  Worst place ever. I moved out 3 years ago and they put me in collections for $27 cleaning fee I was never informed about. This was after I paid $187 collection fee for cleaning as well that I was not informed about. This is after paying all my moving fees and confirmed I was paid in full. I paid my rent on time every month for 2 years while I lived surrounded by drugs and filth. There was even weeks where human f**** were left on the stairs and we had to just walk over it. Even the garbage collector hated my building. No one in the office ever picks up the phone. The place is falling a part and I guess that is why they need an additional $27. I have never had such a horrible experience in all my years as a renter. Now I own a home so they go after bogus charges by putting them into collections to affect my credit score. Someone needs to do something about this place.

  This place is absolutely terrible - roaches galore, office staff and rude and ignorant, maintenance staff is incompetent and lazy, trash and drug/sex paraphernalia everywhere in the complex, pools are always closed due to uncleanliness, security gates do not work, and the apartments are moldy and outdated. Nuff said.

  If you can, dont move here. Moved in 3 years ago and the apartment was filled with roaches. I had to clean myself Bc their pest control wasnt doing the job. My apartment roof leaks, I have mold, I have electrical outlets that do not work. All of which were reported. Nothing is being done. They send out emails to pacify you and cover themselves from lawsuits. Office staff is extremely rude and they do not return calls. Ive had to call corporate several times about not having AC for over a week and a broken dryer that increased my light bill. This place is trash! Not worth the price theyre asking. Way better properties in plantation. No Im not a disgruntled tenant. I pay my rent every month ON TIME! *** asked them repeatedly to respect me as a tenant and honor their obligations as landlord. They dont. Theyve switched management and their name so many times. Thats something to look into. They even ask you give them good reviews online. I refuse to lie! DONT MOVE HERE!   THIS staff is fine. The ladies are professional and sweet. In 2019, I moved in without a whole lot of time to seek elsewhere. That staff was ok. The manager at that time was good and communicative. The apartment I moved in was not the apartment I was supposed to have but I settled anyway. There were maintenance issues and at that time they had more maintenance people. Although, they patched what they could, it was livable. Based on where I moved from, these apartments were a downgrade. They raised the rent where I was and these apartments worked for my budget AT THAT TIME. There has been 5 changes within the staffing since I've been here. Half the time no one would answer the phone and you had to physically go up there just to see them there sitting and talking with other staff or maintenance people. Currently, I am still here and it has not been good. Each year the rent goes up, especially if you don't sign a lease that will extend you for 13 months and even then, that amount for the rent is uncalled for. I had many complaints about Valet trash and because it's in your lease, you can't decide not to pay it. They haven't picked up my trash in 3 yrs. I don't set it out for them because they rarely do their job. Valet trash has went from ***** to ***** a month. Pest control is a complete joke! I'm my own pest control. It has gone from **** to **** a month. My rent has gone up 50 or more each year I renew. I have sent in multiple pics and videos about the water damage that I'm currently dealing with and no response since I sent all of this a week ago. I smell mold in my apartment. Which can lead to respiratory issues. I've had heart failure in the past and these people aren't doing anything to fix it. YET! I better be on time with my rent and paid in full. I am not able to pay in full every month so I pay what I can and clear the balance by the middle of the month. The ladies work with me in that aspect but of course I still get that 1***** late fee.   This is the worse apartment complex I have ever lived in. My apartment has flooded four times with property damage. I have one complaint after another and have been to the office several times with little to nothing done. After complaining several times someone in the office told me they would replace my carpet due to the constant wetness but I would have to move my things out of the way or I would be charged. The ceiling in the kitchen almost fell in due to a leak above me and it's been almost two weeks and it still has not been repaired. Now the carpet is wet in the dining room area and I have to wait until tomorrow morning for someone to come dry it due to it being a Saturday night. It has caused an inconvenience to me and I am unable to have my family come to visit because of holes in my wall and ceiling. In the washroom area, the ceiling was wet and mildew was on the walls on more than one occasion. The carpet in the second bedroom was also wet on more than one occasion. The only thing that is done is a wet vac and sometimes the padding is replaced. The bugs in here are ridiculous. When asking to be put on pest control I get the "run around". I had to purchase my own poison to spray weekly to keep SOME of the bugs away. This is not a good living environment.

  At 8:30 am I showed maintenance where the sewer line had clogged up and was not functioning and told him a plumber was needed, said will talk to supervisor. Call office st 1pm and they said plumber will be here within 2 hours, plumber was not called. Called office a 9am Tues and they said did not know about the incident. Someone is lying. They said will call me back today. Unbelievable

  Run away from this place!!!!! Roaches also live in this units. Management is bad. Never answer phones. Playing all kind of games with my deposit. Trash is always full. Its been a month in my new unit and they still cant get me a mail box key. Renting me a car port that someone else owns and expects me to pay for it. Someone needs to investigate this place for bad practices.
