  I've never had anything but a smooth experience with PrizePicks. Withdrawals have always been fast, basically instant. People just need to actually read the terms they're signing up for when joining these apps instead of complaining. I would guess people lose all their picks and decide to frame it as an issue with the company instead of a personal issue.Support has always been fairly prompt and able to answer my questions, I'm sure there's varied experiences but that has been mine. It's meant to be entertainment and has done so with flying colors for me.

  I answered an ad on ********** saying they would pay me $50 to tryout some sporting apps. One of the sites was Prizepicks. I deposited $20 and won $120 but now they refuse to pay me. Online gambling is becoming more and .ore of a demon in disguise because there is no real safeguards in place to monitor the many sites that are available. I got scammed and own up to it but I do not want anyone else to be the prey of this site.

  I never said you advertised your platform on *********** This was an independent person on ********** that got me to open up an account on PrizePicks. I do not want to complicate the issue by going into what his scam was, but the facts are that I opened up an account and made a wager on the Super Bowl in 2023 and I won $70 and PrizePicks never paid me! Those are the facts. PrizePicks customer service is non-existent, they do not even have a phone contact to bring up any problems and when we email PrizePicks it takes hours to get a response and at that time we may not be available to reply back, but that is another issue altogether. All I know is that I never got paid and when I inquired about it your employees deflected any responsibility on your part to pay me.

  I have been trying to withdraw my funds for about a month and still running into trouble. The only support option is a live chat and they are hit and miss. One withdrawal was approved but I can't find a way to retrieve the funds - I'm told i need to link a new debit card, but I can't link a debit card of a bank. Another withdrawal request was approved and failed, saying to contact customer service. It just keeps circling and I can't get my winnings!

When a withdrawal is approved, a purple withdrawal button is present. When clicking this button you'll be prompted to enter your banking details to complete your withdrawal.
