    Hello *** ******,I am sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We strive to provide excellent customer service. I see you no longer needed the part you purchased. Upon investigation, I noticed we never received the *** number for your returned part, therefore a restocking fee was charged. The *** sent to you clearly states***All products ordered in error are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. To contest the Restocking Fee and/or allow us to source the correct item for you, we need an OE / Manufacturers part number off the actual unit being replaced. Parts can differ even within the same model year, so the actual number is required to confirm the correct replacement item you need. If you are unable to locate the part number, a manufacturer or a dealer should be able to confirm the correct part number for you. We appreciate your feedback and the restocking fee has been refunded to you.

    This is also a ******************* against ***** I ordered this starter through **** on the rareelectrical site. ****** get any help from either **** or rareelectrical. Even one star is to much.

    The starter I ordered was listed for my application they have no phone number to contact them to find out if it is the correct replacement. By the time I had emailed them the oem part number they had already sent the starter to me it took approximately a week to find out they don't have a starter that will fit although it was listed. And then they charged me 104 dollars. I'm really thinking that this is just another one of those scam companies that pray on hard working people and sit there making money

    Dear Customer, I am sorry you are not happy with your purchase. We strive to provide excellent customer service and reply as quickly as possible to our customer's messages. Please be assured we are an official company and this is not a scam in any way. You purchased the starter on 3/28/2024. You messaged us two days after your purchase on Sat, 30 Mar, 2024 02:55 asking, What is the difference between a m105611d1 and a m105611d5? Our customer service department responded on Sun, 31 Mar, 2024 requesting the exact *** number from the specification list for your ***** white tractor. **************** cannot research and ensure the correct part has been ordered without the *** number from the User Manual spec sheet. You never sent the requested *** number. Your return was processed as damaged and a restocking fee was applied as the part was returned with oil stains and scratches. I will reach out to the customer service department and have them process a one-time refund for this restocking fee.

    Terrible company, Sent me a defective alternator and then charged me a ***** restocking fee when I returned it. I wouldn't buy from them again

The alternator you ordered is compatible with Mustang 4JB1 ISUZU engines, but not all Mustang 4JB1 ISUZU engines use the same alternator. To ensure the alternator will fit, before purchasing, we ask every customer to verify the *** part number. "Compatible with ******** ISUZU, MUSTANG and many more... Please verify your *** part number from your original unit to help ensure fitment." Our customer service team responded to each of your emails and four times requested the *** part number. You never responded and provided the *** part number, without this number the customer service team is unable to determine if a defective alternator had been sent or the incorrect part had been ordered. We appreciate your business and have refunded the $25.91 restocking fee. Again we are sorry for the confusion.

    Bought a voltage regulator for our customers MG B. They sent an exact replacement. Problem was it was defective. I returned it and they charged a restocking fee for a defective part. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. CROOKS.

    Advertises product that doesn't fit what you need it to. Then charges you to return the product. I lost $40. To them after amazon contacted them and they agreeded to give me all my money back.

    Purchased a starter for a Westerbeke by OEM part number. Verified the correct mounting by the pictures and part number on ************* website. Part that arrived had completely different mounting that would not work. Incorrect part. I sent back pictures of the incorrect starter and the pictures from the website and got no reply. I asked for a refund and only got a partial refund even though I was sent the wrong part. I understand restocking fees when I order the wrong item or simply don't want it. But I need a starter and was sent the wrong one. I do not recommend *************.

    Thought I needed a new Alternator and bought one of theirs off Amazon, 2 weeks after driving around with the unopened box I decided my current alternator was ok and sent the new one back, this corrupt company took $15 for return shipping and another 20% for a so called "Restocking fee" $74.84 and refused to give it back. I called Amazon and complained and they sent me an electronic gift card ????. Stay clear of them!
