      It says online that Aarons will fix a problem with an item or you also have a lifetime reinstatement on a comparable itemthe Velcro on the bottom of one cushion is shredding the fabric and theres a nail sticking out of the back shredding another cushionthey said the only thing they will do is return ****** wont fix it or give me something comparable which in my opinion violates my contract

      I have leased from Aarons many times before and they been the greatest until now. I purchased my order sept 5, 2022, and my order has been on delay ever since. I call the center, they say call the number non the email, I call them and they say its been at the fulfillment for 2weeks but couldnt find the leasing agreement for the order. They finally get it together and I should be expecting a call for a delivery time. Never received a call! I call the center and the sales manager at Woodbridge and she says she doesnt have my order and I need to call customer service. **************** then says they have the refrigerator and I should be expecting a call soon about the my order. Later, I get a call from the fulfillment center that the order is not here and it out of stock! I have been lied to and just thrown off to the next person just to tell me 23 days later that they DONT HAVE THE ***** AND NOW ITS OUT OF STOCK! The worse experience I have ever had with Aarons. All they had to do was be honest. dont lie and say you have it when you really dont!

      Horrible customer service from **** at **********************************************************. He and his team practice bullying tactics and illegal practices such as blocking driveways which last occurred Tuesday, September 21st, and was caught by our security cameras. Parking in and blocking driveways is considered trespassing and counts as obstruction and they use this form of intimidation when a few days late on a payment from a loyal customer that has paid off merchandise for YEARS after the customer MADE payment arrangements. Thank God that I work with attorneys and law enforcement for a living because otherwise, my mother would have been subject to more bullying if I didn't step in! All my mother wants is to be transferred to a different store, however, since she is continually enduring harassment, I will continually speak on the illegal practices and expose intimidation tactics of ****.

      It is illegal for a Company to harass you about debts more than two times a week after 8 AM this company does not follow procedures and laws and will contact you one day after a missed payment and will contact you every single day until you answer the phone and pay them you will be contacted by them every single day and they will show up at your ********** days after a late payment This is harassment and it is illegal.

      I went into Aarons looking for a refrigerator, the associate suggested that i go online because it would be cheaper. the associate help me get set up and it told me my payments would be 110 or ****** cant remember which one. i went ahead and agreed to that total. When i got ready to finalize the total had changed and i asked the associate why it had changed and he stated, dont worry about that we will get that changed so i did. The day of the delivery came and there was only one guy. the guy damaged the refrigerator on both doors and at the bottom so i asked him what was he gonna do about it, he told me to contact the store. I called and talk to the associate that sold me the item, he said to send pictures and he would get with the store manager to see what could be done. the pictures was sent on April 11, 2022. I still have not gotten the doors replaced nor has anyone ever came out to see the damage. the store manager did reach out to me a couple of times but every time i called her back she was always in the back, with a customer , on another line or just unavailable. I had been making payments every month and still not had talked to the store manager about the damage and on one occasion i went tin to pay she was there and The guy asked her to come out and she said she was on the phone. So i go in this past weekend to make a payment and the salesman that was there told me a different amount, i said that is not the amount i have been paying so she calls the manager out and she tells me this is the amount you are gonna have to pay or we will pick it up(JUST DRY AND VERY RUDE!!!). i explained to her what was going on and she said well i have tried to call you and at this point i cant take any other payment than this amount. i told her your driver dented up the refrigerator and almost tore up my door and you never even sent anyone to look at it. She said at this point i cant give you a discount , you gonna have to pay the amount .or the will pick it up.

      Horrible management.The managers are rude and disrespectful. After I paid them they claimed I still owed them money. They blew up my phone day and night. I will never buy another product again.

      Visited my local store in regards to renting a couch. I was not greeted or even asked if I needed help. I even went up to the front desk after walking around in the store that I was looking for a couch. The person at the front desk did not even acknowledge me or even say that they would be with me in a minute. No customer service provided at all. One employee was vacuuming didn't bother to even look up, another employee was in the back, one employee at the front desk who didn't even bother to help, and the manager was outside on a smoke break. I swear I don't understand what happened to good customer service.

      I shouldnt give this one star. I went in and ask about renting a air conditioner. I already have a living room suite and recliner. I told ****** that I didnt have enough for the *** SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. DO SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS RUNNING MY CARD. Did not tell me how much she was doing it for. I checked m account she charge me for it anyway. I called her and told her why did she charge me. She told me that I had to pay to read my contract. They never gave me a contract for anything are went over it with me. I dont know why they bring her back.

      In spring if 2021 I was leasing a couch within a month it broke so they replaced it with another one (not exactly the same but close enough). With a month after that the recliner on one side broke then a month after the staples were coming out if it. Then the other reclining broke so in December 2021 they came ********* side of the tlreclining side. Aarons told us told us it would be a month or two to get the part to fix the staples out if it and when they come back they'll also fix the other reclining side. So 6 months later we never heard from arrons so in June 2022 they come to fix the reclining side. We asked if they were going to fix the staples in back the maintenance said they didn't know anything about it. We told them back in December they came made a report on the staples and said it would be in January or February never heard anything. So they fixed the reclining side and said they would be back in a few days to fix the staples never heard anything no phone call nothing. So in late August after month after month of making payment with no reassurance of fixing it I called up the manager and asked him to come haul away I'm sick of making payments on this piece of furniture that I contract is suppost to fix if broke any way shape or form well no recognition was involved to fixing it so i told him to come and haul it away. He lied to us and said he had no idea!about the staples being broke out I told the manager weve **** waiting almost 9months since the first report to get it repaired that their was 3 reports made and in those 3 reports he didn't know thats a lie. The maintenance men when they cane over today take the couch away that he wS here the last 2 times making repairs. They both said they told and reported the repairs to the staples to the manager 3 times and i told them yeah i believe ya but waiting almost 9 months to get the staples fixed is ridiculous and I'm not going to keep.paying fir a couch that's not getting fixed its part of contract.

      Yes I purchased an Air portable air conditioner for my home. They help financed it with no problem. When my job cut my hours out I couldnt afford the payment! I returned their product with all its parts and the service lady was like you get a full refund in about 3 to 5 business days! After the 5th business their was no refund I call on nonesense talk Im getting that I will have to contact our team department who handles the billing no response still. I was definitely treated with unfairnesses.
