    My car was booted on 1/11/24 around 10AM I called for them to come remove boot while I waited inside I came back out and my car was towed. I then received a text my car was taken due to something that occurred without me knowing on 12/16/23 ! Justice which is the guy whos over Star parking services said I had to pay him $1650 in cash in order to even get the boots off of my car and to allow the tow yard to release my vehicle

    0n December. 21st, There was an incident regarding parking. At my complex I pay for parking monthly, our property was taken over by new management who then imposed a new parking company on us. It was a total disaster with the transition the parking company started booting randoms cars. When I called them to get the boot off and tell them this is clearly a mistake, they refused to take tthe boot off my car even though I pay for parking. Once i stated they illegally booted me they then proceeded to tow my car because I "damaged" their boot, however I have pictures of the boot and no damage occured. They now want me to pay **** to get my car our of impounding when the issue was illegally booting my car from jump. I am filing civil cases against them.

    This boot company services my apartment complex and my car is registered there. My car was being repaired by my son and I emailed this company on 7/22 to notify them that my son was fixing my car and I was borrowing another vehicle and provided the plate number. 4 days later on 7/26 this company booted the loaner vehicle. This greatly inconvenienced me for several hours until my leasing office was able to get them to remove it. I had to find other transportation for the day. The company emailed several days later and lied stating I received a denial email on 7/22 because I didnt provide a work order. I asked for a screenshot of the sent email and was provided a screenshot of an email with a red x that clearly indicated it was not sent. I believe they are scammers and boot peoples vehicles illegally to get $75 dollars from them. There are constant complaints from the residents where I live from constant booting and we want this company to stop harassing us and interrupting our lives. I would like this company further investigated and evidence collected and for this company to be penalized

    On 7/8/2023 my husband and I were improperly booted by Star Parking Services at our place of residence. This company was newly hired by our leasing office and began servicing our property on 07/01/23. We had valid parking decal and were parked in resident parking. When coming to remove the boot the associate said he was nothing he could do and we would have to pay $75 to have the boot removed and file a dispute. I filed the dispute and in addition sent photos to our leasing office and Star parking services. Star responded to the leasing office regarding our complaint saying the decal didnt appear to be real my husband had been living in the property since opening so our decal is a lot older than majority of the other residents. We provided the decal to the leasing manager who verified it was an official decal and met with Star Parking on 7/12/23 and advised us that Star parking would refund our $75 for the error. Star parking has not refunded or responded to our requests. Leading us to file this dispute. The property we live at is ****************** - ******************************************************************* Our leasing managers name is ******* ***** ************

    This Company is a rip off working with Businesses to attain profit for people parked legally.The Workers are unprofessional, not trained and argumentative. They illegally put boots on my car for parking in handicap. My plac card was in the window. When the Guy arrived he said I put them on because there is no permit and you got to have it on the side or on the plate. This is a lie! My valid plac card is all the proof I needed. I asked him to wait so I can call the Police to run my tags showing they are registered as handicap and he refused to wait. He said to dispute it. He fast talked over me and was disrespectful trying to intimidate me. I was taken advantage of for $75 for parking legally in handicap. If this Company felt I was parked illegally they should have called the Police to have me fined under State Laws, not under their rules to rip people off. They have not responded to my dispute to refund my money.

    Car was booted in visitors parking area. There are no signs that indicating no parking in specific area where are I was parked. No yellow or red markings on the ground prohibiting parking. Transaction date March 4 2023 Tech/owner took longer than 1 hour to return and remove the boot.. Local law *************** requires company to remove boot within an hour. The is a predatory company. They do not answer dispute issues. Ticket information left on my car was not completed by booting agent. The email address on the receipt for payment isnt valid.
