This company keeps calling me saying I owe 984. I thought it was for cash 2 go because I told them I don't know a simple loans. I was 1 week late with cash 2 go when I went in to pay them they said no wasn't them. When I ask them cash 2 go they said yes. Got my credit card number street address had me sit up payments for when I get my check. I will save the money to get an attorney to look into this. I'm not paying these people anything. As you may be aware, I have been struggling with my finances due to the interest Simple Fast Loans is charging (Well over APR 200% in interest).

On 07/25/2022 I accepted a loan of $800 from Simple Fast Loans. I agreed to make 10 monthly payments in the amount of $171.03, an initial payment of $200.36, and one final payment of $170.96 to be paid in full by 08/2023. I've been pretty much consistant with my payments. Paying on time except for two incidents when because of my banks policy of paying even if there is insufficient funds, allowing 24 hours to deposit the funds or decline the request. Those situations were quickly resolved and late fees were never attached to my account. In april I signed with a credit consolidation *** to better handle all the bills I accumulated, including SFL P)ayments. Unfortunately the amount to be paid the agreement accepted and confirmed by both was much less than I suggested, and extending my relationship with SFL far beyond the 5 months I would have to pay otherwise. However as it stands, today 08/03/2023 their records indicate that I now owe them $964.41. above what I've already paid. I am not a math genius but that amounts to much more than the $2081.62. Even if late fees were to be included, What this adds up to is robbery. I do not comprehend their calculation. I do not believe that I owe this and Simple fast Loans is an extortion co. I against better judgment in 2020 applied for a loan or rather I guess this is a line of credit. It is now 2023 I have literally been paying this company anywhere from $89 to $132 or more dollars a month. I have been in contact with them numerous times in the past to try to make an arrangement because I am now on disability and very ill and I have dealt with their supervisor or at least he says he's a supervisor with little to no resolution at all. I absolutely cannot continue paying loan shark interest on what was originally $400 and yes it put me in a bind so bad I would have to draw from the credit line again just to make it to make it to the next month and they know people have to do this. I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life I have paid and paid in an honest world a business would say this has long been paid off but not this company. I've literally sold my soul to the devil for $400 and I can tell you it will never happen again. I'm hoping someone at this company will be honest enough to say okay this woman has more than paid for this loan and I have when you've got payments coming in at $89 all the way to $132 or more a month since 2020 yes I would definitely say it's more than paid and out of all this time they helped with one deferment and it wasn't even a deferment all it did was less than the payment down to a ballpark figure of $89 that is the only flexibility that this company offers. But they'll send you text messages and say if your payment is late call us we can help but when you call them there is no help. I have done everything I can to make sure that they get paid every month even if the payment is late they still get paid. I recently made a payment of $132 and I look at my account and my next payment is $125. Taking advantage of a customer much? Absolutely especially one that is now on a fixed income and suffering with health greatly. How would they feel if it was their loved one going through what I'm going through? On May 10, 2023, someone took out a loan in my name and used my SS# that was on the dark web from a data breach at a medical facility. The business gave a loan to someone who did not have access to my ID only my SS#. Although an ID was given, it was not mine. I am now trying to clean up this mess but can not get anyone to let me speak to a live person. Received a letter stating I was pre qualified for a loan and proceeded to apply. After obtaining ALL my personal sensitive information, they declined the loan and said they could not verify my bank info (bullshit) and couldn't find a lender. This is a phishing scam! Does not seem at all legit or professional. Another business run by shady morally deprived scumbags.
