    To say this business is a joke is an understatement!! Like many others, I signed for for their streaming service to watch a family member play basketball across the country! It started out great last season, then slowly got worse! Now Im only able to see less than half the games, and the ones that they do show live, theres only a 50/50 chance of the stream working! Add in a coach thats completely against someone watching a HS team, and here I am writing a complaint. If youre going to charge a premium for a product like this, please start slow! Make sure videos are operating correctly, make sure you have recourse and systems in place! You COULD be charging $29.99+ for this service but youd rather charge $12.99 and s**** over very good people who just want to see family and friends play sports for a hour or two! Its absolutely frustrating and Im so glad this playoff game Im missing as I write this will be my very last season. Enjoy the $100 you stole from me. Spend it well!

    "FFFF" This is the biggest scam ever! The cameras are terrible, down more than they are up, customer service is horrible! Parents and Grandparents want to watch their kids/grandkids are taken to the cleaners. Should be shut down! Boooooo!

    I subscribed to this station to watch my niece play basketball when I'm not able to attend her games. It horrible 9 out of 10 times I can't even watch the game because technical difficulties. Something needs to be done and quickly for $11.99 really

    This is a horrible network. After paying for a subscription I was able to see part of two games and none of the third game. The game scheduled for today showed nothing but an empty gymnasium with the floor removed at ***********. One of the biggest disappointments for the price. I would not recommend this net work if it was free!

    I know. Lets start this network. Well get people to spend their hard earned money on it but not mention to them that it will **** really bad. That they wont see the score. That there wont be any sound. That the camera will be at the end of the court where there is no action and that we wont give a c*** if that bothers anyone. I think well easily get away with it! Update. Hey we were right! We are getting away with it!

    I have subscribed to this service, as many of you, to watch games that I am unable to attend in person. And, as many of you, I have found the service to be in serious decline. When I first subscribed, the games available to watch were smaller in number, but, not as many "technical difficulties" as there are now! And, what is up with the games that are available, but, no on-screen scoreboard or at least some shots of the gym's scoreboard! I'm an old bleacher mom that enjoys watching games from all over the country, and I feel handcuffed to a service that is well below sub par....

    Absolutely terrible! Heartbreaking for those that cant travel to some games and are depending on nfhs to watch their kids/grandkids play ..then BOOM you cant watch it! technical difficulties my ass!!!!!!!

    Overpriced and pathetic service! Games constantly cut off and / or stops and repeats during action. Scoreboards are usually wrong or nonexistent. For the price, a subscriber should be able to stream on more than one device at a time. They have a monopoly in a lot of places because people want to see their kids/ grandkids play and they have to pay and deal with this poor quality platform!
