    I ordered on 11/23 and my item has not shipped as of 12/07. These items were purchased for my vacation and I still don't have them. The website list 4-7 business days and the company has no phone number to call. They only have an email and the emails saying replies will be ***** hours, however no one replied within given timeframe. Don't order from this company.

    Placed an order on 11/25 order: ******* in which I still havent received package its now 12/7 I emailed the company Monday 12/4 still no response. I needed this for my cruise in which now Im losing faith that I will ever receive this. This has been a horrible experience so far.

    If I could give 0 stars I would give ********************. I received only ONE out of the three items I have ordered from Matte Collection. Seems that many others are complaining of the same issue. Wish I would have seen the reviews before shopping with this company. Unbelievable and disgusting! CROOKED AF.

    I have shopped with Matte collections plenty of times and usually after purchase, I would receive an email regarding my ship information/status. However, last Saturday I placed my order (#******* ) and the only email I received was that my order was placed. I then realized that I forgot a shirt then placed a second order (#*******). I downloaded the app shop to track my orders like the website recommended on the following Wednesday. The first order status showed delivered, but when got home from work I never received a packaged (checked cameras). I emailed them, and was told to open a claim with the carrier; however, I never received a tracking number. Once I got back on the Shop app I am seeing at this current moment that both of my orders #******* and #******* are showing order placed. I contacted the company via email about a day ago, no response. I sent another email today with great hopes and decided to file a complaint to get some attention to this situation because I paid for this service and my order/emails are getting overlooked. Something is either wrong with their system or the Shop app when converting orders. I just want this issue rectified.

    HORRIBLE! Placed an order over three weeks ago. Told **** IS BEHIND. THATS A LIE. I GET DELIVERIES ALL THE Time. Been emailing, as they have NO phone number, with no response for two weeks! Have yet to refund all my money or receive the package. I have sent 11 emails!!!!

    I put in my order with Matte Collection on August 17, 2023 and on August 21, 2023 received an email with a tracking number which stated A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 2:07 pm on August 21, 2023 in ********, ** *****. **** does not have the package yet; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries.Okay cool, but then August 31, 2023 come I go check the tracking again and its still saying the same thing as it did on august 21, 2023. I send an email requesting some information about the order on the 08/31, literally within minutes of sending them the email about the order, I receive a email about a refund and a email replying back to my email saying were sending you a refund for missing package. Okay cool but the refund is less than what I paid, I responded back and asked why my refund is less than what I paid. NO RESPONSE! I have since emailed them twice, and as of today nothing.

    if i could give o zeros i would. ordered on July 28 didn't receive my order until august 19th. got the order and i was missing an item. i have contact multiple times and no one has reached out to me. im sadden by this bc i have been ordering with them since 2020 and never encountered any problems.

    Gave them a second chance after this happened a few years ago. Same thing this time. I ordered a swimsuit and cover on 8/5. Didnt ship until 8/15. Still havent received the package. I cant get a phone number to contact, just an automated email that says thank you for your message. So basically $70 down the drain and no one can explain why. TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beyond upset at this point.

    One leaving one star out of necessity. Ordered on July 26th, got an email that a track label was created July 28th, only to never be updated. I never received my items and when I reached out to support, they never followed up. Disappointed I've referred this business to several others after supporting them in the past. The lack of customer service and concern for people's hard earn money is beyond me.

    I ordered and never received the what I ordered. The package never made to the postal service for shipping. I reached out and received an email to check with the carrier service. I provided the tracking status that was provided by the postal service to Matte Collection customer service and received little to no response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I feel like they stole fro me.
