PrizePicks forces you to play through all money you deposit at least once. For example, if you deposit $50 for a very small bet of five they will force you to bet all $50 before you can withdraw it. You basically have to try to win your money back before even making an official bet as soon as you deposit. This is unethical and illegal in ones opinion and supports irresponsible gambling.

Withhold ur winnings. STAY AWAY! They only allow 1 withdrawal method which for me doesnt work. I completed my 1 time play through and was trying to withdraw ******. I deposited via prime **** and they will not allow me to withdrawal via my original deposit method. Also, customer service took forever to help. They operate in bad faith and withhold winnings. Stay away from PrizePicks

Subject: Complaint Regarding Miscommunication and Unfulfilled Referral Bonus I attempted to send a referral link to a friend to receive the advertised referral bonus. My friend used the link I provided, successfully signed up, and deposited funds into their new PrizePicks account. However, I never received the referral bonus as promised.I contacted PrizePicks support and spoke with two representatives: ***** and ****. ***** informed me that referral links do not include the referral code necessary to qualify for the bonus. He then escalated the issue to his supervisor, ****, who simply apologized for the inconvenience and abruptly ended the chat without offering any resolution.Unsatisfied, I started a new support chat and spoke with another representative, ******, who contradicted Kevins statement. ****** clearly confirmed that sending a referral link via email or text does include the personal referral code and should result in a bonus if the friend signs up and deposits funds. This inconsistency between representatives is deeply frustrating and misleading. I was provided false information by a PrizePicks employee, and the supervisor failed to assist or clarify the policy. As a result, I missed out on a promotional offer that I should have qualified for.I am requesting:That PrizePicks review this situation That the referral bonus be honored That internal communication and training be reviewed to prevent similar incidents for other users Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Stay away from this company. This is an offshore company that refused to give us a payout after we won money. They said that because I used my spouses credit card, that it violated their terms of service because the name on the card (first name) was different than the name on the account (our last name is of course the same). They will find any excuse to avoid paying people any winnings they are owed.

Just like others are posting, Prize Picks stole the money in my account due to misuse of my account, without any discussion. They don't answer support emails, they don't answer chats, and they don't provide a customer service line to call and speak to a real person about the issue. Very unprofessional company, and a class action lawsuit should be started.

I said I was gonna tell the world that this site is bogus and they clearly have some money under the table somewhere. This is the worst betting app, site, etc. They clearly have a hand in the game being played. Tell me why one of the best 3 point shooters in the nation only took two 3 point shots? Then on the opposite side of the ball is where it gets obvious. Norfolk was down BIG and instead of doing what Ive always seen and try to start draining 3s to catch up. Not them, they rush the paint and go for high traffic layups. Then the players that only need a couple of points are mysteriously taken out before theyre able to hit their goal. SCAM SCAM SCAM! My dad always said it it looks too good to be true, IT IS NOTHING IS FREE! You can expect to bet $100 and win $2100 on just 6 simple picks. PrizePicks is a SCAM and if I could prove it I would absolutely love to nail them to the wall. Ive heard too many stories seen too many coworkers lose on some bullcrap like what I just explained. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!!! Something happens once, no worries. Twice, now Im paying attention. Three times its a **** pattern. Im not talking about just 3 times Ive seen this happen. I see it happen to people at work all the time, with the SAME complaints! I HOPE YOU THE CEO KNOWS PEOPLE ARE CATCHING ON! Im even gonna write my congressman and try to get it banned in my state. People should have fair, fun games to play. Not games that have their hands under the table shuffling money. Watch how far I can push this. Also, it helps when you have family my in the state capital building. That phone call will be made Monday! College sports are being ransacked and ruined by these people who only care for the money not the sport. This could cause undue stress on student athletes trying to meet their PrizePicks numbers. Then you have people who eventually get tired of being cheated. I say ban it all together. Its nothing but bad. Too much money involved can be a recipe for DISASTER!

I put in a bet using PrizePicks on 2/8/2025 for Domantas ******* to be under 45.5 points for points+rebounds+assists. All websites show he had 27 points, 16 rebounds and 2 assists for a total of 45 points. PrizePicks for some reason shows he had a total of 46 so I lost by .5 points. I messaged their *** and was told The score reflected on your lineup is correct according to our scoring team. A supervisor got involved and said their settlement stands and theres nothing they can do. This was a 4 player bet, $10 to win $85. I even just asked for my $10 back and they couldnt even do that even though they acknowledged the correct box score was 45. I dont understand how a business like this is allowed. This is thievery.
