Hello Mr. ******** You used your Flex Friday Protected Play on a $6.53 lineup. In our arena game mode, once the entire contest is completed those protected play funds are paid back. The entire contest was completed on June 23rd at 1:55am EST and that is the time those protected play funds were added to your promo funds balance. You have since used those funds on three different lineups.

Prize picks is baiting customers in with an add $5 to your account for your referral to receive $50 in play money on the forum. I loading $10 to my PrizePicks account as a new user and my referral received no incentive and my $10 was stolen by this company. There is no record of my transaction with this company although the money was deducted from my cash app account. When speaking w customer service she said once the pending payment cleared I would receive the money back in my account. I have not. This purchase was made 6/12/25 and it was supposed to be cleared in 7 to 10 days. In reading others reviews I am not the only victim to the fraud this company is committing.

Hello Mr. ***** Your deposit attempt failed. Your bank will return your deposit to your account within 10 business days at the absolute most. Cash App is known to hit errors like this and take longer than other banks to return funds. You may see this as a pending transaction on your banking logs but it will fail and that pending charge will fall off. This pending charge will never be posted on your bank statement. PrizePicks does not have these funds due to the deposit failure.

I am filing a complaint against ************************, doing business as PrizePicks, for withholding my legitimate winnings and wrongfully locking my account. I used their platform once, won a payout, and completed all identity verification steps, including a photo ID and facial scan. The only verification I could not provide was a photo of the original debit card I usedbecause I no longer have access to that card due to it being lost or replaced.Despite confirming my identity through all other means, PrizePicks has refused to release my funds, claiming they need a photo of the original card. I am the verified and rightful account holder, and I have made every effort to cooperate. I explained that I urgently needed access to the money for rent and housing, yet support continued to delay resolution and eventually locked my account. When I escalated the issue, support accused me of being a problem gambler, despite this being my first and only time using the app. This accusation is unfounded and discriminatory. I am not a regular bettor or gambler; I tried their platform once, won, and have since been denied access to my earnings for weeks without any meaningful assistance.Their refusal to release my winnings after full identity verification amounts to unethical business practices and possible unlawful withholding of funds. I am requesting immediate release of my funds and full resolution of my account. I have screenshots of my ID verification, chat transcripts with support, and clear documentation of every step I took to resolve this in good faith. I was transparent and respectful, but support was dismissive and inflexible. This situation caused me significant stress while dealing with housing instability. I am simply asking for fair treatment and the release of money that is rightfully mine.

Hello *******, You have admitted to using a payment method that did not belong to you. That is a violation of our Terms of Service section 9.1 Deposits which states "All payments into your Account must be from a payment source on which you are the named Account holder."

You have also made some extremely concerning remarks in our live support chat after an investigation was launched. We have received and reviewed your appeal submission.
    ??
?After careful consideration, your appeal for reactivation has been denied. We have found your account in violation of our Terms of Service agreement section 19. Responsible Gaming. The extent of this violation is considered excessive therefore deeming your account ineligible for reactivation.

Your only deposit on this account was refunded back to the deposit method you used.

Ok my original complaint with PrizePicks was that I didnt have an option to withdraw my money. They reviewed my info through the bbb and then they closed my account. All I am asking is for my funds to be released back to my Apple Pay. I have no way of getting my funds released.

****, you have clearly violated Terms of Service section 5.1 Account Misuse, MultiAccounting, Account Sharing which states "You agree that the sole and specific purpose of creating an Account on ********************** is to participate in Contests. PrizePicks shall be entitled to suspend, limit, deactivate or terminate your Account, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are violating these Terms; violating or conspiring to violate any local, state or federal law or regulation; depositing funds without the intention of using them in Contests; violating, or causing PrizePicks to violate any agreement it has with any third party, including payment processors and other financial institutions; or otherwise abusing or misusing the Services in any way whatsoever. We may also report such activity to relevant authorities and/or third-parties (including, but not limited to, PrizePicks vendors and partners, payment processors, banks, and credit card companies) and provide any and all of your personal, financial, banking or other information we possess or have access to.
Each User may establish only one (1) Account. Users may not co-own or share Accounts. Users may not use or in any way control another persons Account.  Users shall not direct, control, control or otherwise use another Users Account in any manner whatsoever, including as a proxy for the Users own Account, to make Contest entries, or to evade any restrictions, limitations or suspensions placed on the Users own Account. Further, Users may not use, direct, or control any Account other than their own for any purpose, including, but not limited to avoiding Account limits, suspensions, responsible gaming related limitations, evading other Account restriction(s) whether self-imposed or imposed by PrizePicks, or abusing promotional or bonus offerings, such as referral bonuses, for which each Account is eligible. The Account misuses and duplications described in this Section 5 shall collectively be referred to as MultiAccounting. MultiAccounting is a violation of these Terms and a violation of state law or regulation in many of the states in which PrizePicks operates. In the event that PrizePicks, in its sole and unlimited discretion, determines that you have committed MultiAccounting, then, in addition to any other rights that PrizePicks may have at law, equity or created herein, PrizePicks reserves the right to: (i) suspend or terminate any or all of your Accounts (and all other Accounts associated with the MultiAccounting); (ii) cancel any pending or in-progress entries made on the Accounts associated with the MultiAccounting; (iii) demand and/or seize all funds earned by you by participating in Contests during the time period of the MultiAccounting; (iv) terminate, withhold, or revoke the awarding of any prizes, including prizes that you have already withdrawn from your Account; (v) seize or remove all promotional balances, bonuses or free entries previously awarded to each Account(s); (vi) seize all real-money funds in the Account(s) at issue or earned by the User(s) at issue during the course of MultiAccounting; and (vii) report you to any relevant authorities for violation of state laws and regulations."

You have created and operated multiple accounts with the emails: ********************** and ****************** As stated in our terms, Each user may establish only one account you have clearly violated this. PrizePicks reserves the right to: (i) suspend or terminate any or all of your Accounts (and all other Accounts associated with the MultiAccounting); (ii) cancel any pending or in-progress entries made on the Accounts associated with the MultiAccounting; (iii) demand and/or seize all funds earned by you by participating in Contests during the time period of the MultiAccounting; (iv) terminate, withhold, or revoke the awarding of any prizes, including prizes that you have already withdrawn from your Account; (v) seize or remove all promotional balances, bonuses or free entries previously awarded to each Account(s); (vi) seize all real-money funds in the Account(s) at issue or earned by the User(s) at issue during the course of MultiAccounting; and (vii) report you to any relevant authorities for violation of state laws and regulations.

?Any future attempts to create additional accounts will result in those accounts being discovered and deactivated, and any funds deposited into the account will be seized.

I am rejecting this response because:
    Hello,

I understand now that creating more than one account was against the Terms of Service. I created the second account because my first one was suddenly closed without warning or explanation. I did not try to cheat, abuse bonuses, or break the law. I just wanted to keep playing and didnt understand why I was banned.

I entered a legitimate contest and won $90 fairly. Im not asking for promotions or bonuses just the real money I won from playing.
I am requesting the release of my $90 in winnings. Im willing to accept a permanent ban from the platform moving forward, but I respectfully ask that my funds be returned.

    Sincerely,

****, It is your responsibility as a member to adhere to the terms that you agreed to. You have created more than one account. Again, that is a violation of our Terms of Service section 5.1 Account Misuse, MultiAccounting, Account Sharing. Stated in this section it states "In the event that PrizePicks, in its sole and unlimited discretion, determines that you have committed MultiAccounting, then, in addition to any other rights that PrizePicks may have at law, equity or created herein, PrizePicks reserves the right to: (i) suspend or terminate any or all of your Accounts (and all other Accounts associated with the MultiAccounting); (ii) cancel any pending or in-progress entries made on the Accounts associated with the MultiAccounting; (iii) demand and/or seize all funds earned by you by participating in Contests during the time period of the MultiAccounting; (iv) terminate, withhold, or revoke the awarding of any prizes, including prizes that you have already withdrawn from your Account; (v) seize or remove all promotional balances, bonuses or free entries previously awarded to each Account(s); (vi) seize all real-money funds in the Account(s) at issue or earned by the User(s) at issue during the course of MultiAccounting; and (vii) report you to any relevant authorities for violation of state laws and regulations."

You created and operated multiple accounts and as a result your accounts were deactivated and your funds were seized. You agreed to these terms and were also notified of this after your first account was deactivated.

I am filing this complaint because my PrizePicks account was permanently banned for alleged account misuse and card sharing after I used my brothers debit card with his permission, as I do not have one of my own. Despite fully verifying both my identity and my brothers, and submitting an appeal, my account was not reinstated, and my remaining balance of approximately $6,000 in legitimate winnings was seized without clear explanation or the opportunity to withdraw.I have requested clarification and a refund of my winnings, but PrizePicks has refused to release my funds or provide detailed reasoning. I believe this action is unfair and violates consumer rights, as I did not engage in fraud or multiple account use, and the winnings were legitimately earned.I am seeking assistance from the BBB to obtain a fair resolution and the return of my ********** June 11th 2025

Hello *******, although it can be time consuming, it is your responsibility as a member to adhere to our Terms in which you agreed to. In section 9.1 Deposits it states " It shall be a violation of these Terms for you to submit payment using any payment method for which you are not the named Account holder." You have used a payment method that is not in your name. This is a clear violation of our Terms.

Also in our Terms of Service section 5.1 Account Misuse, MultiAccounting, Account Sharing it states "Each User may establish only one (1) Account. Complaint: 23482344

I am rejecting this response because: I am not contesting PrizePicks' right to close my account, and I am not asking for reactivation or future access to the platform.
My only concern is recovering my remaining balance of approximately $6700, which I earned through legitimate use of the platform under my own account. While ********************** claims a violation of terms due to use of a debit card not in my name, the card belonged to my brother, and was used with his full permission. I also verified both my identity and his upon request.
I did not commit fraud, abuse promotions, or open multiple accounts. ********************** accepted my deposits and allowed me to play, but is now seizing my entire balance without offering a refund or withdrawal.
Regardless of any Terms of Service, I am the verified account holder and respectfully request the ability to withdraw my earned funds and close the account permanently. I believe this is a reasonable and fair resolution. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

    Sincerely,

We have found your account in violation of our Terms of Service agreement section 5.1. Account Misuse, Multi-Accounting, Account Sharing. This account is clearly co owned by ***** in an attempt to evade the limits on his account with the email:**********************************************. Arman's name is on the payment method that was used and the email on the account is his. Stated in section 5.1 "In the event that PrizePicks, in its sole and unlimited discretion, determines that you have committed MultiAccounting, then, in addition to any other rights that PrizePicks may have at law, equity or created herein, PrizePicks reserves the right to: (i) suspend or terminate any or all of your Accounts (and all other Accounts associated with the MultiAccounting); (ii) cancel any pending or in-progress entries made on the Accounts associated with the MultiAccounting; (iii) demand and/or seize all funds earned by you by participating in Contests during the time period of the MultiAccounting; (iv) terminate, withhold, or revoke the awarding of any prizes, including prizes that you have already withdrawn from your Account; (v) seize or remove all promotional balances, bonuses or free entries previously awarded to each Account(s); (vi) seize all real-money funds in the Account(s) at issue or earned by the User(s) at issue during the course of MultiAccounting; and (vii) report you to any relevant authorities for violation of state laws and regulations."

Your account was terminated and your funds were seized as the consequences are described in this Terms of Service agreement section 5.1. Account Misuse, Multi-Accounting, Account Sharing.

    Complaint: 23482344

I am rejecting this response because: I strongly disagree with PrizePicks justification for seizing my funds. I used my brothers debit card with his full permission, as I do not have one of my own. Both of our identities were fully verified during account setup, and no rules were knowingly broken.
PrizePicks claims the account was clearly co-owned by ***** based on the name on the card and the email address. However, my email was ajackie2025, which does not contain Arman in it at all. This directly contradicts their claim that it was his email. Their argument is based on assumptions rather than facts.
All funds were earned legitimately through fair entries. There was no bonus abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the system. I was not given a warning or chance to withdraw my legitimate balance just a sudden termination and seizure.
This feels like a predatory use of vague terms to justify keeping earned money. I respectfully request a one-time withdrawal of my funds and for the account to be closed as requested. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the ************************************ (****) and the California Attorney General for investigation.
    Sincerely,

After winning a prize, Prizepicks/************ (operated by ************) falsely accuses me of violating their Terms of Service agreement, section 5.1. I am rejecting this response because their allegations are false and vague. As a loyal customer who spent a lot of money, I am never created another account, and I have never used the same name for multiple accounts. I have been a prizepick member since 2022 and only had one account I follow all rules & regulations as agreed upon. However, I have referred many friends, colleagues, and family members to join prizepick as I was also referred by a family member. I believe all accounts created on ********************** will require to be verify with proper identification, date of birth, and possibly social security number. This allegation is false and PrizePick's system does not allow a member to have multiple account using the same information and identification. I believe PrizePicks is engaging in this unfair practice to purposely seize funds to benefit them. I am willing to provide identification to PrizePicks, all my referral are willing to testify that I have never created multiple accounts. I am loyal fan of PrizePicks, I have integrity, I did not violate the rules. I am demanding PrizePicks to release names and accounts, information in regards of the allegations. I am demanding PrizePicks to release all my funds and reinstate my account immediately. I am in the process of consulting an attorney, and will also file a complaint with the ************************* and others.

    Sincerely,

Good Morning, Dadino. We have found your account in violation of our Terms of Service agreement section 5.1. Account Misuse, Multi-Accounting, Account Sharing and 6.1. Age Restrictions. In this Terms of Service section it states "Each User may establish only one (1) Account. You have violated this term by creating and co owning multiple accounts and abusing our referral bonus. You have created another account in your name and self referred yourself as the name on the account is Dadino ****** with the email associated with this account: ********************** You have also created 5 different accounts with the name ***** ****** and all of which have been referred by you. These 5 different accounts include the emails: *******************************, **********************************, **********************************, *****************************, and  ************************ All of these accounts have been deactivated as a result. The extent of this violation is considered excessive therefore deeming your accounts ineligible for reactivation. Customer Answer

    Date: 06/20/2025

    Complaint: 23471272

I am rejecting this response because:

The allegation made against me is entirely false. PrizePicks is presenting inaccurate claims without any factual basis. I have never created or co-owned any other account aside from my own. I registered my PrizePicks account in 2022 through a referral, and it is the only account I have ever used, and I have remained a loyal customer.
No evidence supports the claim that I opened or shared control of any additional accounts. I have not opened, assisted, or co-managed any other PrizePicks accounts. The email addresses referenced are associated with my family members. Specifically, ***** Dellermy legal spouseis an honest individual with a valid Social Security number and government-issued state identification. I am confident that her PrizePicks account was verified correctly using proper documentation, and none of these emails are associated with me.
Over time, I have submitted over 100 referrals to friends and family members. While many signed up for PrizePicks, most did not remain active users due to issues with PrizePicks not depositing funds after they made their initial deposits. Without prior issue, I have deposited thousands of dollars of my hard-earned income into my PrizePicks account. While I have also incurred significant losses on the platform, I have recently won $1,500 and nearly $40,000 in pending entries.
Despite these legitimate winnings, PrizePicks appears to be engaging in an unfair and potentially unlawful practice by withholding my funds without justification. This conduct is a deliberate attempt to seize my money under pretenses. As previously stated, I have filed multiple formal complaints regarding PrizePicks unfair practices. I am currently in the process of retaining legal representation and have begun contacting various news outlets to raise awareness of this issue.
I am demanding the immediate release of all pending and processing funds and full access to all other funds in my account, so that I may withdraw them without further obstruction. I am also demanding that my account be reinstated immediately.

    Sincerely,

    Dadino ******

Hello *******, PrizePicks does not make edits to lineups after they are submitted, even if a Member specifically requests it. On Friday you placed a $35 Flex Friday Protected Play lineup. In arena, the entire contest has to finish for those protected play funds to be added back. Once the contest was finished, you were awarded the $35 in promo funds. You can view your transaction log within the app and see those funds were added on June 17th at 3:36 AM ET.

I am submitting this complaint because my PrizePicks account, which had a balance of $13,770, was recently deactivated on June 1, 2025 without a clear or fair resolution. PrizePicks cited Section 5.1 Account misuse/multi-accounting/account sharing, but I have not engaged in any intentional rule-breaking.I requested withdrawal on June 1, 2025, and then a few hours later when I tried checking on the withdrawal status, I was unable to sign in and received an error message stating Your account has not been ************ clarify:I have only ever had one PrizePicks account. All entries were made by me, the rightful owner of the ********** no point did I share my account or use it to place bets for others.I submitted a formal complaint to PrizePicks internal support channel over a week ago and received no response. I am requesting an explanation and a fair investigation into this matter. I respectfully request the reinstatement of my account or the release of my rightful balance of $13,770.I have always played by the rules and have documentation showing the consistent and legitimate use of my account. I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and promptly.Desired Resolution:Immediate release of the $13,770 balance OR Reinstatement of my PrizePicks account so I can withdraw the balance. The Prizepicks account was registered under the email:******************************* Thank you for your time and assistance.

I am rejecting this response because:

the business incorrectly identified my usage as abuse. As a result I have been locked out of not only my winning but also my initial investment as well

I created an account with ******************************************** LLC) and successfully verified my identity. I deposited funds and placed all entries myself. At one point, I used my brothers debit card for a single withdrawal while I was waiting for a replacement for my own card. After doing this, my account was restricted and later deactivated. PrizePicks accused me of violating their Terms of Service due to multi-accounting and card misuse, even though I provided documentation and explained the situation *********** the time of deactivation, my account had a balance of approximately $1,200$2,000 and active entries that were placed prior to the restriction. These entries were valid and, in some cases, would have resulted in further winnings.Despite all entries being made by me and full identity verification being completed, PrizePicks refused to release any of my funds and denied my request for a one-time withdrawal. I believe this is an unfair and excessive punishment for what was a one-time mistake, not malicious intent. I simply want the money I rightfully won and deposited.
