      This service used to be great.When they moved the service to ******** it went from bad to worse.A couple years ago we actually had a tech show up, sit in the Orkin van over an hour, got out put the **** in our door and left.Luckily for us it was all caught on camera.Most recently there has been several incidents were we were scheduled for service and the tech never even came... even after calling the shop and being told he was still coming out.I called what I was told was corporate and still its been over a week with no call back or resolution.I have cancelled my services and would not recommend this business!

      Taking funds out of account that wasn't authorized poorly managed office branch in ************ ******** employees talking over u an being rude when u are telling them what they have done wrong service is unpredictable an very unprofessional

      I paid for service in May, 2022. I never got the service. I called at least twice and got no returned call. I submitted a complaint twice, but got no response.

      Service was the worst, actually should be 0 for rating. Call to get an inspection for my mom's house. Was told cost would be $105. Which could be applied told treatments. I asked if my mom needed to do anything prior to exterminator coming and was told no. The day the inspection was due, which was on a Saturday, the guy called my mom and quoted prices for each room which she knew nothing about and she told him that me and my brother set the time and inspection up. He told to have us call him. So when I called,, he was very rude. Preceding to complain about having to scream over the phone to 82 year old woman who couldn't hear. I told him that he was to go there to do and inspection and he said, "They expect me to do this for $105. He was angry. Told him that I wouldn't entertain any of his behavior because he was very rude. He said, "Fine, I'll have my supervisor to call and hung up. No one ever came out to inspect so I called to file a complaint. The guy was a supervisor told me and my brother he was have the Branch Manager Monday. Prior to getting off the phone he apologized for what happen and agreed that the service we received over the phone was not Orkins standard or policy. Monday there was no call from branch manager. I had to call. The branch manager off the bat told us that the man that was supposed to come on was one of his best worker and worker. He basically ignored our complaint and offered to waive the $105 inspection fee and set up for someone else to come out. That person called and even more rude and stated it would be $3000 upfront, without an inspection. All these people did was quote prices which I was told at the beginning there would be no quotes until after the inspection and no inspection was every done. Just a bunch of phone calls and rude workers. Never knew any business that operates like that. No integrity, just rudeness. We chose this company because of it's 4.7 stars but I would give it a zero because it failed.

      On Wednesday July 13th we had scheduled a technician to come out between 10am-12pm. They were to spray my grandparents home inside and out for click beetles. I took off work and arrived to the home at 8am to bag up clothing and bedding and move some furniture to better accommodate the technician and also protect my grandparents belongings. 12pm rolled around and no technician came so I called Orkin and the customer service rep said to give them an additional 2 hour window, and that someone should be out by 2pm. We sat and waited and finally 2pm rolled around and still nothing. I called Orkin back and the rep transferred me to a woman I believe named ******. She proceeded to tell me she was the only one in her office and was behind in her calls, however there wasnt a technician that was available to come out that day. No one called to reschedule before the 13th, no one called the day of, no one called ever. They left us hanging. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I lost a day of work, we went out of our way to prepare the home, all for nothing. THE WORST. Honestly, we still need the house sprayed and I definitely think they should do it at no charge after what they put us through.

      I would never use this business again! My experience with them is this.;Demanding and threatening letters over services already paid for. The tech that serviced the house was given a check when service was rendered. I decided to just pay the money demand because they threatened to damage my credit. Then by magic two of the checks I had given their tech were cashed by them instead of being returned to me. I called them and they agreed to return the $50. Needless to say, I'm still waiting.

The local branch has contacted you to resolve your pest issues and addressed the inside service. The inside service will be completed at the next scheduled service as agreed upon.  The Technician will also place more bait on the outside of your home.

      THE ************** OFFICE WAS A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT.I DID NOT HAVE A REOCCURRENCE OF PESTS UNTIL I WAS TRANSFERRED TO THEM.TWO OF THEIR OWN TECHNICIANS ADMITTED THAT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS NOT ON TASK.
