    I received a loan from Simple Fast Loans I contacted ***** and had to place the loan on hold. When I was able to start paying the loan I did. I inform them I could pay $300 every other week. I made six payments of $300, the six payment was the last and final payment. On August 12, 2022 the date of the last payment, after the payment was made I received an email from a collection agency stating I owe Simple Fast Loans $1486.80. I called the collection agency and they stated they received the invoice @ 08:30 am the morning of August 12, 2022. Simple Fast received their final payment 8 hours prior to selling my account to an agency. I called Simple Fast Loans to resolve this issue because it is against the law to sell an account that is being payed or payed in full. I was placed on hold and told that all managers were in a meeting and would have to call me back. It is 24 hours later and no call. This is serious and needs to be handle I have a collection agency contacting me about a bill that was paid in full and was not delinquent when sold.

    I paid off loan now they coming back saying I owe $77.62. They did this days after loan paid off.

    We reached terms to settle this account. I still didnt think I owed anymore but paid and extre $54 to get rid of them.

    I tried several times to use the website provided and it said my account ***** was invalid after 2 days I finally got thur to the company number on the invoice and was told I would have to email my letter to a ********************* I sent him a picture of my letter that said I could settle my loan for 50% off and he told me it was void this company gives you the run around on there website I tried their link and it kept saying my account number was wrong and I didnt even enter it in it was was auto filled by them I checked it and the number was right all I want is for the company to honor me paying off the loan.at 50% off at the amount I owed when I was try to settle the debt

    In 2020 i was considering a payday loan with Simple Fast loans. I never completed or accepted funds . They have been attempting to collect and cannot provide any signed documents. I have been called twice by a collection agency and i have requested documentation about this in 3/2022 and now again 7/2022 when the calls to attempt to collect. They document my reply and then call back 6 months later. I called Simple Fast Loans and they stayed i had No Loan with them and it must be fraud. The company calling me is D2. Thank you Thank you
