  I should have read these reviews before I subscribed. Luckily I only agreed to a month-to-month subscription. Just like many others, when I tried to watch my grandsons basketball games all I got was a message that the camera is having technical difficulties. I notified customer service right away and got the same response like everyone else. Two days later and the next game, same out of service message. My son knows my grnadsons Athletic Director and asked him if he was aware of the camera problem. He was totally frustrated because NFHS technicians couldnt fix the camera. If this was a free service you could understand frequent technical problems but this streaming service actually charges more per month than some of the more popular national streaming services. There can be no excuse for this inept business. A class action law suit should be initiated.

  I signed up because I am unable to attend games. There are times that I am also unable to watch at the time of the game. When I signed up last year, I had no problem watching the game the next day, or a few days later. This year you watch it when it is playing, or not at all. I complained to customer service and their comment was, "We have refunded you subscription." ********************** on this service. Horrible customer service.

  This network is horrible. No customer tech support. Had to pay for it but no one available to help with it!! AWFUL!

  Glitchy. Poor quality streaming. Whenever we pay to view one of my children's games, frequently there are technical issues that will not allow us to view an event. I have shared this streaming option with out-of-town family, and it is embarrassing that I have recommended that my family members (primarily grandparents) pay so much of their money, when they are rarely able to view the streaming events, as this company promises.

  Terrible stream quality. Constant buffering. I know it's not my Internet as I stream other games, videos, etc with no issues. If you are going to charge people you should have a quality product.

  Subscribed to watch my niece in Volleyball playoffs. It was ok, kinda glitchy **** and t****, the camera pointing at scoreboard had a basketball hoop structure in the way (no human to doublecheck that?)... and then..... and then.... Game 5 of their match begins, Game 5 to go to the Championship... and... spinning wheel of death. Missed the entire, and most important part of the whole match. Only saving grace **** is that they quickly responded and are refunding my money, but obviously can't refund the hope I had to share a family experience live from across the country...

  Absolutely awful service! Camera will "have technical difficulties" through most of the season. When you report the problem, they send an automated message that they are working on the problem but it is just lip service. The only thing that NFHS is really good at is charging for their crappy service. Ridiculous! Do not waste your money on this garbage!

  This a scam and we are out $230 for being auto billed without signing up for recurring payments and was never made aware of any type of policy or procedures for their subscription. We can't give them 0 stars? They absolutely do not care about taking our money for something I didn't use. My son's lacrosse team sent a link to watch a game and I signed in once at $10.99 for the month to watch game. Instead, I began being charged for a monthly subscription that I never agreed to! Then they went up a dollar and didn't even inform us through e-mail for half the year without our knowledge. We did not look for charge and it went under our radar for two years until I canceled today! If you sign on to this network, be careful to make sure you aren't scammed into a subscription. Check your credit card for NFHSNTWRK. The two games I did watch were terrible and glitchy - painful to watch, They obviously make the contract so you have no idea that you are buying into a subscription and hope that people don't check. I have a feeling that they are making so much money on the scam No phone contact to resolve. I despise this company when they wouldn't even meet me halfway and they know people aren't going to go to court for $230. Times are tight and it really strained us financially. They said they would refund my dispute too and never did as they told me it is clear in their contract which I was never directed to review and at no time did they say you have to cancel. People want to get on with their ballgame and not have to deal with something like this. They are making millions - free money to them and I'm suffering to make ends meet.
