Im being harassed by this company. I called corporate to find out why I am being called every single day and was told by the representative that they see no reason for them to be calling me because my account with them is current so they should not be contacting me. The daily calls continued so I blocked the number. They have now come to my home. This has to stop.Business Response

The date of the transaction is September 5, 2024 and the amount is for $85. This is for merchandise that I never received for circumstances that are out of my hands. I was not able to pick up the merchandise. Whenever I got back home beginning of November, I called Aarons for a refund. And all I have been getting is a runaround ever since and I was told that the check was being sent in the mail and that was on November 16, 2024. Despite the company policy saying that the refund would be sent to the original payment. And actually, if they have not made contact with the customer for 30 days, they are automatically supposed to refund the money on the original payment that I used to pay, but that did not happen and Im still waiting on my money. I have contacted them numerous times only to be told that they basically dont know where the check is and cannot trace the check once it has been refunded and Theyre home disbursement office would send it, but they dont know when and it was supposed to be refunded on November 16. I have emailed him twice and went on the website for live chat, which was never answered by anybody for every time that I tried to get in touch on message or email when I call the store. Around November of 2023 I leased a dryer from this company who sales merchandise. At the beginning it was very difficult to get ahold of someone to make a payment for the property. I would have to just keep coming at random times throughout months trying to pay. Then around December I was contacted by the new store general manager and employees who were very rude and didnt know what item I actually had in my possession. I informed the general manger once he stated I had a washer that no I had a dryer from you all. At this time he told me he would get things sorted out and to send him a picture of the dryer and go from there. I did the things he asked and he still sent someone to my house attempting to go around looking at serial numbers on products in my house to out rule any of their merchandise. I didnt appreciate it much as he had told me that he was going to get the correct amount and product added but did nether but try to insult me in my home. I asked the lady to leave at this point because she was demanding a payment for the dryer but the system said I had a washer so I asked the manger how could I make a payment on property you dont even know is yours. I asked them to please have someone hire up contact me in regards to this matter because this whole issue started with their business and employees not properly charging me and identifying items which I had.Business Response

This place has been harrassing me for when I owe one payment. They acted like delivery drivers one day and tried to rush in my building as if they were going to attack me. I was highly scared for my life. Then they came into my building and pulled the fire alarm. Recently they called my job that I put down as a employee referal and told them all of my business. I am rejecting this response because: I reached out twice to that number they said a district manager would call me and they never did. Also I reached back out to the store asking y was my job contacted and they said we just didnt get the number from magic you shouldnt of never put it on your application for a job referal. They said we used it cause we wanted to even though you didnt use it as a reference . They need to be fired . Cause I was almost fired because of that.

That is not abiding by your company policy contacting someone government job. I can actually sue you guys for harrasment to a government employee . Fire the person who contacted my job and almost made me lose it or we will never come to any type of agreement .

I rented a washer and dryer and they didn't work so they brought me another one and it didn't work so I returned it and ask for my money back and they said no I cancelled the contract and I did because I paid $115.80 and they never worked so I returned them asap.Business Response

****** lied to me about contacting the regional manager to submit a payment extension on multiple occasions. She said that she would personally get in touch with him and get back to me about it within the week and when I didn't hear back, I went back in person 2 weeks later and I learned she did not submit it at all. **** had to actually submit it and then told me to get back with him on the 15th if I still couldn't pay (he knew I had been in and out of the hospital the last month and a half and needed a 30 day extension) and he would resubmit a new one. No one called me back about it except multiple calls to collect a payment. I got in touch today November 25th, 2024 and I'm getting the run around with both ****** and **** (and another chick who's name I don't know), putting me on hold, then hanging up on the call, then when I call back they say "****** is walking out the door right now for the night, she can't talk". So I asked to speak to **** since he hung up the call on hold for ****** and all of a sudden he's "on the phone with a customer", so they put me on hold again. My mom calls from a different number and **** answers immediately and when asked why he could pick up her call and not take my call on hold, he puts her on hold. ****** miraculously answers (I thought she left? Must have magic powers to answer the store from home). She told me she explained a bunch of stuff she didn't and she can't do anything further. I told her I record every time I walk into that store and she DIDN'T tell me what she's trying to backtrack on and she freaked out and told me they won't touch my account any further and they will refer my account to the legal department because I'm "not allowed to record them" (AZ law is a one party consent state). I want the regional manager to reach out and resolve this since the store has a consistent tendency to not be reliable or honest. The business has also repeatedly lied about contacting me and refuses to reach out to resolve this.Business Response

I contacted Aarons and told them to come and pickup a washer and dryer. They failed to do so in hopes of me staying in the lease. I ended up being hospitalized due to overwhelming debt and Aarons was basically threatening and forcing me to remain in the lease and never picked up the merchandise. The manager prolonged reaching out to my apartment complex after I moved so I would be forced to stay in the lease! This company is a scam!Business Response
