      Awful customer service. Product was not delivered. Product was purchased in ****** ******* will not provide a refund after 25 requests. They simply apologize and an apology is not acceptable. The responses received from the customer service representative shared how the company was in and out of courts and how they were behind with their productivity. First, thats not any of my concern or my business. Second, I dont care! What I care about is my order and or my refund.

      I ordered a hoodie from this business on October 16th, 2022. As of today, November 2nd, 2023, I still have not received the hoodie, nor a refund, or any correspondence towards the matter. I've emailed them more times than I would like to admit, all to empty promises that they are "working on it" Clearly not working hard enough. This is the reason why Black-Owned businesses get a bad rep. ** saddens me to know that I attempted to support a brand that I thought was making good on their promise to support HBCUs (I graduated from one, so I figured I was supporting the cause), only to be scammed out of my hard-earned money. I hope this business ***** to the ground, but not before I get my refund.

      Great message, terrible company. I placed an order in February 2022 and still have not received it as of September 2023. Ive been in contact with them for months and only receive generic responses. Please let me know if we start a small claims or class action because I spent a lot of money that I need back

      Placed my second order early November 2022, even after having issues the first time. I really wanted to support the brand. I have Contacted them over 10 times only to receive generic response, saying they are working on it. we are into July and I have not received the product nor my refund. The latest email I received was that my refund was being processed. Well that was over 2 months ago. And I still have not received it.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order during their Black Friday sale and received millions of empty promises through email and via Instagram DM. It is now July of 2023 and I have still not received and refund so I have to go through my bank to dispute the charge of 120 DOLLARS worth of product that I never received and I hate that because I love to support black businesses.

      Terrible Black owned business.I placed an order, fully paid for it... and still have yet to recieve it.This was 4 of the support Black women shirts... back in March.And it's now July.And still nothing... and no response to where my money or my order is.Sadly I am NOT the first or 2nd person to experience this theft.But I can Def. Help it.... I will try to warn others of this scam...and I will be the last!Signed no longer a customer

      I am an Assistant Principal in a school that is predominantly black and Latinx. I thought this would be great to wear on dress down Fridays to expose our students to colleges. I ordered my sweatshirt in October 2022 and never received it. I did receive numerous apology emails. The site has since been temporarily shut down. Terrible..

      Dont order from themlike everyone else, I ordered $150 worth of items in November 2022 and still havent received them.
