportive documents if needed Thank you

    Our Income Boosters are experiencing a severe delay in incentive payments. Delays such as these are why we ask in the Booster terms that users please allow up to 60 days. We want our members to receive their rewards as quickly as possible. We'd prefer them to get to them fast, but that's not always possible. 

    This user's reward $25 reward has been escalated and paid out on 09/28/22. Please see the attached documents as a reference. 

    We are waiting for the user to provide us with the proper documentation for the other boosters mentioned.

    My complaint against Steady app is quick and simple. Hopefully someone can assist me to get the $95 I properly earned and they never made payment on. I completed 2 income boosters. Both in Early August. 1) Open a new account as a first time customer with WEBULL and earn an income booster of $45. AND 2) Open a new account as a first time customer with ABRA and earn $50. Total $95. I successfully completed both income boosters and never received the $95 in payments. And just to be clear. When I completed the requirements of the income boosters, For each STEADY sent me an email ( On August 15, 2022) congratulating me for earning the income boosters and that the payments were on its way. I have attached those 2 emails stating my funds were on its way. HOWEVER< I never actually received the payments. I waited 30 days and have since sent 3 messages asking for a status update about the payments . The only response I received was an automatic generated message saying someone would get back to me soon. BUT no one ever got back to me. I hope someone can assist me to get the $95 I earned. Thank You.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    However I would like to add that the email messages I initially attached state payment would be received WITHIN 30 days. NOT the 60 days they are now saying, I will also add, they IGNORED and did not respond to multiple inquires. They could have given a simple explanation that they need more time. Or even an auto generated message saying if you're inquiring about a booster payment that they are behind,. If they kept communication open that would have been fine,. BUT they choose to ignore and not respond to my multiple messages  UNTIL i contacted the  Better Business Bureau,.   That really is not a satisfactory business practice,  but I did receive my payment after having to invest quite a bit of time to get it. ,   I will delete the app and request they remove all my information from their system so they can no longer make money off re selling my information.

    On July 28 2022, I initiated an income booster from tube Steady App, which is a financial assistance app that helps you earn more money and rewards from many merchants and Apps. I completed the Upgrade Rewards Checking eligibility for $25 and waited for Steady to acknowledge it. ***** later I finally emailed Steady and days later they replied confirming my completion but told me I had to wait. I finally got an email from Steady stating that upgrade rewards checking has confirmed my eligibility and that I should expect my income booster within 30 days. I have not received anything yet and Ive emailed Steady numerous times so Im hoping that this finally gets them to follow up on their end because if I did not need the money I wouldnt of wasted time.

    I signed up for the steady app and completed one of their booster offers that awards you 75$ for signing up for a Varo account and spending 25$.I completed this action a month almost two months ago. I emailed them asking if I completed it and they confirmed it in an email.Their business says ***** days and its about to be past 60 days. Ive seen two people complete bonuses and get their payout in a week while Im still waiting. I want my 75$ bonus for doing all of that.

    We can confirm this user has completed the steps to receive their reward. Our team is currently experiencing a delay in reporting and payment in which the user was informed of this on July 26, 2022. Payment has been initiated on our end and it is currently pending in their bank account.
