      We lived in the Arium Apartments in ************** Beach, ******* from Sept 2021 - February 2023 and had a terrible experience including:1. External/Internal mold with no resolve 2. Security gates that didn't work the entire time 3. Outdoor gas grills all broken and not replaced after the last 6 months we were there 4. Paint overspray on our car when they sprayed the walkways into the apartments. Caused ** $300 to correct with no reimbursement from Arium 5. Notice to check and replace batteries in fire alarms that never occurred in our unit After all of the above, Arium is trying to collect $300 to repair a 2 x 2 place of soiled carpet. We refused to pay not due to amount but principal. Thus, they sicked a collection agency on **. Management at Carroll were contacted and refused to assist as well. *******************

      ARIUM of Boca Raton took my money from my bank account and told me I got the apartment then call back to say I did not get it They told me it would take up to 60 days to get it back I desperately need the money to look for another an apartment

      BOTH elevators in my building at Arium Lenox Park are broken and unusable, one of them since last winter. The front gate is dark and broken; the decorative pond outside my apartment has been broken for a year and is filled with several inches of brown, stagnant water.

      I am an elder with underlying conditions. My ****** Partners apartment suffered an electrical fire and the fire report and physical evidence points to an outlet fire. All my belongings were ruined, but luckily my pets lived. The lease contains a subrogation clause that keeps my insurance for collecting my losses from and at the same time, they decided to blame me for the fire, in spite of the fire department stating it is their outlet. They kept my rent although I couldn't live in the apartment. They demanded I leave before *** and so I had to go into the sooty fume-filled apartment to retrieve my belongings, pay for trash removals, and relocate to another apartment complex with no relocation expenses. The regional property manage is consistently rude and non-informative, and I have had to struggle to figure out the path forward with little information and unclear shifting and changing messages in emails and phones call with the apartment management staff. Pretty much agree with the * rating on here, and off to write more reviews on all the platforms. Consulting a lawyer and hoping no one else gets hurt. Other neighbors have reported sparks from their outlets, and some of them have children, so my heart hurts for the danger they are in.

      The outside of the apartment complex at Arium ********** in ******** ** are filthy and look disgusting the management team told me multiple times that they would handle this problem. 6 months have passed by and it still hasnt been pressure washed yet. This complex would actually look decent if they kept up with regular maintenance. The surface of my bath tub has also needed to be resurfaced and I needed a new stove since I moved in.

      Terrible management, and upper management. Lack of communication & lies. *********************** (Regional Property Manager), and ******************************* (Regional Vice President) were acting just as bad as the apartment leasing office after trying to speak to someone higher up. Beware of this complex they will do anything to get you in but once youre in everything that goes wrong stays wrong. They do not care about ************** charge things that shouldnt be charged

      MOLD MOLD MOLD!!! RATE 0. My husband and I moved into an apartment in July 2022 within a week we started to notice mold. Now this was a serious problem mold was all on our clothes, shoes, dishes, walls, mattresses ect. The first time we reported to the office they told us we have to keep our air at 75 degrees or below to stop the mold. Yet we just moved in a week ago. At the time I was 6 months pregnant so I told the office again the mold is on all of our things. office called the maintenance man to come to our home and inspect he actually came in and spray paint the walls to cover the mold and put on the maintenance paper I killed mold. Nothing was done about the mold they never called a mold specialist or anything. End of July 2022 My husband and I left the apartment and returned our keys due to the mold problem was affecting our health and kids health this year 2023 arium put we owe them ***** for breaking the lease when in the lease agreement states due to mold problem related to health issues you are able to break contract. I want them to take it off my credit the apartment is not a livable environment. I am a Nurse any healthcare professional know the danger of mold.

      Would give 0 stars if able to. My apt complex got bought out by arium - grove walk, it was initially great. However, there is no property maintenance and they are charging an absurd amount of money for outdated and dirty apts. When I moved in the place was disgusting, and I paid close to $2000 for a 1 bed 1 bath apt. Then they charge me for cleaning when the way I left the apt was more spotless than how they gave it to me. I contacted the office by phone and email numerous times and never received a response back. Whenever I did have time to go into the office, it seemed no one was available. I contacted multiple times on how to have my final move out day, and when the time came they charged me a months rent due to insufficient notice, even though I had tried to contact them numerous times with no response about this. Then when I spoke on the phone with one of the head property managers, she was rude and condescending, asking me for information which I sent her, only to continue to make excuses. They are robbers and scammers and really terrible people. Do not live here.

      I am a current resident.Arium at coconut a creek . for the past year I had no complaints with this company. Now a new property manager took Over and she has become a dictator. Parking is limited as you are afraid to go out dreading when you return no parking . For the last years resident have been parking on the side of the complex. Not in the road and they are now having issues.. I tried speaking with *****/*** and **** because you are a black woman when we speak we are being combative..Loud.. disrespectful. The first thing she stated I need to speak with the property manager without asking if i have already went that route. My maintenance request was submitted almost two weeks now and no response.. but all they cared about is parking. They rude. And disrespectful. Granted you are not living here for free and the behavior displayed makes it seems as if you are. My rent is ****. **** if you are late

      Moved in Oct just to find out the date I was told I could move in my unit wasn't ready until Thanksgiving there's alot of roaches they have you pay your rent on a carrollwips just to try and say you haven't paid rent when I have my receipts from the wips app and the store I made the payment to they have you fill out a form of what's wrong with the unit and still do not come fix anything I have not been able to check my mail since I moved here almost 2 months ago you remind them about issues they said they would fix they always say they are still working on it dog p*** all over the place pigeons all over trash all over they only tend to the front because it's the 1st thing people see when they pull in the inside of the units are not the same as what they have online it's winter time I told them since day 1 the ceiling fan in my room do not cut off and the light do not come on nobody every came even though she said they would 2 weeks ago now they are trying to charge me a late fee when I paid my rent on top showed proof it was paid they can show up about rent but can't show up to fix anything they need to be investigated literally the las vegas ariums both ******* and emerald spring needs to be investigated a man died in his unit and they lied and said he moved out an left all his stuff who does that

      I paid my rent on the 3rd they showed up on the 9th saying I didn't pay when I have the proof I Paid an there app sends confirmation to the tenant once they receive it I also have that text as well they force u to get cable hidden fees inside an out
