      Aarons Store # C1302 went into my account without my permission the credit card I have on file was changed to a past credit card and Aarons took money without my permission. They also changed my Deferred payment notice without contacting me first. This is in direct violation of the "Chapter ***************************************************************** Agreement Act.And also against Federal Law -14th Admendment . Fraud has been reported to my bank and also police report has been filed Federal and State level. The card thats on file is what they were told to use and Aarons switched it to a former card on 7/27/2022 without my knowledge or nor my permission. Any type of former payment, No employee should ever have access to any type of former payments or information like that. This is a s proof that it does happen and 100% theft. Ive contact Aarons **************** 3 times not 1 person has contacted me. If my $$ isnt put back and taken from the correct card on file. Someone is going to prison

      I have a rental agreement with aarons for a ps5 which I owe about 1300$ on. I received a letter in the mail a final demand letter stating I owe 209.63$ or I need to return the product. They will not honor the legal document they sent me.

      This store began charging me for products I ordered before they were received.(my first payment was 12/31/2021 and I received my items weeks later after constantly calling the store and the corporate line. They delivered everything late, one of the items is not even functioning properly. Furthermore, due to many issues and inconsistencies with this store, including them sending an individual to my home who threatened me in front of my children and scared them half to death I requested only written communication so that I have my proof since they s**** up so often. It should be noted that a representative in corporate told me to call the cops on the individual that the store sent to my home since they couldn't do anything about it although he was employed by Aaron's! That is a safety hazard. The Richmond Hill store is by far the most disorganized and ghetto store I've ever encountered. Furthermore, the store manager is nasty and rude and makes his own policies rather than follow those clearly stated on Aaron's website. When I first requested clarification because it appeared that he wasn't following company policy his response was:" C1600 Tue, Jul 26, 6:13 PM to me Good afternoon. the store does not have access to the email. I am not always in the store. The only way to make the payment is by telephone. I can be reached up until 6:30pm today."This goes against what is written directly on their website, an individual may contact Aaron's via chat, email, phone, or text. I also received a subsequent email from the manager when I asked for further clarification in which he basically stated he is only 1 person and is very busy. That is not my issue, Aaron's should then make sure their store is equipped with the necessary tools to perform at an optimal level and follow their own guidelines.

      I got evicted from my home. On june the 27 or *************************************************** june i talked to one off the managers at the store ***. I explains to him that im moving so i need someone to pick up the furniture he *** told me that he was short handed and it will be after the 4th before he can come get the furniture it will be the day after the 4th which is the 5th of july. He didn't show up or call me. So i called back to see if he can come get the furniture because i Dont want it anymore and i can put it my storage unit. He said i understand and i have some people here i can go get it So today is july 23 and they took ****** off my card i did not tell them to take it off they where not authorized to do so. I just want my money back please.

      I returned items to Aarons July 2021 and they have been charging me for an item I returned under their return policy. I have called and tried to resolve this issue and have been given the run around. Its $1,400 of charges which is UNACCEPTABLE.

      I have my account set up on their easy pay online. But yet I still get a massive amount of phone calls three a day and people showing up to my house demanding payment even though my payment isnt due for another 3 to 5 days and this happens literally every month. They start calling 10 days before my payment is scheduled to come out from there system and every time I talk to the store the manager *** tells me that the online system is wrong and that I owe 2-3x the payment the online system is asking for. They also show up to my door demanding payment in cash and the one time I gave it to them I have them $145 in cash didnt receive a receipt. They didnt have change and only received at $90 credit on my account. And they still debited my card on file 3 days later. I will never do business with them again.

      The general manager has been aggressive and rude to me for the past two months threatening me and nearly causing my pregnant wife to have a miscarriage because he would come to our house two hours before the store even opens and harass us even when we already paid what the system said we owed. He changed the amount four times and when we went and paid the 200 dollars payment that the system said we owed he said we owed him 300 now. I have filed four complaints about him to his company and nothing has changed the last time I spoke with him I was informing him that I was working out of town and wouldnt be able to have the payment for another week and he threatened to go to my house while I was not there and go in to my house to get the merchandise. I had to send my wife and three year old back home just to make sure he didnt do it. He abuses his power and bends the rules and violates the policy and procedures the company has.

      I bought a refrigerator brand new from Aaron paid it off. I still had a warranty with them a month later. My refrigerator stopped working for about a month I contacted Aarons for a resolution . I lost over ****** worth of groceries because my food spoiled. They had me to do another agreement which was suppose to be a loaner until my refrigerator was repaired. A technician came out and checked my refrigerator and said it would be ****** to fix to which Aaron replied they are not paying even though. I still had a warranty. Now they expect .e to pay for the new refrigerator instead of replacing my refrigerator. They want to give me a used refrigerator when I purchased .my refrigerator brand new. Please help me to get resolved

      I have been a customer of ********************** for a long time and have always paid my account in full. I have recently fell upon serious health issues and asked Aaron's to consider my purchase of my washing machine and dryer paid in full because of my health I'm not earning the salary I was. I have paid a lot towards this purchase and asked them to work with me but instead I'm being threatened and employees are showing up to my house unannounced. This company already over charges it's customer and takes advantage of people who have fell upon bad luck. I want Aaron's to consider my account oaid in full since I have paid way more than the cash price. I also want the harassment calls to stop until I'm back on feet and able to return to work fully.
