      Sold me bad parts and apparently I have to **** down a corperate store to get refund. will never shop at napa again. Corporate stores are few and far for refunds

      Our company has had an account with Napa Auto Parts in St Croix since we arrived here 12 years ago. Before that we had an account in *******, **********. For months I have been paying my bill on line with a credit card, on time. We got an email today from ********************, who is the new head of accounting in St Croix. She said that since we pay with a credit card which my go through their books when they are not open, we have been but on a "cash only basis". She explained this by saying she did not catch the interest charges. It seems to me she should check with the corportate Headquarters to find out how to be more efficient.*****************

      They do not honor your warranty. Dont buy from here! Cant expect anything from the manager as they dont care. They encourage you to go file complaints with corporate even when they are in the wrong. Terrible service

      Placed an order that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. Now two weeks later and it has not arrived. Called customer support and nothing they can do except investigate since it has shipped. Do not order online from this business and expect to receive your order anywhere close to the date they specify. Choose a different auto parts dealer.

      Ordered a 3' piece of fuel filler neck hose online. When I got to the store they handed me 1'. I showed them that I ordered a 3' piece and was told that even though online it says 3' they sell it by the foot so all I got was 1'. They refused to honor their own price and wanted me to pay 3x the price on their website. This is a disgusting business practice and I will not be doing business with them going forward.

      I placed an order online for an accelerator cable. The order was delivered later than it was supposed. Upon opening the order it was the completely wrong part. They sent an air intake hose instead of an accelerator cable. I contacted the customer service number. I was told they could cancel and refund the order or replace the order. I asked for them to replace the order as I still need the cable. They then asked me to deliver the wrongly sent item to a *** drop off location roughly 150 miles away. I was then told they would not process my replacement order until they receive the wrong part back and verify that it is sell able. I asked them to just cancel the order and have *** pick up the wrongly sent part. They refused to do so. They have permanently lost a customer. I hope they enjoy the reviews and social media.

      I have been waiting for my rebate since Oct 2nd for $15. Every time I call they say they are working on it. If you are going to give a rebate give it at the store so we don't have to wait forever. I will never shop at a Napa auto Store again. There customer service is horrible.*******************************

      Got my ***** plow 3 weeks ago and found that the controller for the plow would not fit this plow. It was for a different plow. I contacted them right away, and called them every week from then and still nothing. I ordered and paid over 200$ for the correct part for the plow from the manufacturer, and they sent it in 3 days. I do not recommend ordering anything from this site, they mess things up and send you things your not able to use and dont care about jumping on it and getting it corrected in a timely fashion. Still have not gotten a reply from them or the parts needed. The ******* needs wireless they sent me hydraulic which cannot be used

      Ordered floor mats for a 23 Transit canceled within 24 hours as they stated they have not shipped. I requested a return and now charging me an excessive return fee ***** and shipping $1832 on a ****************************************************************************************** Amazon I would and skip Napa all together Ed **

      This company allowed people to use my credit card to place online orders. And then they allowed them to pick them up without an ID. $1400. Then they acted like it was no big deal and would not give me the video or photographs of the people who stole my money.
