I placed two orders. One on January 9th and January 23rd. I received a text that the label was generated by **** and nothing else. I tried to contact them by phone, email, social media , and via linkin. No one has ever responded to me and I see that the Buisness is open. They took my money and sent no product.Initial Complaint

On Feb 10 or 11 I paid about $178 on food for pickup through their app. Upon arrival To the restaurant, I was told that the app that I order it from was not working therefore, my order was not received and the majority of the items on my order were not even available. I have reached out to them by telephone by text message by email even by social media and they didnt respond for a month and then they finally sent me a pre-shipment label tracking number but they still never sent my four bottle of butter sauces according to the ************* postal services, and then they stop responding to me and they never refunded me either . December 2, 2022 I made an online order #***** in the amount of $57.97, however after multiple attempts to inquire about the estimated delivery or tracking number I have not been provided with a clear response. On one occasion I received a text saying " King Crab Atl Wednesday ****". I have since sent follow up text and still no response although I have been charged. I would greatly appreciate help of the BBB in finding out if or when my order was mailed out. I placed an online order for a bottle of sauce (order#*****). I have called the business and continually just get a answering machine. I have left numerous messages and text, still no contact. They could call and say out of stock or we dont carry this etc. All I get is SILENCE!!I am hoping that you can contact them on my behalf to find out what has happened to the order I placed the order on September 20, 2022 again order number is ***** and the amount was $23.99. if there is anything you can do to assist me in this situation, since I live in *********** would greatly appreciate it.
