      ****** Dryer and **** were very nice. They made sure everything was put together nicely. They were very patient with me. They were here for a few minutes before I got here and waited patiently. They were so friendly and I would recommend Aarons and their delivery drivers to anyone. They are 10/10.

      The manager of the store is constantly being rude. I get that I'm late here and there on a payment but to call all the time and then to ****** search other family members numbers to get a hold of me is not okay. If they wasn't put down as a reference they have no right to call them. I will never be doing business with them ever again. At this point I'm feeling harassed.

      Purchase a table set with a debit card. Debit went through on my end Manager said it cause an error on her end .Showed her on my mobile app that it went through It was pending call her the next day. It was taken out of my account. She needed more proof all the proof that she asked for it was sent to her and showed to her, but it wasnt good enough, i file a complaint. Went to the store another lady help with the problem n seen it was debit from my account no one call me about my complaint. Yes and all that time im showing proof they sold the merchandise that I bought .i had a feeling she didnt want me 2 purchases it. Never I was disputing the purchase I made. Call the store spoke 2 another manger or General manger he said it was sold n he will put my money back on my card .So they had problems finding my money but no problems putting it back on my card .

      Word to the wise: DO NOT LEASE WITH AARONS MIDWEST CITY!!2/28/25 They showed up back up unannounced with a loaner for us that surprise surprise - doesnt work! Going on week 3 with no working machine.2/27/25 Updated review as we continued to have issues with this location:Our leased washing machine malfunctioned and flooded our garage (started in its own and never stopped filling, no one was even home) on 2/13, so naturally we called for a service repair. We were told we were scheduled for a pick up the next week Monday or Tuesday (2/17 or 2/18) and that a loaner would be brought to us when they picked up our unit. Winter storms occurred Monday and Tuesday causing an understandable delay, so I called to reschedule our pick-up and loaner replacement for the following week and was told we would be brought a loaner Monday or Tuesday (2/24 or 2/25). After 3pm on Tuesday 2/25 I called again to get an estimate of when they would be at our home with the loaner, only to be told NO ONE had rescheduled us at all. They could squeeze us in for a loaner on Thursday 2/27. Now today, 2/27, they have shown up to my house with no replacement loaner, and no intention to pick up my unit for repair. They took a video of what it was doing and left us with nothing. It has been two weeks of run around with us being unable to do our kids laundry without going to a laundromat and paying on top of paying for units we cannot use. Original: 10/2023 Leased a brand new washer/dryer set and was given a faulty dryer right out of the box. Going on two weeks unable to wash my kids clothes at home and having to call every single day, because I am continuously promised someone will come out tomorrow someone will call you back in a few minutes. They have spent a grand total of 3 minutes at my home to say huh never had that one before before leaving us with no dryer at all yesterday, just a promise to bring me a used one. This is ridiculous!!! Every time I call its oh no one told me

      ******************* may struggle with retail integration, operational focus, and potential over-reliance on technology to turn around Aarons legacy business.Aarons is excited to announce a great new benefit coming to your Aarons Club membership! Effective February 20, 2025, your membership will include Accident Assist When I spoke to ***** at Arron's he had stated that he did not have to disclose the company was bought out as it did not effect the lease the statment above this clearly changes the lease. I do not like deception.

      This company on ******** are liars they say that their hiring pdocess is fair but its not they are blackballing a employee keeping him from management but promoting people with no high school diploma or GED. And the sad part about it is the person they promoted is going around telling people that they don't have the esucation. That person lied on their application and the company didn't even investigate, but there is a employee about to graduate college and that person can't get a promotion within the company.

      If I could give this place negative stars, I would.This was the worst experience Ive ever had. I ordered furniture in December 2023, and everything was fine until October 2024, when I needed to move apartments within my complex. I called Aarons to ask if they could help move the furniture, and they confirmed this was a service they offered. I scheduled the move two weeks in advance.The Saturday before moving day, I stopped by the store and confirmed my Monday appointment with the manager, *******. I even saw my name written in the book. But on Monday, no one showed up, and no one answered the phone. On Tuesday, I finally reached someone who claimed I was never on the schedule. ******* then told me I was supposed to call to confirm the time, even though we had confirmed everything in person.I explained I had to move immediately to avoid extra rent. ******* said hed call me back within an hour and assured me someone would help, but five hours passed without a response. When I called back, he blamed me for not following up earlier. He promised someone would come by 7 PM, but no one ********* Wednesday, someone finally came out, but they only moved half the furniture and damaged my nightstand in the process. Frustrated, I called on November 16 to schedule a pickup and have been dealing with the same issue ever since. No one shows up for the scheduled pickups, and instead, they leave notes on my door while Im at workdespite knowing my availability.Every time I call, I have to explain the situation again, and they just apologize and schedule another failed pickup. *** even requested a call from corporate, but no one has contacted me. Now theyre claiming I owe payment for keeping the furniture, which is damaged, incomplete, and non-functional.Aarons lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. Ill never shop here again and strongly recommend others avoid them as well.
