I ordered four mystery shirts in a size large from this company. I will be honest and say they were at a discount. After receiving the merchandise, I quickly realized that two of the shirts were mediums. I emailed the instant I realized in order to hopefully get and email back with return/exchange instructions. This never happened. I have sent three emails to this establishment about the matter to no avail, and its been nearly a week. I honestly wish I had looked at this site before making a purchase in general. Initially I only wanted to exchange, but at this point, I want a refund.Initial Complaint

I received a message from this so-called business informing me that I won $200 and a free item. I checked it out and they have thousands of followers. So I at first thought that it was a legit business until they were asking to access my cashapp information. Either they hacked into their account and the thieves are posing as them, or they are using their business as a front to steal money from people. Either way, this is a absolutely disgusting thing and Im glad that I came to my senses before I gave them complete access to my CashApp.Initial Complaint

On June 7, I had placed an order on the God is Dope for $47 , with the order number of ORDER FTLLWIBT2068375. The items I ordered were "TINY BOX LOGO" DRESS (TAN/WHITE) in Medium & TINY BOX LOGO" DRESS (PRETTY BLUE/WHITE) in Medium. God is dope was having a testing-out sale for the items, since the dresses was a new item, and I received it a discount for the items. When I received the items, the dresses did not fit me well, so I emailed God is Dope in order to get a refund of exchange. They did not give me a response until a week and half later on June 24th. Their response is that all sales are final, even though there is no where on their site or on the items description that the items are final sale. I will like an exchange for the dresses for a bigger size or full refund, since they not state anything on there site that all sales or final.Initial Complaint

DO NOT TRUST!!! NEVER RECEIVED ***** and customer service is blowing me off completely now. I am reporting this business to the better business bureau because I have sent them 4 emails proving the item was returned to shipper and I never received the item, they got it back, yet they WILL NOT SEND ME A REFUND OR THE ***** I ORDERED AGAIN! The business was running a promotion and I ordered the item. I have ordered from this business in the past without issue. I used Apple Pay and there was no option to enter a shipping address. After charges were submitted a deliverY confirmation populated with an old address. I immediately emailed the company and explained the issue. I placed an order with them online on February 10, 2023. Their website does not mention how long it will take for the order to be handled and shipped until you pay for it. I spent $101.47 plus $12.95 for priority shipping and after I payed for the order they showed me how long it would take. AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2022 ALL ORDERS WILL TAKE 2-4 WEEKS TO PROCESS AND SHIP. - (per God is Dopes website) At the bottom of the page they also say orders will take 1-4 weeks to ship. After 3 weeks I emailed them, which is their only customer service option, and they sent an automated message saying someone will contact me shortly and they never did. Ive sent 10+ emails since then and none of them have been responded to by God is Dope. It is now March 11th, 2023 and the order status is still showing as placed. Theyve had my money this entire time, have not updated me or responded to my emails and have not sent me my order within their stated shipping promise. Their refund policy says they will not refund or exchange unless the items have defects, I wouldnt know how to request a refund from them anyway because its impossible to get in contact with them.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order with God is Dope on 2.2.23 # ORDER JAN20231989023. Its been 4 weeks, and I havent received shipping information on my package. Ive sent several emails asking for an update on my order without any information being provided. At this point, I feel as if the company is given me the run arounds. I purchased items from this company almost a month ago and nothing has been shipped yet. I have reached out to them 3 times via email and they dont respond.
