  Shocked at such lousy coverage of ** regional basketball games on 3/4/23. The 2A East games especially, as they had no scoreboard or game clock displayed on the screen nor a commentator so basically unless you were keeping your own score and clock you didn't have a clue what was going on...totally unacceptable for a paid site. Watching 3A East game displayed score and clock but displayed OT5 for quarter and clock displayed numbers like 28:80 so you never knew time in game. I do have to give kudos to the coverage of the 1A West at ******************* as it had a ********** by play commentator with a more reliable scoreboard and clock. I'm guessing the **** folks just didn't show up at the 2A East games since there was nothing. I am hopeful that my local TV station will pick up the championship games I am interested in on Saturday 3/11/23 because YOU'RE FIRED! The NCHSAA should set you free, too!

  Got to watch portions of the ********* girls hockey championship. Thanks to the poor service of nfhs. Waste of money!

  The service is terrible, very unreliable. Over the past two basketball seasons I have seen about 33% of the games I attempted to watch because of technical problems. It is frustrating and disappointing.

  NFHS is a joke. Terrible Video and sound when it actually works. IHSA needs a new provider!

  Straight trash. I only paid for this to watch my cousin play in the state playoffs and this thing is a joke. How do you broadcast a basketball game in a tournament and dont show the score the entire game? Then the next week, I missed the game completely because I was greeted with a please stand by message due to technical difficulties. I canceled this mess and requested a refund.

  The worst! Attempting to watch my senior grandsons last game, where they honored the students and their parents, and they focus the camera on the opposing team who was just standing around, looking at nothing. Never again will I join this network.

  I've had this service for over a year, and starting the last few months it became completely unreliable. Games frozen, no scoreboard or time clock, a double screen, half of the court blocked so I couldn't view the entire game, etc. These issues continually occurred, despite tickets being created by the "bot" and several emails with customer service (you can't speak to anyone). I never got any follow up on the issues I reported via email, so I continued to follow up and only would get a response that they will work to fix the issues, but nothing was ever rectified. Today I asked them if I can get a refund for one month because of the ongoing issues, and they just canceled my subscription. No communication back with me about the issues, the options to get a refund, or any next steps. I got a reply to my request that they canceled my subscription and refunded me for one month. I never asked to cancel the subscription, nor did I ever indicate that I wanted to cancel. So now I am unable to watch the remainder of the game I had been watching, or the rest of the season. When I followed up to say that I never asked to cancel or indicated I wanted to do so, I received no reply. Horrible customer service.

  Terrible service and rarely is there a game that is watchable all the way through. Definitely not worth the money.
