    I placed my order on June 21st. On June 28th I received an email stating that my items were shipped. I was hoping to get them before my birthday trip, but unfortunately I didnt. When I got back from my vacation on August 7th, no package. I received an email on August 11th requesting a review of my items. I responded to the email stating that I never recite the items and requested an update. The email response from them stated that I would get a follow ** in 48 hours. Today is August 15th and no response. I tried calling but there is no phone number. I have emailed them 3 times with the information from my local post office showing that the label was printed but the package never shipped. I AM PISSED! I dont have money to waste and I wish I had read the reviews before I made my purchase.

    Nice clothes, very poor communication and shipping/delivery time. It seems as if this is an ongoing issue. If you want clothes fast, this is not the place.

    If I could give a zero I would. I placed an order on 6/5/23. I received an email on 6/9/23 after I emailed them concerning my order. Their email stated "that your order was shipped out on 6/8/23. A tracking number was provided but when I tracked my order with **** it stated "label created but had not received the package " I have emailed this company several times with NO response. I actually spoke to a ******** with PR who stated "send me an email with your concerns and I will forward to the proper person" I did just that and still nothing. BUYERS BEWARE!!! THEY RECEIVED THEIR PAYMENT WITH NO PROBLEM but I can't get my purchase. STAY AWAY!!

    I am extremely disappointed by the way I have been mishandled and ignored by Matte Collection. I ordered three (3) Matte Basix jumpsuits On February 1, 2023 and received the wrong order and packing slip with another customers personal information on February 11, 2023. I sent a detailed email including photos of the merchandise, packing slip, and shipping label to the company and they advised the jumpsuits were sold out and offered a credit. I requested a refund and details on how to return Ms. ******** thongs and now the organization will not respond. This is extremely poor business ethic being exhibited and I dont feel I should settle for a store credit as the result of their error and lack of merchandise and would greatly appreciate a refund and closure to this experience. Please help!

    MatteCollection has quality clothing and swimsuits. Ive been a customer for a few years and Ive always received my items in a timely manner. *** had a few issues with the sizing that have all been remedied quickly. *** also had an issue with a shipment not arriving on time, Ive gotten a refund and new shipment in timely fashion. Their customer services have responded to my emails quickly. Easy return policy.

    Anytime I order from them I always get good quality products! Only once did I have an issue with a swimsuit I ordered missing from my package because it was out of stock, but they refunded me quickly. All my swimsuits and clothes are always good material and quality and they have great sales!
