    Total scam service, I want a *********** is showing however there is no sound, countless emails sent and call attempts made to this company. No answer, no avail. The ads play loud and clear but the service consumers pay for is unable to be rendered. Frustrating I want a refund.

    To say I was excited about this service is an understatement, I was thrilled to watch my kids perform something they love when I am unable to attend in person. Yet, to sit and wait patiently for the event to start only to be presented with a "sorry, the services are not available" message, is not the output I desired. Every time I send a ticket, I get the same system message reply of "we are working the issue". There is NO customer support number and most likely that is because they do not want to hear how bad their services are. Easier to directly send an email message to the trash then to re-route a phone to a non-existent help ********* money back would be a plus but I would rather be able to watch my children play and a company actually provide the service they offer!Would leave zero stars if that were an option!

    Tracking so bad. The party is in the end zones, not the sidelines. Scoreboard not updating as the game goes on. No clock running. No one is monitoring the stream. Worthless service. **** should not be providing livestream services.

    Horrible service! I want to cancel my subscription and cannot get a person to talk. Only messages. Would give NO stars but not an option.

    I canceled my subscription and have been billed $11.99 and debit out of my account for 11 months after I cancelled and did not use the service. I have emailed and called **************** and left message no call back or email. Think twice before signing up. I didn't want to leave the one star.

    I would give them a zero if it was allowed. Terrible service. A complete waste of money. If they didn't pay the school some money, I would cancel. The ** they use is incredibly stupid!

    If I could give zero stars I would. I like to use it when I cant make my sons games and can never watch him. We need a new platform that is reliable. They say they have already invested too much money into it so we cant have one. Welll subscribers have spent too much money to not watch their kids play. And they want to fine people for live streaming. Seems like a scammer business to me.

    Paid for whole year. The varsity football from one school was the only reason i signed up. The games disappeared from all upcoming playlists after trying (and failing) to watch one game. Save your money!!

    We pay for a service to watch our children play if we cannot be at the games. It never works, I have not been able to watch a single game on their network yet this year.

    I experienced the same problem others have when cancelling a monthly **** account; There was no record of my cancellation. After watching just one game of my local high school in the state basketball playoffs, I immediately cancelled the service knowing I would no longer view games on the **** **************** lost.) I noticed today a charge on my credit card statement for $11.99. Upon further investigation, I discovered the same charge for the past 17 months. I fell slightly ashamed of myself for not routinely checking my credit card statements but there are many charges that hit my credit card and the $11.99 charge was slightly under my radar of vigilance for larger charges. Perhaps there was a glitch that prevented me from receiving an email record of the cancellation? I will pursue getting a refund from **** but from what I have read form others on this site that may only be up to 4 months of the service I paid for (if I am fortunate.) I will follow -up on this post after I find out more from ****, but I would caution anyone who cancels a subscription to follow-up to assure you receive a cancellation confirmation and that you are no longer billed for service afterward.
