    All mouth long I been losing money with this website the minute I win some money now my account is under review on November 20, 2022, I won **** on a 50-dollar bet. Now they are asking me for a picture of a vise card that I ask them to remove a month ago I did not use that card in mouth on that website. in the text history it shows when I ask them to remove that card. I sent them a picture of me and my id card also a picture of my unity bills it's impossible to contact them. I feel like I been rob and I feel I gave you them a lot of my personal information. I just want the money that I won.

    So I accidentally deposited a larger amount into this platform than expected. The platform is refusing to give me my money back they are forcing me to spend all my money with them. When I reached out to the platform and told them what *** done was an accident they refused to give me my money back and are forcing me to spend all my money within the platform which I believe ******* is a free country and I should be able to spend my money where I like and not be forced by a platform to do something with them and them only. Im seeking the ability to withdrawal the money thats rightfully mine.

    Whenever a member accidentally deposits too much money or has a change of mind after depositing we are always happy to assist with a refund as long as the funds from the deposit havent been played through yet. In this case, you were never recommended a refund which is the appropriate solution rather than a withdrawal.     I tried to withdraw $140 from my account on October 22nd. The next day, October 23rd I tried to withdrawal an additional $60. The site says the money has been withdrawn and no funds have been returned to me in over 2 weeks. Ive tried to reach out 4 times now and all they can tell me is the money has been sent but they cant provide me any sort of transaction report or receipt. They sent me a screen shot of what I can see from the site myself. They are claiming its on my banks end, however my bank shows no attempt to deposit the money or pending transactions from them. We are going on 3 weeks of going back and forth with them and I am out $200 total.

    Reviewing this case, PrizePicks has not received any notice from this deposit that it was returned to us. A report is ran on a daily basis and we have further investigated your concern by looking at historical data and have not yet seen any returned funds. 

    We are happy to escalate the issue further should you like to proceed. PrizePicks will need a PDF copy of your October and ************* statement for the same account the funds were send to. Please note that we will not be able to accept a screenshot. 

    Another likely outcome is an incorrect checking number was used in which the funds may have been sent to another member of your bank that owns that miswritten account number. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm that outside you confirming your account number with us and we crosscheck that with what you entered at the time of your withdrawal. 

    If you'd like us to escalate the withdrawal further, please send send over a copy of your statement for us to verify the account number and transactions are not present. Thank you

    The four attachments show bank statements of my Mastercard from September 2022 to December 2022. 
    As you can see on October 22, a $200 deposit to PrizePicks was made and this was the same account that the money to be returned was requested to go to.

    In early October I cashed out on the app after winning $25. My withdrawal was declined. After speaking to customer service on 9-22-2022, he advices me he fixed the issue and I was to go back to the withdrawal page and hit the purple button. Which I did. I waited the allotted days and my money never showed up. I contacted customer service and he assured me the money was sent. So I asked what account it went to, as there is no where on the website to check if the bank account information is correct. They told me xxx9100 and it was sent on 10-22-2022 which is the ending of my account. So I wait a few more days. Still nothing showed up. Last night I contacted customer support again and we figure out 1 of the 3 digits they blocked (x) out is an incorrect number. I was then told there is nothing they can do about it. After asking numerous times what they do in these situations, he told me they do nothing I was out of the money. I was told if the bank kicks the $25 back to them they will contact me and let me know. But if xxx9100 is actually someones account and the money went to that wrong account. I will lose my payout. After contacting my bank on 9-29-2022 they told me every single money transfer is giving a trace number. If I provide them the trace number, they can either make sure the deposit gets sent to the correct account or they can tell me whether the transfer was sent back to PrizePicks. I contact PrizePicks customer support again this morning on 9-29-2022 after speaking to the bank and they claim they dont generate trace or confirmation numbers. Even though the bank told me every transaction gives you a trace/confirmation number. I asked numerous times to speak to a supervisor at PrizePick to no avail. Now they are know longer answering my inquiries or responding to my messages.

    I deposited $25 dollars which gave me an additional $25 dollars due to their promo. I lost a bet that cost the $25 promo. Then won some money off my next bet. I requested my original $25 to be withdrawn from my site account back to my back account. They only offer *** or check withdrawals, so I selected *** as this is the quickest method. After waiting a full 5.5 business days. I requested an update, they provided my bank account which stated my correct information, so should of been no issues. Instead, they stated it was sent and there was nothing they could do. I filed a report against them through PayPal which is what I used to deposit that initial $25, but PayPal did not assist. This company stated to reach out to my bank to look, I requested the *** transaction number and/or reference number which they refused to do. I explained without this information a bank will not be able to search to locate the payment. They provided absolutely no proof they ever attempted to send the withdrawal to me. Then because of filing a report, they blocked and banned my account on their site, canceled the withdrawal request and stated they were keeping the money due to suspicious activity. They stated the only way to unlock my account was to provide more personal information such as my driver's license and pictures of me, etc. In fear of further fraud, I declined and stated I wanted proof of the attempted transaction or I would not provide anything further as I believe they stole my money. They refused to provide any proof still and told me I was no longer allowed to use their site. A simple ****** search regarding reviews of this company mention almost identical incidents and people unable to withdraw their money from accounts. This company is scamming their users, to withhold funds to cover their overhead. I am all out of options and it's only $25 dollars, I am more concerned for others and the corrupt fraudulent activity at which this company operates.

It does appear you were able to withdraw as you created a request on 10/16 and was sent to the provided bank. However, on 10/26 we received those funds back from the bank. This is typically due to incorrect account numbers being entered at the time of withdrawing. At that point, you charged back your deposit with your bank making you whole. 

    In this case there was no wrong doing on PrizePicks end. At this time this account is deactivated as the deposit was charged back.

    They are trying to keep my money since I deleted my account through them. They would not allow me to withdraw my money before I deleted my account. I was supposed to receive 2 days after I deleted my account but they are not allowing me to get into my account.

    I won **** on Prizepicks on Monday 9/26/2022. I withdrew 50 dollars one day with no issues. I then went to withdraw the remaining ******* and received an email stating that the withdraw was denied. I went to the app on my phone and noticed I was logged out. I attempted to re enter my information and it stated the information entered was incorrect. I went through the process of trying to reset the password and it never allowed me to. I could not login to support because I couldn't access my account. My husband reached out to support on his app and they stated that I needed to contact the fraud department. I sent an email and no response. I then contacted support on ******** They walked me through getting in touch with support via the app. Once I got a hold of support they accused me of multi accounting by showing me varies emails address that were similar to mine. Again, this is after no attempt to contact me to verify. They are stating my account is under review. Although I provided all things needed for authentication they are denying my funds. I do not have multiple accounts and do not share an account. My husband does have his own account.

    For over a week I've been asking for a cash-out of my winnings and have received no evidence of that being done, while my balance shows $00 on their website.Further, they have not responded to numerous inquiries(4x) via email and their "live chat" function does not seem to be active, regardless of the browser used. I'm beginning to believe they take the money and run.They promise, in their radio ads to offer fast cash-outs. False advertising at the very least. Possibly Fraudulent? I'm wondering.

    This complaint has been resolved as our member has received his full payout of $313 by way of PayPal. Our member experienced issues with receiving his two-factor authentication code. 

    As an alternative, the member was provided the option to have his withdrawal manually paid out via PayPal. Attached is receipt of this successful payout made 9/14/2022.

    I would like to amend my complaint to reflect that, upon complaining to the corporate office of PrizePicks, they immediately swung into action to identify the issue. And, while they now understand that there are a couple of "glitches" in their customer service processes, I am more than satisfied with the prompt and efficient response I received and the settlement of my account. I could not have asked for a better handling of the situation, once I made it known at the corporate level.

    PrizePicks has received multiple deposit disputes on successful deposits. 

    The following is listed within our terms of service with respect to deposit disputes:
    Charge Backs
    If any deposit is charged back, any winnings generated from PrizePicks Contests shall be invalidated, forfeited and
    deducted from your Account balance. In addition, the amount of the initial deposit will be invalidated, forfeited and
    deducted from the Account balance. In the event that, following such deductions, your Account balance is in a
    negative balance, you expressly acknowledge and agree that such negative balance shall constitute an uncontestable
    debt payable by you to us, due and payable immediately. PrizePicks reserves the right to close your account
    without notice should a deposit be charged back.

    In this instance, the mentioned chargebacks are still active. 

    Additionally, this account did not have any available funds for withdrawal deactivation (minimum $10). Lastly, multiple attempts to multi-account have been found which would also violate PrizePicks terms of service.

    This account has been deactivated due to non-compliance to our terms in service in which disputes made on funds which were successfully credited and played by the member.
