      Placed my order early November 2022. Contacted them over 6 times only generic response. I went through Affirm and disputed with my bank. Now it look like I'm not a responsible payer. It's now April 2023, still no product, and refund.

      Ordered over $200 worth of product in November of ****** months later and still nothing. EVERY time I reach out I get an empty promise and no suggested solutions. Clearly something is going really bad business wise and they do not care to be transparent or work with their supporters. Sad to see what was a solid brand, go out in this manner.

      Made a purchase on Black Friday Sale Novembet 2022. It's been 5 months and haven't received not 1 item. I sent a request to refund my purchases ASAP. Still no response.

      A terrible brand pushing a positive message. I ordered a hoodie over 6 months ago and Ive yet to receive it. Was promised a tracking number for my order back in January and I still never even got that. I contact support yet they give me the run around EVERYTIME. This is my second year of trying to get a hoodie and Im 0-2 thus far.

      On Feb 24, 23 I ordered $95 dollars worth of gear. It's now April 1st and I have yet to receive my items or a tracking number. My order still says waiting to create a label. I hate I have to leave this review. I support the message and the black own business. But not this poor professional service.

      Ordered Mystery Box on 11/28/22. Expected order at least by January 2023, as there was no indication that it was a pre-order item. It's been 4 months since my order, and no real updates or solutions to not meeting delivery expectations. Only received "updates" when email inquiries sent. Also, they don't offer refunds but can take money for items not delivered. Very disappointing as this was my first order with this company. Until they get their order fulfillment/logistics together, I cannot in good faith order any products from them in the future, nor recommend them.

      This company is using its support black colleges to steal money from AA consumers who want to truly support AA businesses without delivering the goods. I placed an order during Black Friday 2022. It is now March 2023 and I have not received the sweatshirt that I ordered. Every time you send an email about your order you get a computer generated response from *** telling you to check your spam folder in the next few days to receive information about your order. I will NEVER order from this company again. And as many times as I can I leave a bad review on their Instagram page. I do find it interesting that I see all these celebrities walking around with their merchandise on so apparently you have to be in the music industry in order to get your merchandise. Sad thing is the celebrities who promote your brand probably received their merchandise for free advertising and they probably are not aware of how you take peoples money and dont deliver.

      Do not order from them. Like everyone else Ive ordered a sweatshirt and still havent gotten anything. They are the worst.

      Ordered 150 worth of clothing in November and still havent received them. Ive emailed multiple times and sent messages on their social medias. No replies. They do this all the time and needs to be shut down.
